Desert Dusk

This was my first perfume from an Arab brand, and I was honestly surprised in a good way. I’m not a fan of very sweet, gourmand fragrances, so this made me realize not all Arab perfumes go in that direction. I’ve seen people comparing it to Le Labo Another 13, but I’m not 100% sure about that. To me, it smells more clean and slightly mossy, with something that reminds me of a powdery coconut milk. Not sweet, just a bit creamy in a soft way. It’s not a strong projector, but on my skin it lasts more than 5 hours, especially if I apply it on warmer areas like the inner elbows. It stays quite close to the skin, with almost no sillage. You’ll definitely smell it on yourself while wearing it, but it won’t grab much attention. People need to be really close to notice it 😅 Even so, I really like it. It’s not my absolute favorite, but I still enjoy wearing it. It’s clean, discreet, and easy to wear.

The fragrance is lovely. It smells as though you’ve just stepped out of the shower: fresh, clean, and understated. It gives me a sense of “quiet luxury” and, unfortunately, the “quiet” part is quite literal, because hardly anyone else will notice the scent. That is the one major drawback I find with Desert Dust: it is extremely intimate and personal, sitting very close to the skin from the moment it is applied, with a longevity of at most four hours.

Very light subtle powdery musk. Sits close to your skin. Very inoffensive, safe for work.

Smells great, longevity is poor, extremely light, smooth, fresh, personal musk scent that remains close to the skin and fades on me in 2 hrs and it doesn't do any better on clothes for me. I love Orientica Premium range fragrances. If you enjoy soft musk, non offensive fragrances, this may work for you. I will not repurchase.

I'm actually a little disappointed, it's extremely light. It has the makings of something great but it's just not quite there. Maybe it needs maceration...

The review below me is right. It's very, very light, so it sits close to skin for about 3 hours, then it vanishes. It has baccarat rouge DNA(and I'm not saying this because everything is being compared to that) despite the notes. Not powdery at all, this is airy and light. However is does smell like iced or "cold" coconut milk, despite the name " desert dusk".

Sounds right up my alley....extremely light, smooth, fresh, personal musk scent that remains close to the skin. Not everything needs to be beast mode. Will blind buy and come back to review.

Anyone who’s tried this pls leave a comment ? This is not cheap for a dupe and if it doesn’t last.. hmm???
