Blooming Fire

When I first saw that this was supposed to be the “tropical” scent of the kind, I was hesitant. My scent profile has never leaned tropical or fruity, and I’m pretty sensitive to jasmine in general (ie I’ve never been able to get behind alien), so I was fully expecting this to be my least favorite in the line. Much to my surprise, it’s my favorite. Warm, intoxicating, sensual jasmine that is just the right amount of heady, this unique formula has the depth that so many jasmine perfumes lack. One of my favorite jasmine perfumes is flaming creature by Marissa Zappas, and I think this could be the warm little sister. Think popular homecoming queen sister v. moody Edgar Allen Poe-esque big sister (Flaming creature). It might just be the patchouli and cedar, but I can see the familial link. I think the monoi oil makes this different than other jasmine perfumes as well. I actually don’t think I’ve had a monoi oil perfume before. That might be because I do steer away from tropical scents, but I do think this brings a wearability about it. I don’t think this is exclusively a warm-season scent though. In fact, I can see it being really beautiful in colder months because of the depth of the fragrance. Also, not sure how people’s scent isn’t lasting...mine has lasted 12+ hours so I think it comes down to moisturizing before application + body chemistry. But that’s all perfumes so take that with what you will. Overall, I’m really impressed. I think we all presume these days that celebrities slap their name on perfumes and move on. However, this is a well-executed example of the care and time it takes to create a multi-dimensional fragrance. It just so happens that the person backing the fragrance is a celebrity. I think Bella did a wonderful job executing her vision with this scent, and I look forward to seeing how Orabella develops.

This one is probably my least favorite out of the bunch, but that’s really not saying much because I still love it and bought a 50ml of it along with the rest of the line. It’s only because I live in a pretty dry area and the performance on this doesn’t last long on my skin. It’s the most floral in my opinion, even next to window2soul. The monoi and jasmine take center stage throughout the entire fragrance. I do have a sample of Dior j’adore l’or and I would say they are similar, but I prefer blooming fire for the dry down, as it has more warm spices in it. I would wear this in high humidity places because I think this would just perform so beautifully in tropical climates. Honestly, I wasn’t able to choose between all 4 from the collection, I got one 100ml (window2soul) and the rest in the 50ml. But I was so tempted to buy all 4 in the 100ml bottles because I went through all 10ml samples very quickly and enjoyed each one of them thoroughly. I think I found my new signatures in this brand. Bella really nailed these out of the park. Just a side note: I’m not into celebrity brands in general and i didn’t pick these up just because Bella was behind these, I was genuinely interested in this concept and have been searching for a product like this for awhile. I’ve always wanted aromatherapy/spa smelling perfumes and I’m so satisfied that I kind of want to just clean out the rest of my fragrances and just be all about these.

I smelled it in store and knew I had to purchase it. It’s kind of oily, so beware to not spray this on your clothes. On your body and hair is totally fine, just rub it in, and you will see that it does moisturize a bit! Win - win. This perfume smells like walking through the busy streets of Mexico City on a cool, summer morning. It smells like wearing your favorite, red dress, while walking over to the juice stand to order your morning jugo. That’s the vibe I’m getting from this. It reminds me of being sexy and confident and SEEN. Something about it smells so feminine and exotic. It smells grown up, in a sexy way. Like you just turned 25 and wearing your favorite dress. I don’t know if that makes sense, but this perfume just provokes you to feel confident and sexy, and veryyyy feminine. I can smell the white florals from a mile away. If you want a warm, white floral, inoffensive fragrance, then this is your girl!!!! It smells sweet, warm, and sunny. Like running barefoot through the morning dew in a field of sunflowers in the middle of July. This perfume will make you want to give yourself a blowout and put on your best dress. It’s so beautiful, and I don’t usually like white florals. I actually tend to dislike them, but this perfume is art. I just wish it lasted a bit longer. You’ll need to reapply throughout the day, but the price point is so worth it, so I don’t really mind.

Blooming fire has depth and warmth and it's an absolute dream of a fragrance ! Incredible work, truly impressed ! Wow, this is literally warm and shifts the temperature of the woman who wears it, to a thousand degrees ( in a good way!) Liquid lava of love, power, sensuality, femininity. Blooming as the flowers Monoi and Jasmine are definetely predominant in the scent trail and in strength. Firey, because every woman wearing this is reminded of who she is, what she is capable of, and that she can bend reality with her presence! Beautiful, sensual, woody and sweet. A great feminine dream of a fragrance. People need to understand these are oil-based perfumes, must be shaken before use, and it's moisturizing oils will penetrate the skin so deeply, they become part of you. They are all free of the bad chemicals that disrupt your hormones and health, and they nourish your skin. For something "this clean" as a brand, it's astonishing how they smell better then regular, famous and super expensive " synthetic" traditional Perfumes. Don't even get me started on the bottles, reusable and to collect. They are heavy, like treasures. This one resembles the Citrine Crystal of Wonder Woman, capable of giving any woman supernatural strength, forged for all woman of humanity by the god of fire himself, Hepaestus son of Zeus. 10/10 LOVE will always re-purchase i am a lifelong customer now

This is so, so beautiful, and SO solar, and SO obviously the clear winner among these Orebella fragrances to me. It smells exactly like the color of the bottle, and I always appreciate that (as insignificant as that might be to some people, I enjoy looking at bottles). It smells nearly of marigold, or narcissus as it opens...is such an explosion of yellow florals, and VERY warm...without resorting to a lot of spice or warming gourmonds. I appreciate that very much (not that I dislike either of those genres, but this is an intriguing formulation). It smells like the end of summer/beginning of October. It doesn't stay quite as warm or bombastic as it's opening, which is to be expected, but it does remain very sensual throughout it's development. There isn't much cardamom here at all, and if there is, it's pairing so nicely with the florals that it's indistinguishable. The monoi and jasmine combo is lovely, but truly...it's a huge warm floral and nearly smells of Alien. Gorgeous, gorgeous on skin...and indeed does actually have a warmed skin facet to it. Extremely "golden hour" ✨️ 💛 🌅

I thought this would be my least favorite from the Orebella collection -- I initially bought Nightcap with the hopes that it would pull a sensuous vanilla sandalwood accord on my skin. It ended up just smelling like ginger soda, with no real nuance of any kind and in fact, had an alcoholic (despite it being alcohol-free) heaviness to it I didn't enjoy. I ended up getting the discovery kit and thought my next choice would be Salted Muse. But Blooming Fire stopped me in my tracks, and I actually just ordered the travel size. This fragrance makes me feel a certain sexiness and magnetism and totally transports me somewhere I've never been, but am en route to. The cedar, patchouli, and monoi are more present for me. I don't really pick up the bergamot or the jasmine at all. The tropical quality is there in this highly erotic way -- it feels like getting ready after spending the day in the sun, near the sea, to go to a upscale dinner where you'll likely find a lover. Clean, earthy, sexy, sophisticated, solar. I loveeeee this b****

this perfume is probably the best one bella has in her entire orabella lineup. the others are okay, but this one is truly beautiful. it was love at first sniff. it smells very floral, but in a sophisticated way. i wouldn’t call it a clean-girl vibe — it’s more like a floral that feels confident and put-together, like a girl who knows exactly where she’s going and what she’s doing. it’s definitely not a “granny floral.” it has a perfect balance of sweetness and spice, which gives it so much character. there’s also a rich, warm undertone that reminds me of traditional middle eastern fragrances, which i think is what draws me in even more. it has that depth and allure that makes it feel special. this has become my everyday scent. i usually get around 4-5 hours of wear, but since i like to reapply my perfumes, it lasts even longer on me. i also love the whole experience of shaking the bottle before spraying — you can definitely notice a difference in the scent when you shake it versus when you don’t.

Where do I even begin with this perfume... I am genuinely in awe. It feels like a scent I have been searching for ever since I started my fragrance journey, its just so beautiful and feminine. A word I would use is sensual, the whole experience is peak sensuality. The lack of alcohol and the focus on essential oils really makes this perfume shine, its never screechy or synthetic and as someone who gets warm quite easily, its just perfect for me as it really does feel like it sinks in your skin and becomes part of you naturally rather than perfume you've just sprayed on yourself, it makes me feel like I have a solar aura around me. I cant attest to the sillage as I have only worn it around the house, but it lingers around you, and it actually lasts for hours and hours on me. This is the perfect summer scent if you're a Jasmine Girl, its a beautifully blended tropical Jasmine forward scent with an incredible top note experience that I can only wish lasted longer. 100000/10 for me.

In few words, it is a beautiful, feminine, retro-vibe fragrance. Has shampoo-y and tad powdery quality to it. I can feel citrus in the very 1st second after spraying, then the aroma takes me straight away to white flowers. Overall I’d describe Blooming Fire as very enjoyable, rich, delicious (not in a gourmand way) perfume. The colour of the liquid truly represents the essence of the scent. The scent, as the colour, is warm, golden, honey-like. It basically is golden hour in a bottle. The association I get when I spray this fragrance is: You are on a paradise-like tropical beach with white sand and palm trees. Sunset turned everything into this gorgeous amber color. Your skin is warm, tanned and glowing from inside. You have a white flower tucked in your hair behind your ear. Enjoying the last minutes of the warm sun, you’re sipping a gorgeous sweet pine colada, and think to yourself: “life is beautiful”.

ironically, i wish the cedar in salted muse was less prominent. but here, i wish cedar and clove came out to play a bit more! the white florals really are the star of the show here, and while i love a good tropical floral, i'm finding myself craving a bit more depth. honey would've been a nice addition too, similar to the harmonist's moon glory. that being said, blooming fire does monoi and jasmine really well, and if you're looking for a reliable summer scent this is a good bet. it reminds me a bit of gucci bloom profumo di fiori with a tropical twist. for me, i think i'll layer this with some spicier notes to get the fire i'm really looking for. also, this goes for orebella as a whole: i'm really enjoying the formula! i didn't think too much about the concept, but the emulsion sprays easily and my skin feels super soft. i think the brand works well as a skin scent line and i'd like to see more

I did not expect to like the Orebella line as much as I do! I know a lot of people say there's nothing special about the scents, but there is something nice in their simplicity. This perfume smells like a luxurious massage oil used in an exotic spa, I can smell the jasmine the strongest, followed by the monoi and bergamot. There is a spiciness, probably coming from the cloves, that develops beautifully on the skin, making a warm and pleasant smell, like you are in the sun, with your sunscreen on, enjoying a day at the beach. Absolutely in love with the experience of using these perfumes, you truly have to test them on your skin to smell the real scent as they are alcohol-free. Not to mention you can also use them on your hair; or as a base for your other perfumes (I do these most of the time). I already have 3 scents and I am definitely going to get more.

I tried this on myself at ulta and I went back & forth on getting it wayyyy too many times. On first sniff, it was an immediate no, but I kept thinking about it. After coming back and smelling it a 3rd or 4th time, I finally caved and purchased a travel size. I think what was holding me back was fear that people around wouldn’t like the stronger patchouli and jasmine notes. Then I decided that because I loooved how well done those notes were done in this fragrance, I would go for it anyways. It goes without saying that this non-alcohol formula feels great on the skin and has decent longevity. But due to the lack of alcohol in the formula you do lose out some on the projection/sillage. As for the actual fragrance—this smells like a Hawaiian vacation. This is a divine and unique summer fragrance.

Walked out of Ulta with a full bottle. I really love this a lot more than I thought I would. The smell is divine. Smells like what I wish suntan lotion smelled like. Warm, floral, solar, romantic. The tiare flower adds more of a solar vibe to the jasmine and keeps the coconut in check. The spices and patchouli add a richness and depth to the fragrance. There is a very creamy texture to the perfume that I really gravitate towards. I could not stop smelling it. I don't get the comparison to Mugler Alien. Alien for me is a woody chemical and cashmeran bomb. Blooming Fire smells very natural. Like a lotion or oil made with the best natural floral, spice and patchouli absolutes. Very sexy and perfect for summer date night. Another thing these formulas leave your skin touchable and soft.

I get bored of Jasmine a lot of times, but not with this fragrance. With a name like Blooming Fire I was expecting something really heavy but I was pleasantly surprised when I rubbed the fragrance in. I felt like I was 10 years old, flipping through my pretty and cool aunts' beauty magazines. It's sexy, it's spicy in the most delicate way. The florals are tropical and make feel so pretty. Not to be dramatic, but the citrus feels like it's caressing me. I love it, I smell it and it makes me come back to myself. Can a scent smell lucky? Blessed? This smells like it, probably the patchouli. The type of happiness this scent brings me is the same happiness I get when things UNEXPEXTEDLY work out, and then you're energized for the day. In this way, I understand the fragrance's name.

While perfectly pleasant on it's own (a nice inoffensive mix of amber and floral), I find this a really nice scent to layer with other perfumes and create something more warm and complex. As an oil-based perfume, the application process looks a little bit different, and I would suggest applying it before getting dressed to avoid staining your clothes. The formulation means that you avoid any sort of harsh alcohol-based scents upon spraying, but it also means that this and the other orebella scents can change a lot based on your own skin and scent, especially after a long wear. I like mixing this one with Orebella's "nightcap" , or taking some other warm/spicy scents and layering them with this.

i finally got myself a full bottle of this gem. i’d been putting it off, thinking. “can it really be as good as i remember it?” and when i first sprayed it in ulta yesterday, i thought, “hmm, maybe not.” but then the cloud of slightly cloying sweetness dissipated into this rich, fresh, beautiful, tropical white floral, with just the right level and type of sweetness from the monoi oil. i think what *really* makes this a winner is the little bit of spicy warmth from the cardamom. i *will* throw a party. i *will* invite bella hadid

I am a woody perfume hater but I absolutely adore this perfume. I wrote off this perfume before I even tried it because I normally find woody scents far too masculine, grounded, and earthy. I was wrooooong. This is a very sensual and feminine perfume, despite the woody notes. The white floral notes really pull this perfume together and give it that transcendent "auric" feel. The bergamot note is super light and just adds a slight vibrancy to the whole fragrance. If you love white florals, give this perfume a chance.

i am very impressed with orebella’s initial launch. i was prepared for a few uninspired vanilla or jasmine scents, but bella delivered a line unlike anything else on the market right now. even the packaging is unique! one spray of blooming fire transports me back to hawaii; there’s a tiare flower behind my ear and the air is thick after a warm rain shower. there’s a spiciness underneath that might play well in colder weather too. i am completely in love.

I really like this one, tropical warm white floral with a hint of spice. This one has a very sparkly bright smell to it, a little intoxicating and beachy. Only thing that kept me from getting this one was that on my skin in didnt mix the best with my chemistry, kinda had a staleness smell mixed in. The other 2 scents didnt do that so that sucked. Might try again on skin next time i go to the store cause in the air the scent aura is amazing.

Smells like Monoi Flower. Smells like a tropical vacation. This one is super strong, will transfer onto your clothes pillowcase, whatever and last for days. I wish it were slightly sweeter and more complex, it's definitely "white floral" but because of the monoi it does give that clean, vacation scent. This is nice to wear to bed or go to the beach. I find it very relaxing. I do not detect anything other than the monoi flower and jasmine.
