Yama Rouge

This is a wonderful rose fragrance - and I am generally not one who likes rose fragrances. I do not care for Delina, but I have not had the opportunity to test Atomic Rose. I can say that in my opinion, Yama Rouge is nothing like Delina. Yama Rouge is fresher and less fruity that Delina. On me, Yama Rouge lasts much longer and stays fresher longer than Delina. Delina reminds me of something an older person than me would wear (I'm 70), or a very young person. But Yama Rouge seems like it is timeless. I love it. I have been using up my two samples, so now I will have to purchase a bottle.

I can see the similarity to Delina, BUT on me, there is a distinct enough difference in the two. I don't like Delina at all, but I actually do like this one quite a bit. Orens is expensive and hard to get in the US though, so I wouldn't go out of my way to get Yama Rouge.

Almost identical to Atomic rose (Initio) Or Delina (PDM) But it is weak

Smells exactly like Delina, a fragrance I dont care for at all. Im very surprised lychee is not mentioned in the notes

I LOVE THIS. Bright, crisp, complex, fresh, citrusy, spicy classy, elegant, and unisex rose fragrance .... springtime in a bottle. There is a hint of Moschino Toy Boy in it, but this is more unisex, elegant, higher quality, less spicy and more user friendly. i give it a 9.5/10 and a Fragrantica score of 4.65. If there is such a thing as a blind buy safe rose fragrance for any gender ... this is it. And the bottle / canister / relay race baton is HEAVY.

Tested from a sample: This is pretty but it smells like delina, just a tad brighter probably due to the aldehydes. Overall disappointing to me since it doesn’t branch away from the delina dna enough to me to own it but objectively if you do love delina and maybe you’re looking for alternatives, then you’d like this I’m sure. I just find this dna while pretty, to be a little played out now.
