Royal Amber

Oh I'm obsessed with this, I've been testing out a sample and I'm so excited to get a full bottle soon. It does smell like fruity shampoo, but it gives me such a sweet clean skin vibe, like you used a fruity body wash and you just naturally smell Like That the whole day. It's lovely. Very unisex, and I haven't tried Erba Pura or Al Haramain's dupe which some people say lean a little more masculine, but this does strike me as perfectly wearable for women. Also, the bottle is gorgeous.

It's gorgeous. Reminds me of lattafas honor and glory without the turmeric which I appreciate. Also can we talk about the atomizer???? Idk why it's different from the rouge or the velvet gold but this one is NICE Reminds me of burberry hers atomizer. Spraying it on is 10/10

Smells so good. On paper strip the smell had more vanilla. But on my skin it smells more fruity, citrus, fresh and sweet. Not sweet like a candy, more like almonds moisturizing lotion for women. My favorite fragrance so far. $60 is the lowest price I found.

I was actually buying the amber rouge version when I stumbled upon royal amber. I got both but Royal Amber has my heart. This is such a beautiful scent. Smells luxurious. So addictive. I'm glad I bought it because I reach for it a lot.

Out of this line, this one is my absolute favorite! Similar to Amber Oud Gold, which makes sense. Its got all that fruity sweetness with some woody spiciness to even her out. Definitely a great crowd pleasing year rounder for me

This is an Al Haramain family brand, which is a dupe house. This is a dupe of AH Amber Oud Gold, which is dupe of Xerjoff, Erba Gold, the Selfridges Exclusive. Beautiful juicy golden fruits, with a vanilla musk base.

This perfume is addictive! The quality of the fragrance is 10/10, only that the longevity is stronger.

It’s ok. It leans very oud forward on me. As far as Arab /middle eastern fragrances, it smells very typical/common, nothing special. And def not worth the price point. Lasts about 1-2 hours, with not much projection. Not a neck breaker by any means. I expected this to be a lot more and a lot better for the price. But if you know what oud smells like and/or own a few A Arab fragrances this is a safe buy. This is def unisex imo, but then again I did not pick up a lot of noticeable fruitiness like other seemed to have. Bottle is 10/10 tho, I love the heaviness and quality. The dry down is short but is the best part of this. It def smelled similar to amber gold or a weaker oud for glory with an added hint of fruit/powder. Both of those are much better imo. Not bad by any means but a little too safe and common. I wanted something offensive lol

I remember when i first smelled this i had just into fragrances and it just smelled fucking blessed and not like a typical egyptian type frag. Definitely a compliment getter for sure. I've gotten solid compliments from my neighbors when i went outside after they caught the downwind from me leaving home. Smells like : “Al Haramain Amber Oud”,but last very very very little maybe 4 hours next day is not on your cloths neither one your skin,I ordered this because of a stupid store I follow based on Colombia’ ughh I have Amber Oud ! Smells way better and lasts forever! Is the same but with a very poor projection,Bottle is magnificent.

I thought that this is the Erba Pura that I can enjoy on daytime basis, because the original is for me only for dead heat of summer. But... this one -Orientica- has this annoying middle eastern note, that I just can detect in most of affordable, dupe houses. It just gives me headache after half a day of wear. The smell is nice though, a little sweeter than Erba Pura, but still has that overripe tropical shampoo accent

I’m not sure how I feel about this one yet but upon spraying it’s headache inducing. It definitely leans masculine and I get lots of musk and fruit! I’ll give it some time.

Basically a cucumber melon fragrance. Nothing more and nothing less.

I fell in love with the bottles so I bought the first four releases from this line around Christmas. I never smelled Erba pura, so this was completely blind! The presentation was fabulous and couldn’t wait to smell it. At first spray, Ug! Straight solvent! It was so strong I was barely able to even go into the guest room that I sprayed it in for about a month!! I tried the Amber Rouge and it was the same! I’m so glad I didn’t purchase these as gifts, because the recipients would’ve been so disappointed! I almost threw it straight in the trash. But I didn’t, I tucked it in a drawer and figured I could just use them for display on my perfume shelves when I set them up. I checked back every couple weeks to see if it transformed and finally, nearly three months later, that are starting to mature into lovely scents! I can finally pick up the pineapple and melon which is so pretty! I must have received ones that were “hot of the presses!” So I suggest you give these time to mature! I’m excited to see what a couple more months produce, and I’ll add an update if anything happens! Be patient with these, and I think they’re going to be beautiful.

Ew! Cheap suntan lotion with synthetic oud and juvenile fake fruits. This is way overpriced for what it is. This reminds me of the way middle eastern fragrances smelled like before they got better in making them. If you 've never smelled kirke, urba pura or cassiopia you'd probably not think this was bad. But .. If you own or have smelled any of the niche ones I've just mentioned you would never tolerate this as a cheap dupe alt . Its unacceptable ! rub a pina colada car freshner on you and youd probably smell better. I've had mine for over a year manceration maturation is complete its still no bueno!

Super disappointed in this perfume. I've seen YouTubers hype it up so I blind bought it to try out. It smells like cheap shampoo to me on full dry down. I can't figure out what note is causing it to smell so generic and soapy. Is it the melon? The sweet synthetic notes? Whatever it is, it smells synthetic, common, like Tresemee shampoo or like a random off-brand perfume at a discount store. Zero sophistication. Hard pass.

Smells like Erba Pura but it's a little sharper. Very strong. Lasts long. Has given me a headache occasionally.

I tried this on a store and I absolutely hate it, I've been trying to wash it off but it doesn't go away, I did just one spary on my wrist and I can feel surrounded by it's bubble. It smells mostly like candy, which translates to childish fragance for me I won't be coming close to this ever again.

Erba pura for 30 minutes then it turns into a close subtle skin scent. It's still a decent scent profile, but it's definitely not gonna get anyone's attention with projection or sillage.

This smells like sweat to me, as if someone sprayed the perfume after a gym session. It's going to be a no.

This is a fruity musk. Doesn’t smell anywhere near baccarat and I have both. I don’t know why people keep comparing those two. This is an inoffensive smell, hard to dislike. It’s unisex but to me leans a tad bit feminine because of the sweetness by the vanilla and fruit. Its projects insanely well for the price and longevity is amazing. Just test spraying it when it first came I got complimented by my mom and sister. This is insanely strong and I mean 2 sprays fills a whole house. My sister is pregnant and she always gags from this and keeps begging me to stop wearing it because she smells it after work even when I’ve sprayed in the morning! It’s so strong. My best friend also rolled down the window for two hours because it hurt her nose. I almost think it’s too strong for me to like it but just know everyone will smell you.

Didn’t know what to expect with this one. It’s definitely not anything original. But it’s nice and long lasting. Definitely unisex. It’s super fruity in the initial spray then it simmers into a masculine linear finish. To compare it to something in the western/US market it, I’d have to say it smells like a fruitier version of 1 million by Paco Robanne. If you have 1 million. You’re better off passing on this one. I haven’t had a bottle of 1 millions in 10 years so I’ll stay with this one. Lol

To my nose it smells NOTHING of sweetness, just something very strong and sharp. Not that it’s bad, maybe I sprayed it too much... I have the same opinion on Angel by Mugler. I’d never call them sweet fragrances, so it was a nice surprise to learn that they are supposed to be! And just like Angel, it also lasts forever! It got in to my hair and I can’t smell anything past it. Kind of a headache inducer by now, but again, maybe I oversprayed it

I can see the hype for it, it's a strong fruity perfume, overpowering and for me, quite well blended. I took a shower and it was still there (and I gave basically one spray, I only have a tiny sample). Now I want the full bottle hahaha Edit: after testing a bunch of dupes for Erba Pura, this is the best dupe IMO, followed by Amber Oud.

Yes, very similar to Erba Pura. But Erba Pura is very LOUD. This one is more agreable if you want to Live in Society. The fruitness with the musk, green notes reminds me of the smell of freshly washed hair. Sweet, but very clean. Imagine Garnier Fructis shampoo, but deeper, sweeter and way woodier.

For me, the projection and longevity of this scent lasts forever. Skin scent for 10+ hours. Strong projection up to 4 hours. It's a good scent, very fruity candy smell. Wouldn't wear this in the office. A few sprays goes a long way, 2 - 4 at most.

This is an erba pura clone not br540. The rouge version is the br540 clone. Idk why people think everything that's sweet is trying to be br540 even if they don't smell alike. And idk how that one guy said this smells like instant crush...where?

Royal Amber: Fruity (Candied Fruits). Juciy. Tropical. Feminine. This is Officially the ONLY Erba-Pura DNA I have ever liked and can wear happily (this is THAT Good)🙌🏾 Very VERY Long-lasting too (as in long hours unend, it shocked me good)🎯

Mancera Instant Crush wannabe, not a BR dupe! Seems like everyone thinks everything smells like BR and they don’t even own it. None of these smell like BR, STOP TRYING TO MAKE FETCH HAPPEN!

My mother has this perfume, and the other day I began to examine in detail the notes of this one and I realized that when drying it smells too similar to Ariana Grande's Pink Woods perfume

Orientica is a brand owned by Al Haramain, so this is their Amber Oud Gold Edition fragrance, but in a stunning bottle! Great and long lasting dupe for Xerjoff Erba Pura.

@Esna, i agree about everyone comparing everything to BR, but this one (royal amber) is compared to Erba Pura. Amber Rouge is the one people consider a br dupe

I have come to the conclusion that these middleastern fragrance companies just repackage fragrances into different bottles and companies and resell them.

One to one dupe of Erba pura and I dislike both, I would say this edges Erba pura slightly, both overly fruity musky and very strong.

Smells very similar to Kirke from Tiziana Terenzi, Kirke is less feminine and slightly more robust

I really like it, but first smell is sooooo like Britney Spears Fantasy

This is so pretty. Fruity but no too sweet. Very sophisticated.
