Leather Attraction

I don't know why no one is talking about it. It's such an amazing fragrance. Not for everyone but a real gift for leather lovers. It opens with a huge blast of leather and gasoline the gasoline note is so prominent in opening it's a bit similar to the Fahrenheit. A few minutes later it settles down a bit the gasoline is still there but not that prominent a few minutes more and now you'll start smelling the iris. The fragrance developes into very beautiful leather composition mixed with musk and iris a bit of vetiver and angelic root is there but it smells leather all the way. After it's settled it smeels like high quality polished leather shoe and that's not a bad thing. It will go so amazing with leather jacket and nice leather shoes. It lasts a long time and sillage is superb for me it's one of those fragrance which will form a cloud around you and you will smell them everytime you sit or move your hand for a whole single day. To me this fragrance is how a real fragrance should be, a piece of art.

An excellent petroleum leather scent with a great depth and complexity. Beware as it might not be for everyone.performance is just perfect for the extrait concentration. Worth trying for hardcore leather lovers. It immediately reminded me of a little wearable version of the majestic xerjoff homme.

Something about this brand makes me hate it. This is the kind of fragrance some absolute two bit, influencer arse would glaze coz they got it for free but more crucially because they don’t have experience or taste to draw upon! (I’ve not seen any just giving my judgemental and potentially unfair opinion) It’s hard to innovate a leather accord and then integrate it into a winning formula, so I shouldn’t be too hard on this perfume and Luca Maffai has made some perfumes I like but this feels a little confused. It’s competent, technically good and luxurious smelling I suppose but all that is fluff to me. It’s a complex modern leather affair, in the way Paddock was but that is evocative and interesting in comparison. I don’t get much iris although it’s texturally fleshy, there’s a hint of that carroty sweetness but it’s trying to capture a slightly stinkier facet of leather as well. I need to try more from this brand I feel I’m being unfair, but I found this a bit muddled and not very pleasant to wear but lacking enough challenge but be a controversial, thought provoking wear. It was stuck in no mans land basically.

This is my least favorite frag I've every tried. It's headache-inducing. The leather is overwhelming even from the tiniest spray from a trial tube. It scared me off leather and oud for a while, but I've found frags where I like those notes. I just hate this. The iris is nice, though.

Olibere Parfums did it again! Did what you ask? They interpreted the inspiration for this perfume in a very unique way. The inspiration for this perfume is the film "Nikita". So, a femine fragrance? WRONG! This one is hardcore leather! It has some bergamot in the opening, and lavender, angelica and carrot steeds... didnt smell that at all, so its probably in a supportive or toning down role. The main player in this fragrance is ofcourse.... leather! And a very dirty one. Smoky and dark. This happens for about an hour after which the iris, musk and cashmere starts to kick in. The burned old leather scent makes room for a smooth new leather scent. Now that I think about it, the inspiration for this fragrance could have been "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button"! In which Brad Pitt is the leather note, and he starts of as an old sofa leather that gets younger in time towards a new car leather! But that would have been too easy, Olibere likes to keep it creative and artistic.So why Nikita, I am still trying to wrap my head around it. Nikita is a Femme Fatale, portraying a strong bad ass person. So is this fragrance! It is bad ass, I would say very masculine... or perhaps Femme Fatale!
