Boheme

The perfumers are I believe Dawn Spencer Hurwitz (together with Christopher Brosius?) and it was created in the year 2000. I will try and write more impressions of the perfume at a later date...

This is my first perfume review, iam relly new to sent identifying. I was searching in the note finder and came across Boheme, it had notes i wanted, And by my luck there was only One on ebay!snatched it for $42 I searched around for info on this perfume, not alot was found. When i first sprayed, i was like...what the heck is this old lady avon stuff. But i knew better. I really like it. Definitely a mature sent. Men can wear as well. I smell the incense,and wood notes. Bit Spicy, Sometimes i think it smells like a hot sweet tea,It is a bit strong at first,but does mellow down. I smell my wrist all day. Transports me to a vintage era. A woman walking into a jazz club from the 1930s. I would recommend if you like something different.

the perfumer *is*, indeed DSH (dawn spencer hurwitz.) please add this information to the database. i just received a bottle of this in a swap -- i used to have it a long time ago (maybe 20 years or so?) and for all i know this is the very bottle i used to own. i am very happy to have it back! it's a lovely, deep chypre of the old school, oakmoss and all. probably closest to vintage femme. really too bad it has long been discontinued.;
