Innocent White Lilac

Love this scent, just wish it lasted longer. I was looking for a realistic lilac and it definitely is. What came as a surprise was the amazing opening, which smells like a lush, dewy garden just before dawn. The green leaves, wet grass, maybe some herbs. Then the lilacs enter with their sweet, slightly spicy aroma. I will treasure this and use it to remind me of Swedish spring/summer when feeling homesick.

I was looking for a fresh green fragrance. I bought this from the description without trying on first but I wasn't disappointed. I wanted it more for the green notes than lilac, but the lilac is nice. It's as fresh and green as Yves Rocher Nature. I can imagine it would be the fragrance if I was walking in a woodland in spring or summer after the rain when the leaves and flowers are out

I accidentally became familiar with the perfumes of Oriflame, I blind bought it because the people like this also like Diorissimo and I love it, I become happy and calm when I wear it, I have not been in the garden of lilac but I read the comments and I feel it by wearing this. I think it is so compatible with my character.

Beautiful, very natural smelling white lilac scent in a simple, elegant bottle. (Oriflame has some very ugly perfume bottles, but this is perfect.) The summer here in the North is unpredictable and short, but the lilacs always bloom in early June. I love that smell. This perfume brings out the delicate beauty of lilacs.

First spritz got a strong whiff of green aqueous floral notes , almost synthetic, but within secs on the skin it died down into the most soft , beautiful powdery and refreshing scent. Particularly good for summer during day but there’s a peculiar depth to it as well which makes me want to wear it at night as well.

It's a very nice fragrance. You can definitely smell the lilacs closely followed by the green notes. This fragrance is balmy, creamy, green and fresh. It reminds me of "Purplelight" by Salvador Dali, because if I had to define both fragrances I would say that they signify Spring in a bottle.

This fragrance is incredible. It's SO cheap but sooo beautiful and lovely. And it really is a scent of a real lilac. Nothing else, just a beautiful soft lilac fully in bloom. It wraps around you like a cloud that is very feminine, delicate, soft and light. Love love love.

IWL is a lovely lilac fragrance with a slight peppery undertone. Everything about it is cohesive; from the scent to the bottle to the packaging, even the cap: it's innocent and it's white. One of the best from Oriflame and could easily pass for a designer perfume.

The pure scent of lilac! The sileage is surprisingly strong but the scent itself soft and pleasant, and to my eternal delight not synthetic-smelling at all! But it smells like lilac from start to finish, not sure if there are ANY other scents in this.

So cheap, beautiful, nice bottle, incredible innocent scent, fresh, just like sping, heavenly scent,... I can only say love, love at first sight and love at first smell. Very lilac, very beautiful. I will buy it again and again.

Smells like the lilac bushes of my youth when I lived on a farm in Sweden (and was innocent). Gentle and simple, impossible not to love. (Thanks to all the reviewers below who helped me find this fragrance!)

Beautiful, pretty, soft and light perfume. You can smell the lilac - but very faint, it smells like a creamy delightful lotion. Good longevity - great perfume for those who like light and soft perfumes:)

Sunny saturday afternoon at my friends garden. My friend: ” Oh, do you smell that lovely lilac scent what come those trees?” Me: *smiling and thinking to myself* ”That must be me!” :)

I was just about to give away a half full bottle but I have found it got twice as expensive as it used to be in 2016 when I bought it for 7 euro. Now it is 20 euros!

It smells exactely like the flower very natural from the beginning to the end.

I found it at a good price and I couldn't miss it, from the moment I saw the name I knew what it would be, another version of Dali Purplelights, and it's is. The only difference is that Dali is greener focusing on a lilac tree itself and this goes more on the flower itself although it also feels the wood of the tree and some leaves but the flowers are dominant. I don't know how some people can distinguish the heliotrope note in the perfume, the heliotrope has a smell very similar to the lilac, which is why it was put in, to propel the smell of the white lilac which is sweeter but in combination with the heliotrope become a very powerful purple lilac, the only difference being that the smell is really much more powdery than at the purplee lilac. It is a relaxing sleep fragrance, sitting comfortably in the house, nesting in your partner's arms, can be worn outside but considering that I wear very powerful type business suites this perfume isn't good for that. If you see it on sale, I recommend you to not lose it, on the curtains or on the bedding, it will be extraordinarily relaxing, I use it in my bath water too sometimes.

This little EDT is exactly what it's name said: innocent white lilac. Pure, fresh, uncomplicated, quite amazing that for such a cheap price it does not smell artificial to me at all. It has something timeless in it, something that reminds me of my childhood, of my grandmother. No, it is not an old lady scent, it is not what I meant... I like to wear it on sunny spring days, when I just chill at home or walk in the park and appreciate the simple joys of life. It is also great for layering it with other florals. It was a great buy. Sillage and lasting power are both weak, but from an Oriflame EDT I did not expected more.

This little perfume in modest bottle and for modest price, managed to move me deeply...For once I have got what the name had promised, - most innocent, natural, white lilacs scent. If you ever had in your bedroom freshly cut white lilacs and if you ever wrote poems, being, say... 16-17 y.o, which later have been kept under the mattress, - then, this is fragrance for you, - realistic, nostalgic smell of the innocent youth. And those lilacs..mmmmmm...

This is a real cheap gem in Oriflame portfolio. It smells like my grandmother's lilac garden, very clean, crisp and green. Not at all synthetic. I don't know how they managed to make such a natural-smelling fragrance for so little money, but this is amazing. The only downside is the lasting power - up to 2 hours, no more

It's one of the more sophisticated lilac scents I've had. It's not as opulent as YR Pur Desir des Lilas but equally convincing - when I smell it, in my mind and heart I'm in the lilac garden! Planet_X, I love your review, that's exactly what it is - the second part of your description!:)))))

I don't like the top because the green note is quite harsh + the lilac note is not fresh. but the last note is Helitrope + woody notes left on my skin extremely attractive. smells like almond milk on my skin.

This one is fresh and kind of spicy. Very true to the original flower. Its easy to like and wear. Unfortunately it dissappears quickly and lasts longest on clothing. Its powdery and sweet.

Freshly cut lilacs on a warm Spring day ..Just what I have always wanted

A truly realistic lilac fragrance. Smells exactly like blooming lilacs to me. Very soft and fresh, with not much else, maybe just a hint of soapiness. Price is excellent. The problem for me is that I would use this as a room spray, not as a fragrance on me, because the scent is almost too realistic and I prefer my fragrances somewhat more complex. Maybe it could work if you layer it with something else. But on its own, I feel it is lacking. Also, it lasts an hour tops. Too much alcohol that evaporates quickly in this.

I wanted to love it, but it was a disappointing blind-buy for me. I wanted to find a good lilac perfume as I love lilacs. Lilac perfumes are usually either "creamy-sweet" (that I do not like) or "green" (that I like) so I bought this one as it had green notes in it. However, it has some cheap alcohol smell, which really spoils it. Overall if I take all the notes separately, then it is a good combo. But the alcohol smell ruins it- this perfume is not for me. I am still searching for a perfect lilac smell, as so far I like them only on the bushes.

I share the opinion of @Unqsgrtuku - this fragrance smells like a flower scented cream. I can not distinguish lilacs here (and I am a person who is surrounded by lilacs every spring so I am very familiar with them). Green notes disappear very quickly. I don't find the scent particularly fresh. In my opinion these can not be all the notes and the name of the perfume is misleading.

I bought it blindly because I adore the smell of lilac flowers in spring, it was years ago. White ones smell especially tender. But unfortunately, this one smelt very artificial. Something was added to the natural smell or the main note was supposed to be the natural smell. After having tried to use it few times, I had to sell it. Still, I have two very natural lilac scents: Yves Rocher Lilas Mauve (especially good) and Bvlgari Omnia Amethyste (slightly more artistic). Still, I wish there was a natural white lilac scent somewhere...

This is my first time wearing a flowery perfume and it is so beautiful, feminine, and innocent. Safe and risk-free to wear. Of course, most of the perfumes I wore had flower notes but as I said, I have never used just flowery perfumes until today. This perfume has an interesting attraction and charm that make me so happy and calm. I don't believe that this one has an age limitation that can cause one to smell odd; well, it only depends on how much you spray it on. If someone wanted me to describe the spring with a fragrance, this would be the perfect one. Lilac and heliotrope are the dominant notes for me and there is nothing bothersome about it. Reminds me of a meadow picnic on a sunny and warm spring day or watching the sundown on a summer evening. Unfortunately, it is not long-lasting, disappears in 2 hours.

I do not know if anyone remembers Volare Spring Flowers from the same company, I feel this is the toned down version of the same, with a more sleek bottle. I loved Volare Spring flowers, has been discontinued a bit too early, my last bottle I gifted a lady I knew won't have too long around, thinking I would get me another one. It was too late. This one but seems to be the good replacement for me. Realistic, fine, delicate and even though on a very discrete note, it stays amazingly long on my skin. Already ordered a second one, to back up, just in case.

I want so much to love this. In theory it's everything I want. But on me it's gorgeous lilac for 2 minutes and then straight up Nivea creme, and far too old fashioned. A real shame. Edit: I think the culprit of this may be the heliotrope, sadly. Oddly, I own Pacifica French Lilac too and the heliotrope note there doesn't turn too creamy in that blend. Maybe because the nectarine/ peach element balances it out?

I blind bought this after reading people's review in fragrantica and it actually doesn't disappoint. (thanks guys!) It has a soft and fresh floral scent to it which I think is safe for people who are into that kind of scent. It reminds me a lot of Nature Republic's Acacia body lotion. Also, the minimalistic looking bottle adds a nice touch to my vanity. It looks really pretty.

We actually mapped the smell of lilac, slightly softened wood notes, though slightly soapy gives a feeling of cleanliness. The smell similar to the smell of Yves Rocher of the same note. Probably in a warm spring day it will grow nicely, now it smells good. In a word, I recommend lilac lovers :)

It does remind me of white lilac but only up to a point, something else takes over, like dry plants for tea, daisy, something...herbal. But it's nice, and as lilac is my favorite scent in the whole world, this is always welcomed among my other perfumes :-)

This can be worn even before sleep! Not too literal or too heavy and green but a cheerful, sweet, light, fresh and gentle lilac with slightly creamy, comforting heliotrope. Now I know that this is the kind of lilac I need in my life.
