Love Potion Secrets

I ordered this love potion secrets perfume blindly, since I love everything with strawberry and oh my god. This is one of the most beautiful scents I've ever smelled. For some reason it reminded me a lot of one of my favorite perfumes - Christina Aguilera definition, even though they don't have the same notes. Both have a fruity opening, only love potion is sweeter and more playful, while definition has more musk and freshness. I'm delighted with this perfume. To me, this is a youthful, sexy, clean scent, which gives a really positive energy. I think it's also good for layering with other fragrances, its longevity is solid, about 5 hours on my skin, projection is medium. The packaging is adorable and I can already see that this will be a perfume I keep coming back to.

Lo amo. Siento que puede ser usado para tantas ocasiones y combina súper con colonias como Cherry de Natalie o la colonia amarilla de Babyland. Súper rica, fresca pero también embriagante al mismo tiempo , y tiene todas las notas que me gustan en un perfume. La duración depende mucho de en qué lugares la aplicas, ya que en ropa de tela gruesa que tiene textura de algodón, o incluso ropa de lana, se queda mucho tiempo, hasta por 3 días, pero en ropa delgada o ligera no se queda mucho y se tiene que re aplicar por eso mismo. El problema de la duración en la piel siempre lo soluciono con echarme una pasada después de la ducha, luego echarme crema o vaselina en los puntos más cálidos y vuelvo a aplicar, así que con la duración no tengo problemas ^^.

My current favourite of Oriflame. It opens with a sweet wave of White chocolate and nectarine, then you start smelling the strawberries mixed with a soft touch of amber. The pineapple is also very soft and same goes for the sandalwood. Minutes after you apply this fragrance on tour skin, you can detect White flowers. This EDP is very similar to Amor Amor Forbbiden Kiss, so if you like that one, you'll like this one as well. This is a beautiful sweet scent ideal for fall and winter. Edit (September 22, 2025): I see a lot of people obsessed with Yara by Lattafa. That fragrance smells a lot like Love Potion Secrets.

I`m a big fan of original Oriflame Love Potion which I still think is best Oriflame perfume. If original is winter perfume or late evening/night perfume then this new family member is a day version of the same concept - sexy, soft, seductive and yet playful and uplifting. Like I mentioned - the concept it is very similar to the original but it has more fruity notes that makes it lighter and more playful. All in all I really love it, the only drawback is that in an hour the only note you can sense is pure, simple vanilla. That`s the part where I think Oriflame and the perfume creator could have done a better job.

I love it. More than the sister - Oriflame Love Potion. It smells sweet, girly, pretty, and young. Beside Oriflame My Destiny, this one become my favorite too. Unfortunately, it is short lasting, I used it in the morning - like 8 a.m. , and it was gone in the noon - at 11 a.m. or around, and I have to spray it again. Hope it will more long lasting, because I love the scent. 8/10 for the scent. 4/10 for longevity.

Es demasiado rico !! Suave femenino juvenil ideal para usar en primavera. No me recuerda el olor de ningún otro perfume, no se parece al de britney spears fantasy ni a ningún otro dulce. Lo primero que se siente es el chocolate blanco combinado con la frutilla dulce y suave.

When it come out 10 colleagues bought it (me including). Beautiful light scent, unfortunately short-lasting and needs to be applied multiple times a day. I bought it 3 times altogether, because of its lightness and simplicity as it can be layered easily with other perfumes.

this one is decent, its a cute innocent type of smell w/out being too immature. its giving soft girl vibes. i enjoy layering it w/other girly sweet scents like strawberry poundcake from bbw!

Yeah.... I love this... smells super unique, tasty, delicious, sexy, soft and good. Wish it lasted longer, but oh well. I’m a guy and want this in my life all the time.

Soooo good!!!! It is bright, fruity sweet, feminine fume. I love it so much, as I find it similar to Juicy Couture Gold.

Milky Chocolate with a little bit strawberry, sweet and adorable

When I first received and tried love potion secrets,it was a "meh" for me.I liked it's pink scent but I felt it smells like a children body mist more than a real perfume.I decided to wear it before sleep.it does it's job very well as a sleeping fragrance.it feels smooth and happy and let's me have sweetest dreams but each time I used it,I liked it more and finally I came to the point that it can be more than a sleeping perfume It still smells like fruit(mostly strawberry)-white chocolate-a hint of floral powder combo.it doesn't have a big sillage but when people are close enough,they will comment on it.it's an amazing complement magnet just in case others are close to you or hug you.I expected them to think it smells like a fruity childish body spray but it seems that most people think that it smells like lovely-smelling cosmetics!not childish just feminine and pretty Finally I came to the point that this little perfume smells like what I expected cartier baiser fou to smell like!well not exactly so,but I prefer it to almost ten times more expensive cartier.it does a better job in blending white chocolate,fruits(in this case strawberry instead of raspberry)and powdery flowers(white florals instead of orchid) I don't say love potion secrets is something earth shattering but I believe it's price worthy and like any other oriflame I've tried until now,it feels simple but still better than numerous expensive highend perfumes Nowadays it's one of my most-used ones.I layer it with D&G the one l'eau and I enjoy this absolutely beautiful powdery scent which is fun,delicious and feminine I've also tried layering it with ted lapidus white soul gold which is a creamy jasmine-vanilla scent and also britney naughty remix which is a powdery-woody scent.in both cases result was great I wish they make another version with more emphasize on white chocolate and less on fruits with better pronaunced flowers and a real base.that one would be fantastic but as it is,it's still a "like" now and I'm happy to have it

I’ve been intrigued by all the delicious ingredients and also bought this just to complete my collection of Love Potions. Of all her “sisters” I ended up reaching for LP Secrets most often. It’s sweet, classy, and uncomplicated at first, which makes it a good office-friendly option when I feel open and chatty. Yet it later develops body and creaminess, making it intoxicating and kinda addictive. I cannot stop sniffing my wrists when I wear this. Almost as I do with Poison Girl. Admittedly, Love Potion has less potency and is less syrupy-sweet, it’s also leans more floral than gourmand, despite the strawberries and chocolate – must be the sandalwood that brings out orchid and gardenia. Overall, I’d say it’s a good balance of sweet girly, and floral classy scent for your first job interview. Not seductive or sensual, as marketing would suggest, but pretty and innocent. I love it still. If you like Dior Poison Girl or Carolina Herrera Good Girl, this should be up your alley too (it’s not a dupe, just a similar style).

This little cute perfume means a lot for me because it was a valentine gift from my best friend. It has nothing to do with original love potion.this one is playful,bright fruity,light pink and flirty.it's all about strawberry scent sweetened by creamy white chocolate,not too sweet and while being yummy it's not totally woody thanks to the soft floral whisper hovering over white chocolate-strawberry combo Honestly I don't prefer to smell it closely on skin,but I love to smell it's sweet creamyness wafting.it's simple and pretty.I can't detect other notes but it has a soft powdery thing in it's drydown.after an hour or two it's just a soft pink skinscent.it's nice to have it around and wear it daily in Springs and summers Longevity is 4-5 hours on my skin توت فرنگی و شکلات سفید.یه عطر معتدل و لطیف و دخترونه که شیرینی ملایم و خامه ای داره گزینه دوست داشتنی هست برای استفاده روزانه و دم دستی تو بهار و تابستون مخصوصا برای خانمای جوون

This is a lovely white chocolate and strawberry perfume on my skin - it smells way more beautiful on dry weather rather than when it is humid. I think it is suitable for all seasons and I also like to layer it with other gourmand-berry and vanilla perfumes to give it an edge or with body creams (already tried it with la vie est belle body lotion -LVEB in moderation as it can be too sweet and cloying even in the body lotion form). In dry windy weather it has a lovely soft projection but as with most oriflame perfumes doesn't last long, just for a few hours, but it is delicious and lovely and inexpensive so no complaints here. I also love to use it as a bedtime fragrance as this is one of these gourmands that are soft and yummy without being cloying or 'in your face'. Well done Oriflame ;)

this is one of my first perfumes, which i got for my 14th birthday. thats what it smells like to me eternally now. its sweet, girly and it was my introduction to fragrance all together. i wore this everryyyy dayyy in middle school so again, im biased in saying that this is a perfume for early teens. its good if you like bath and body works scents (not in a bad way, i have some bbw body sprays too) i wouldnt say this is an "oriental vanilla", though. sweet, yes, but not vanilla. it smells way more like fruit gummies mixed with a bit of florals. overall, a cute fragrance. again, this was my signature scent for a while, but i wouldnt pick it up anymore, despite still having some of it left

Update: I actually bought a full bottle and I totally enjoy it. My life is complicated enough, my scent doesn't always has to. Funny that it could be my cheapest perfume and I get complimented a lot when I wear it. The innocent little sister of Love Potion :) I am not a big fan of sweet scents and I hate white chocolate - still, this fluffy, pretty, cosy little pink butterfly made me feel so good. I am thinking about buying a full bottle.

The fragrance is a very pleasant marriage of sweet strawberry and white chocolate. It feels indulgent, pink, and delightfully girlish. The composition remains well balanced, making it suitable for a variety of settings and occasions. It does, however, require regular reapplication, as both sillage and longevity are fleeting. A small, innocent pleasure captured in a pink-and-black bottle.

This is very sweet, girly and pretty, very different from the original Love Potion, which is more deeper and complex. Fragrantica categorizes this ' for women and men', which I don't understand because in Oriflame catalog this is clearly a women's perfume. (I don't mean men should not wear it, I am talking about calling this a men's perfume is misleading because it is targeted for women)

This is IDENTICAL to viva la juicy and viva la juicy gold. It's a sweet scent but nothing special, i feel very neutral about it, therefore won't buy again any of them.

It us good for everyday wearing. If you go at coffee with friends. It subtyl sweet, but the love potion it's better. Worth it for the money

The scent of white chocolate is very noticeable and still soft and not annoying. It has really a cute smell:))

Weird scent, don't think I like it very much. I love sweet perfumes and based on the notes I thought this would be amazing. But it's nothing special.

Imma make this short and simple, to me, it smells like a baby powder with small hint of white chocolate.

The first spritz is heaven. Milky white chocolate, a little strawberry, white flowers, it all smells so balanced and sexy until 2 hours go by and it all turns sour. I had very low expectations from it, considering that i haven't found a single one Oriflame fragrance that can last on my skin but it completely disappointed me. The potential was there and i wouldn't mind spraying myself several times a day to make it last but it changes so much and all the lactonic sweetness moves to a kind of fruity staleness. Not a good choice for summer or warmer temperatures as it either vanishes or goes sour with even the tiniest drop of sweat.

back in... oh, 2013. B&BW had a "fine fragrance mist" (and probably other items, but i only bought the mist, on clearance) in a scent called Sparkling Blackberry Woods. and i still have a bit of that left, i wore it not too long ago. and this? is that. all over again. kinda generic (and unisex!) fruity floral with a little more musk and woods than most. something a little bitter on the top note.

underdeveloped frontal lobe core. this is what every cool girl protagonist from 2000s disney channel series would’ve smelled like. was blown away by this fragrance as a teen, now it just reads as an infantile gourmand. bottle design is mad funny tho

Its proper name is ChocoWhite-Strawberry. Yep, it's just white chocolate with strawberry (at least on my skin) Such a linear fragrance despite the eight notes it contains. The opening is straight up white chocolate and strawberry, some nectarine follows up and then just a hint of flowers along with amber, just a hint, and i have to try hard in order to get the flowers. Needs reformulation in order to intensify the rest of the notes or help the development of the fragrance on the skin. Very disappointed for the lack of sandalwood, as i am really interested in any combo of it, in this case i bet the wood and the chocolate would make up an interesting scent. It's light, sweet, happy and fruity. A daytime and nightime scent. I don't think it's that sensual, flirty maybe. Young girls should try this. Lasting power is moderate, you need to refresh and sillage is close to the skin unfortunately. P.S.: I have been wearing it just for the sake of it before sleep and I must say, I like it more, in fact I can't wait to spritz myself with it again, it is nice. P.S.2: layer it with some serious patch, and ooooh the combination of white chocolate and patchouli is so addictive, can't stop sniffing my wrists + plus everybody will be asking you what you're wearing.

Just got this in the mail today, and it's very nice. Starts with a burst of bright strawberries, then something green comes to my nose. Then the white chocolate mingles in making it a wrist sniffer. I think it's very nice quality for the price I paid... (Less than £10!) Very sweet, light... This perfume is feminine and pretty. Perfect for Spring. I'd pair this with a floral dress and strappy heels. I think this is also a very safe fragrance. It's not overly sweet like BS Fantasy, and it's not too floral either. It's just very pretty. Perfect for younger women, or ladies young at heart. I was quite taken back by how similar this smells to Viva La Juicy. If you're looking for a cheaper version of VLJ, this might be the one you're looking for. The bottle is hideous - That is just my opinion. As much as I enjoy the scent, this bottle will be hidden away from my vanity where stunning bottles reign. Very pleasant, fresh scent. Will I wear this? Yes. Do I like it more than VLJ? No. Would I buy it again? Probably not.

This has nothing to do with the original Love Potion.It's like they said"hey,you know,we made a perfume for sexy,bold and sensual women.Now let's make one for cute,girly and childish women.".While the original one was a little more complex and kinda unique,this one reminds me of a kid's scent,with it's strawberry and white chocolate.It's not that complex either:you get a sweet smell,that's all. At first I love it,but after a while I couldn't stand it,it was too sweet and linear for me.I use it as a house spray,but I noticed something strange:when I spray it on something,it remains sticky. It's kinda funny how I used the original Love Potion in high-school,and this one in college.

Quite appealing soft & sweet, but NOT overly sweet, combination of powdered, if you can imagine it, patchouli-chocolate note and tangy berry flavor. One would assume it's one for airheads going by the description, but it really isn't. Whereas the original Love Potion is a spicy sexualized chord of ginger (ahem) and dark chocolate for nights in rather than out, if you catch my drift, Love Potion Secrets is a musky fruity sweet veil of a fragrance to wear casually. Only drawback is its relatively short lasting power.

Oh My God! So many fals and nonsense information on this popular site! This is an absolute women's fragrance ! Dear Fragrantica, where have you read or heard that it's an unisex fragrance ? At the same place where you read that the Adidas and Swarosvki are american brands ??? They never were: Adidas german, Swaro is austrian brand, just like this perfume is not unisex! Smells delicious! In the beginning it has a fresh facet but as it dries down it sort of reminds me of tea cookies with present white chocolate that’s not sickly sweet. I think amber is not accurate, instead it’s ambergris. It leans more lactonic. The Official notes include white strawberries, white flowers, white chocolate, ambergris, sandalwood. This is a very pleasant, light and creamy perfume.

I really like sweet fruity scents and this perfume is actually like that and the white flowers are very intense, it's a beautiful spring perfume. You can smell the pineapple, nectar and mandarin orange but I can't say the same thing for strawberry and white chocolate. The scent of the perfume flies away as soon as I spray it in the my skin. It's just meh, did not meet my expectations.

It is what it says on the can. Pretty linear, white chocolate with berries and a dash of white flower. A smoother and less messy version of Killer Queen, another super sweet chocolate-berry combo, i def prefer this one (maybe because i just like white chocolate better). The longevity isnt insane but you get what you pay for, safe blind buy imo

What's not to love about anything white chocolate? But ... has that smell of milk perfume to me ... just that it's more mature than I would like for a scent of screaming white chocolate, buy me a ladies cocktail drink at a popular restaurant and call it a night ...

What's the problem if a boy wants to wear this perfume? I'm a man myself and I prefer women's perfumes. Just because it's sweet that doesn't mean that it's just for women. Love this scent and i'll keep wearing it despite everyone thinks!

@robbtx ure not the only guy who wears this perfume tho, me too I used to have it in the past and the scent is all about white chocolate which is so sweet. But i dont wanna buy this again somehow (perhaps im not sweet fragrance lover)

I just bought this about 1 day ago when I smelled a scent that is very similar to the original Britney Spears Fantasy formula but with the addition of sweet and delicious strawberries with a little sweet nectarine.

Classic sweet Scent. I Can detect Strawberry and other listed notes. Mediocre. Day- time.

A rub of the wrist in the catalogue was enough to convince me that this is a must have!

I wish it was available in the US the notes are so apealing :D
