Xclusif Oud Emerald

The bottle I own is actually the Al Haramain bottle sold as "Al Haramain Amber Oud Xclusif Emerald Extrait". Yes, the one that doesn't say "Al Haramain" anywhere on the bottle. My understanding is that the Orientica Exclusif Oud Emerald is the same scent, just with a different packaging. I loved this scent enough to order a backup bottle, but this time I ordered the Orientical Exclusif bottle. I'll compare the two and determine for sure if they are the same scent and update this review. Update: "Orientica Exclusif Oud Emerald" is the same as "Al Haramain Amber Oud Xclusif Emerald Extrait". I have both now, they are the exact same scent. Reviewing the Al Haramain looking bottle: This captures that typical Creed "Wateryness" really well. It is close to Erolfa in feel (not a clone) and has that light salt accord that Erolfa has. My bottle is under two weeks old, and yes the citrus opening is sharp, but it tones down quickly into a beautiful, green, juicy, watery scent. The first day I tried it on, my mother and sister both loved it (They called it the best scent that I have worn, and I tried not to be offended). I am not drawn to typical "freshies", and this really opened my tastes. This does not have a designer feel and maybe that's why I have found myself reaching for this so often just to smell it on me. Its very well done. The greenness here is a bit like that of Green Irish Tweed, but it also has that effect that chills the air around you. Its a cool, green, fresh scent that is very versatile. To caveat, this is not the most natural scent, it does have synthetic qualities, especially in the opening. That's the price you pay for more longevity, but thankfully its short lived. As a package, I would not say this wears very synthetic. It feels pretty natural and smooth overall. The performance at first is a big blast, but it tones down to project up to a foot for about 6 hours. It will last as a skin scent for 12 hrs. I wore this at the gym, absolutely drenched in sweat but still getting whiffs of the scent. I chuckled a bit at the thought of someone as sweaty as myself walking around smelling this good. I wouldn't believe it if I didn't experience it. My only fear now is diving more into cheapies like this. Gonna dig a hole in the ground and bury all my cash and credit cards.

This has been a nice hidden gem in the local TJ Maxx. Very green and vegetal in the top, but it gets a bit sweeter as it dries down. Very good projection for the first 2-3 hours, longevity is 9+ hours for me. I haven't smelled Erolfa or Greenley. The only thing I have in my collection that smells like a relative is Armaf Milestone (clone of Millesime Imperial). They're more like 1st or 2nd cousins. Milestone is more melon heavy in the opening, where this is more vegetal. I personally, like this fragrance better than Milestone. The main notes I'm getting from this fragrance is galbanum, mint, and oakmoss. Very good stuff!

Very green, almost vegetable like a celery juice, kinda peppery also. It’s like walking by the produce section of a high end grocery store where they also sell the best flowers, spices and herbs. It feels a bit synthetic although this is just the initial impression right out of the box. I will leave it alone for few weeks and wait for it smooths out and maybe it gets a bit more of a natural smell, the way it is now is just a mess.

This is not a dupe of greenly, this is a sparkly, fresh, a little powdery and VERY herbal fragrance, i get around 8-9 hours with good proyection, the only thing that I don't like is the fact that it's not sweet, if it had a little green apple or something like that to give it that fresh sweetness it would be a 9, solid 8/10

Very Polo green/ erolfa and a mix of greenley. Overall fantastic. Very earthy and green with some spice in the drydown for maturity. 9/10.

#1372 in my "Tour de Fragrance" This is a galbanum-focused scent that comes across like Davidoff "Cool Water Reborn" which is also galbanum focused. It doesn't make much of an initial impression, and the longer you wear it the more you get a "greens in the produce aisle vibe", hence the "Emerald" I suppose. It's carpool, elevator, small office safe. More office wear than date wear. Adequate performance and reasonably priced. But nothing groundbreaking or exciting about this (which is how I feel about the Davidoff it reminds me of). I suggest you not bother with this one, even if you're a Davidoff Reborn EDP fan, as they're priced roughly the same.

This to me is a total hybrid. Its a mix of fdb london spice and creed erolfa. It doesnt really catch the millesime aspect erolfa dries down into. It does have quite a soapy aspect to it. Its not bad at all just wish it had more of that millesime feel to it. will definitely wear it though. Id call it a soapy salty london spice with some citrus. Great scent but not a clone at all.

for sum reason this smells like wet grass in apple juice, not my style
