Love Potion So Tempting

Bought it out of curiosity and to have the entire Love Potion collection, because I'm obsessive like this. I don’t know about orchid, but this smells absolutely delicious and edible, like a macaron or candy cane, but more sophisticated. This is a cute pick-me-up scent in a style of Demeter’s dessert-themed perfumes. I was wary about the honey note – not a fan of the real thing, but I kept sniffing my wrists the whole day and it was so enjoyable! I use it on its own when I work from home just to improve my mood. However, when I go out I pair it with Love Potion Secrets – they play nicely together and I get compliments from friends who hug me. Staying power is pretty decent for a body mist, on par with many EDTs. I also can smell it on my hair, as I move around and turn my head. As for the age, I must say that I’m 36 and I don’t think it’s too juvenile for me. It’s sweet and simple and perfect for days when you are in the mood for something easy-going and pleasant. I understand that this is very subjective, but I do believe scents don’t have age. It’s funny how I was testing Dior’s Hypnotic Poison at the Duty-Free and then asked a male co-worker who was travelling with me what he thought about the scent. He said, “You are yet a bit too young to wear something like this!” Imagine! If 36 is too young for Dior’s Hypnotic Poison and too old for Oriflame’s So Tempting, why do I love both of these? (not comparing them, of course, just enjoy both) And what am I supposed to wear?

It smells soooooo much better and amazing after it dries down. Just absolutely amazing.

I really like this scent. It's mostly floral sweet. It doesn't last long on my skin though. Over just an hour. But on pieces of clothing it is long lasting. I don't go out and wear this however. Feels too youthful for a 26 years old lady to wear this outside. I like to spray it on my bed-sheets before going to bed. It's comforting and relaxing.

This Oriflame perfume has a beautiful smell,tough is a cheapie! I love the smell! It makes me feel happy :) PS: It lasts about 4 hours,on my skin !

It was given to me as a gift. Not my cup of tea because it’s very sweet. But a nice scent. Honey could be realized at first sniff to the end. Longevity is very good.

I used to wear this in highschool. It's cheap and that's exactly how it smells. It's also very sweet.

Sticky sweet and with a faint and fairly artificial orchid note. A no-no for me, the cheap plastic bottle does not make it any better, although I love the other Love Potions from Oriflame, so I will just stick to them. The only positive thing I can say about it is it's longevity, for a body mist quite good, I would say more like an EdT.

Got this as a gift from a dear friend. Tried hard to love it but i just couldn’t. The orchid was overpowering for me. My aunt liked it so I gave it to her.

Awful according to me:( smells cheap and like alcohol, some strong note ruins it.

The late days of September and almost all of the October I have been enjoying the very sweet combination of honey, mandarin and sweet apricot marmalade in this fragrance. Has a powdery drydown, which I assume it's the orchid, even though orchids are fantasy notes. It is indeed very sweet, gourmand, edible,(surprisingly not tacky) girly,mood-lifter, has a good projection when first sprayed but it quickly sticks close to the skin and dissapears in three-four hours. This comes in a relatively low price and would be a perfect gift for a teenager or an underage girl. For me it worked as a soothing scent, one that doesn't demand much. Even though I don't choose gourmands/sweet scents as my personal scents, there seems to be a time and place for them too.

I can only feel sweetness. It's boring
