Persephone

A beautiful deep pink rose that feels lively and incredibly natural. There’s a slightly waxy texture to it, which somehow makes it even more realistic. It’s a bit sweet, but in that effortless, "this is how it smells in nature" kind of way. The spices - especially cardamom - add a nice twist, and there’s a subtle herbal backbone (that signature Olymra touch) and gently animalic base that keep things interesting . It’s hard to fully pin down, but that’s part of the charm. Really enjoyable to wear and easy to fall in love with.

This is a composition in which the notes are not easily distinguishable, at least to my nose. At the begining, you fell a burst of dry herbs, it is quite medicinal, and then, slowly, a beautiful, creamy spicy heart comes in sight and the strongest association I've made is with Sea buckthorn nectar (the little orange fruits that are known for their high concentration of vitamins and antioxidants). As time goes by, the scent makes room for more deep animalic notes. It does remain very dry all the way to the end, you can feel the dusty texture. That being said, it is a very interesting composition, I have never smelled something similar before.

Animalic while remaining feminine, the spices are very forward and it leaves the vegetal notes muddy beyond the opening. I like it tho. Probably stains white clothes.
