.SE Swedish Experience Wild Hearts

Very impressed with this for the price, I only threw it into my Notino basket as I liked the bottle design. Has a real licorice kick to it and it's really all I smell in the opening, like someone nearby is eating Black Jacks, then it dries down into an aquatic/herbal scent with some sweetness. Reminds me of Diesel - Fuel For Life with more licorice/aniseed and less raspberry. Doesn't seem to be a great performer, it's subtle, but I do like it and maybe a bit of maceration will give it some oomph. Definitely unisex, I think this would be lovely on a woman. Refillable screw-top bottle, bare that in mind as the cap is very tight so I ended up unscrewing it before realising it's a pull off. Good news for me though as I mentioned at the start I bought it for the bottle, now I can keep it forever and just fill it back up with one of many bottles I have where the atomiser is broken.

I find this one quite pleasing, a very nice unusual herbal-sweet-marine scent in a simple and elegant bottle. I will consider buying a whole bottle sometimes. Longevity and projection are good as well.

Official notes: Top: Green Marine Accord, Wild Rosemary, Grapefruit Heart: Water Jasmine, Sweet Cicely, Lily of the Valley Base: Tonka Bean, Musk, Patchouli Review based on samples: I find both scents of the SE duo quite unique. They don't smell like every other fragrance. Wild Hearts is green, herbal. Smells like meadow, like wild flowers. You know how wild flowers have almost a bit bitterly scent, not the usual floral scent. The strongest note in my opinion is Rosemary, then Sweet Cicely and in the background are the watery/marine notes. May be the patchouli amplifys the green facets of the scent but it is not obvious. Flowers in this composition delicately contribute to the complexity of the aroma but are not distinct. Wild Hearts is invigorating and it will make you long for a walk in the nature. In terms of projection Wild Hearts is much stronger than Blazing Warmth.

Masculine in the first sprays with fresh/spicy notes. Thanks to the myrrh it turns warm and sweet on the skin. I definitely prefer how it turns on my skin, I was really impressed when I let it dry down. The imagery is a cool, brisk summer’s day at the seaside, it’s cloudy and a rainstorm is approaching. The marinic, salty features linger all the way through, which mixes so well with the sweetness. This would be so satisfying in summer.

This is genuinely the best dry own I have ever smelt in my life. Too bad I live in Canada I have very limited access to this perfume. I will grab one when I travel! Does anyone know a really good dupe of this I can buy in Canada or USA?

An aquatic version of Si. There's something salty about it and really mutable, going from aquatic to salty with a whiff here and there like Si. Sympathetic attractor and complimenter!

Can someone pretty please tell me which note is peaking though in the drydown its really addictive.
