Well, I love it. I was visiting Budapest for one day and found this perfume in a niche perfumes shop and was not planning to buy a pricy one. However, I tried it and It smell very unique, incense and olibanum are overwhelming reminding me house of Amouage. But i don’t know how to describe the notes. I think it has hidden animalic notes. In summary, it is smokey spicy animalic perfume. Since there is no perfume I have ever smell like this one so I bought one bottle.

Nearly bought a FB blindly but thankfully arranged a sample. Big fan of Durbano - however not so much today. Starts off as a Eucalyptus lolly, 5 - 15 minutes in it softens to a sweet turpentine, 10 minutes later it’s a petrol/mineral and finally 30 minutes in it settles to a leather. Amazing considering the note table - however that is succinctly how it presents to a tee. Not as strong as my Jade, Turquoise or Lapis Philosophorum either. Shame.

Agreed, this does smell weird. No petrol for me but there is a long opening of eucalyptus-like sweetness. I hate giving only negative feedback, but I didn't find SP enjoyable. It leans towards Lavs territory (Filippo Sorcinelli), but much weaker. If SP was trying to evoke a churchiness, it has failed. That being said, I am definitely going to test out some of the other perfumes by Durbano, as this was my first.
