My Red by Demi Moore

Okay, Fragrantica is missing some notes here, because no way My Red is quite complex and they only list one note. It also develops, so yeah, there must be more notes in this perfume. As i have read in the posts below, My Red consists also of white flowers, cranberry and granny smith Apples. Maybe they are right maybe wrong i don't know. As i get whiffs of it, i don't really smell them. The opening reminds me of cranberry, but it might as well be just berry, few minutes later it becomes very sweet and then maybe i smell some apples. Apples though do not set. There is something floral, there is something sweet. Yes it is a little medicinal, very little. If you have ever smelled a really medicinal perfume you know what i'm talking about. This is just a hint of medicine. A beautiful blend, the drydown is just flower, and I think it is the red jasmine. Truthfully, I do not know how red jasmine smells like, so i assume this is it. Complex and interesting,yes it's animalic. It baffles me, it is strange. I quite like it. Animalic, medicinal, strange and a beautiful blend. I will wear it. P.S.: this is for ladies 25+ in my opinion. Autumn, winter and spring. Not a blind buy, sample before buying. P.S.: searching in the catalogue I ve found these notes:red Jasmin, cranberry, annatto powder.

I was blown away while testing this today. I sprayed it on and went about my business for about 45 minutes. I remembered that I had sprayed it and took a big sniff. WOW! I jumped in here to read more about it and STUNNED that the only note is "jasmine". *blink* Jasmine usually comes on me very harshly and then only "some" of them tone down enough for me to really enjoy. This is sooooo smooth! Smells really nice. Inexpensive so I'll probably keep it for bedtime or something. Surprising.

I finally got it for a great price , and loved it immediately . This is exactly what I have been searching for for a long time , white floral with just this accurate sweet note that achieves the perfect balance between classy and sexy ..BTW, I am from the Middle East and lived amongst Jasmine and its variants all my life , this has More -pun intended- than just jasmine , I think it has some kind of berries just to keep away the harshness of jasmine . Love at first sniff :)

UPDATE: Marwa.qoura >> You are correct. There are may more notes in the juice per Oriflame's website description of it. First, the jasmine is a rare "red" jasmine. Then they go on to describe My Red: "When blending this rare ingredient (red jasmine) with white flowers, cranberry and juicy granny smith apples..." You were quite right about the tart berries! And this makes a helluva lot more sense.

Really love it. Not too sweet, red jasmine is really good and sweet berry and love the bottle too.

I already bought this perfume , and i must say that this has fulfilled my expectations ! This perfume does not have only the red jasmine , but also has berries and musk and maybe some vanilla accords... It does smell a lot like Christina Aguilera , but instead of plum and blacurrant ,My Red has red berries .... It doesn't last long enough but layering with My Red body cream, the longevity can be improved ... Overall im glad to have in my collection , because this perfume has sweetness , freshness and also smells sophisticated ♡.. A perfect berry on top for fall/spring :-)

Beautiful - both on me and in the catalogue! Might be my autumn scent:) But I wish I knew what real red jasmine smells like, because what I find in this perfume is nothing like white jasmine to me! What is it like then? I have one more mystery to solve. I believe it may be a reasonable replacement for the long-discontinued Isabella by Isabella Rossellini. It's softer and less fruity, but it surely bears some resemblance, not just because of the red bottle.

On first test on skin (from an out date bottle, I discovered it some time after) I didn't like it because in my view is more appropiated for mature woman. Very shintethyc. I hated it when I tested it on my skin. On a second test on skin (from a tester) it smelled different and I loved it. It smelled to me like some kind of red fruits, powdery and sweet.

It has a nice energy to the perfume, it is especially enjoyable right after you spritz it. Later though I had a feeling that I had been in the canteen and my clothes had soaked up the scent of food which I did not really like even though it was smell of warm cakes and candy.

I find it very pleasant and possibly even smell a tinge of vanilla, but I suppose I can understand why some people would dislike it. A very sweet fragrance, reminds me of fancy spas. But I wear it because it reminds me of my grandmother.

In the catalogue was smelling exactly like Noa Cacharel but in reality has a totally different scent. Im not a specialist in perfumes so I cant say too much about it, but if you have only the catalogue don't trust it.

Actually this is a very nice and complex fragrance!

Did a blind buy on this because I’m looking for red bottles and I thought red jasmine sounded so interesting! I really love jasmine. In this I only smell red berries, maybe raspberries too. Kind of like a Christmasy room spray without the cinnamon or pine. The jasmine doesn’t appear for me. Bummer. I dont like fruity berries smell. The perfume isn’t terrible but it’s not very interesting or alluring. My husband thought it smelled nice but I’m disappointed.

I had it about 5 years ago. I liked it at first but after a while I started noticing a not so pleasant sour smell. Later my friend said that this perfume smelled like a rotting apple. After that I couldn’t not smell that sour rotting smell.

I totally agree with DeenaAdel93 and WolfyX .. In The catalogue smells very pretty but when i tested on my skin i feel it like a medicine very bad smell

I Hate this perfume! it reminds me of my cough medicine. In The catalogue it smells very nice on the skin it's awful.

I found it at a good price, and it like it, it is soft, feminine, sweet, nothing outstanding, but pretty, and not youngish either...the sweetness is appealing, as it isn't overdone, or candy sweet, this is a scent designed for women, not girls, the red bottle makes it sound more provocative than it is really...it is actually subdued, the fruity edge opens up nicely in the heart, I like it, it smells pretty...now it doesn't project very much really, but I will enjoy my 30 ml definitely..I like red jasmine better than regular jasmine, it is smoother, not as sharp..it still has though the Oriflame vibe...musky florals... Not the best Oriflame but certainly not the worst..!

People really need to stop voting before they have actually tried the real perfume. For now it can only be sniffed from the magazine and that only gives a very first impression which doesn't last longer than 2 seconds. The first impression I got was a lovely, sweet, sensual floral in the lines of Hugo Deep Red. Not because they both have Red in the name and come in red bottles, but scentwise Hugo Deep Red came to my mind when I smelled it. But it has been some years since I had Hugo Deep Red.

i love this! it smells very sophisticated-and sexy! long lasting-1 spray on my arms and 4 hours later it is still going strong..... this is floral, animalistic....very sexy without being too sweet-sophisticated without being overwhelming... no powdery notes, very clear without being 'clean' ...it was a blind buy based on reactions and reviews and i am very very happy with it-easily becoming a love for me!!

really??? only one note red jasmine??? l love jasmine but l don't know how smell red jasmine so l am very curious to test it . l love MORE by Demy , hope this one is good too , anyway l like this red bottle...

Maybe it's about your skin... at myne smells very nice, better than in catalogue... i adore this fragrance, very sexy
