Strong, sweet coffee with some rose in the opening. Pleasant, but would have wished for the coffee to be more bitter than sweet. Coffee fades within the hour and gives place to a sweet mix where I can't easily pick the individual notes. If I smell my skin closely and smell past all the sweetness I can actually sense the oud, the rose the geranium and some ambergris. I would have liked it better if the coffee had lingered longer. After about 2,5 hours I haven't yet gotten to the drydown but am already a bit tired of the scent. A pity, cause for someone whose skin doesn't make it so sugary sweet I think this can actually be a really nice scent. Nothing groundbreaking, but comforting, well made and pleasant. Not FB-worthy to me right now in this hot humid weather, but really looking forward to enjoy my sample when fall comes with lower temperature and crisp air. Edit; After some 5 hours or so the only trace of coffee is a depth added to the very soft and skin-close oud and rose that remains. I like oud but don't live it. I love rose but fine it close to impossible to find a rose that mixes well with my chemistry. This one does. Amazingly well! I love it, can't stop sniffing myself. If you love big bold heavy oriental rose-oud blends this would probably disappoint you severely. But for me, who loves my scents close and not too complex this one's drydown is a huge yes. Absolutely FB-worthy.

Opens with strong coffe beans and dries down to honey-ey sweetness with floral notes. Very nice, well-blended, cozy and warm scent. Ive nevers smelled intense cafe before but i've tried workaholic (which also has floral-coffee combination) but this is just SO much better. SO SWEET and creamy, but not much of coffee note to be honest.

This is straight up Montale Intense Café but in another bottle. If you own that one you definitely don't need this, and the other way around. With that being said this is a fantastic scent. Milky, sweet,vanilla, a little coffee and even less rose to my nose. Very cozy scent.
