Ultra Glam

sampled this today, it starts sparkling fresh and spicy with this typical staranise aroma. then it becomes more flowery with a dominant warm note (benzoin!?) and sweet praline infusion, which is coming up to my nose as an intense sweet-bitter marzipan aroma, just from a drop on my wrist. wow! very pleasent. the scent lingers very nice. wafts of beautiful powdery marzipan and staranise around me. it is hard to t describe, but it has warmth and coolness at once, guess about the heliotrope maybe? mmmhhmm i also think it reminds me a lot to hugo boss pure purple's marzipan flavour, but less powdery, more sophisticated and elegant and also it reminds me a verrrrry lot to lolita lempicka's first fragrance! in fact it's a good dupe of it, just replaced the strong licorice note from lempicka with the smooth marzipan aroma from Boss pure purple and just a tad lighter and thinner! i compared the notes of lempicka and this one, and my nose did not felt, they have in common many of the characteristical notes such as citrus, staranise, jasmin, heliotrope, vanilla and praline. i would also rather call this a floral fruity gourmand than an oriental vanilla. the vanilla is not dominant in this composition at all and it's not indeed very oriental, it's very gourmand! maybe this perfume tries a bit too much to be hip and unusual, but not reaching the inspiring ones by its quality. over all a really special one, a good alternative to the more expensives along the lines, well done oriflame! nice sillage, stayingpower also seems to be very okay for the pricerange! thumbs up!

Ultra Glam definitely starts off like Purple by Boss but then, it settles down after half an hour and sits on my skin nicely whilst reminding me of Angel Innocent. Praline, jasmine and grapefruit are the most prominent to me and I have to admit that Ultra Glam does not remind me of a girly fragrance. It seems to be a perfect match to a silky, shiny tunic worn with a pair of sexy leggings and a pair of patent heels. Ultra Glam is a sexy little fragrance that has good silage and lasting power. (Considering it comes only as an EDT concetration, 5 hours longetivity is a good score.) Happy to have it. If you are a Purple by Boss or Innocent by Mugler lover, Ultra Glam will most certainly appeal to you.

At first, I thought the spices and citrus would be dominant in this one, but apparently I was wrong. This one smells more or less like a very sweet citrus dessert... Not that it's bad -- it's pretty lovely actually.

Sweet cotton candy in a moderate way. not owerhelming for day time. I like it when the weather is colder in autumn it's more powdery and praline on me I didn't feel citrus.Very delicious! I love it!

Smells Nice, dominant notes are Praline and Star Anise! It is a pity that It is discontinued. Day- time and Night- time, suitable for winter season.

I had really big expectations about this scent.I have imagined something really eatable. As it was compared with Lolita Lempicka and Pure Purple, I have expected to get a kind of ideal mix of notes that I love. However, I found it completely different. The bottle is very nice. I think in reality it looks even better that on the picture. It is nicely done and easy to keep in hands (and in a bag). The main note I smell all the time is praline. Without checking the notes I would even say that it is sugar, a lot of sugar with a drop of anis. As I love sugar's smell it is ok for me. In addition I can smell sweet florals and vanilla. This fragrance on the whole is very, very sweet, a little eatable. It dasn't change a lot during the time, just the praline/sugar note is the strongest at the beggining. The staying power on my skin is a few hours, but after an hour it stays close to skin. Ultra Glam reminds me somehow watered Pink Sugar and So Elixir but (besides sweetness) I can't find any similarities with Pure Purple or Lolita Lempicka. To sum up, I like it but it's not a passion. I believe I will use it with pleasure during spring and summer days and then I fill forget this romance.

This is my first and only Oriflame perfume as they are not readily available in the US. The notes were so intriguing and even with the international shipping it was affordable so I bought this one blind. Ultra glam is sweet and the vanilla and praline are most prominent to me. To me this is a softer fragrance and is great for everyday work/school wear because it's unoffensive and inexpensive. While I enjoy this fragrance I also find it not that special, I feel like I could probably find something similar if I searched a Victorias Secret or Bath & Body Works. Longevity not bad for an EDT about 4 hours, sillage is close to the skin I pretty much have to stick my nose to my arm to smell it. Because of the low price and nice smell I'm considering trying other Oriflame scents.

Ultra Glam is simple, sweet and fresh. I like the way it improves Lolita Lempicka, LL seems very heavy and old next to this one, it is also similar to Pure Purple, the problem is that PP as loads of alcohol. A nice young and funny fragrance to wear when you want to feel fresh and flirty. Sillage is good but the long lasting is very week. 5/10

Not enough marzipan for me. Dries down powdery. Decent scent but lasting power is weak. I love the opening note of purple so I bought this but it's nowhere near as strong as purple. Good casual daytime scent.

After tested a lot of it on my arm, it does smell EXACTLY like Flowerbomb, but i guess that it will fade away pretty soon. Smells good but i prefer Flowerbomb.

ordered it, will come on Friday, looking forward to the smell and see if it lasts on my skin! only 12,95 from the latest campaign!

Most of all I feel in this fragrance the grapefruit, praline, heliotrope and vanilla notes. It's gourmand enough. Maybe I would like it, if it doesn't strongly remind me CK IN2U for Her by Calvin Klein because of the sweet and yummy composition of the pink grapefruit and vanilla notes. But this fragrance is less intensive, but more soft and smells less masculine (maybe because there no also cactus there, only pink grapefruit). Not bad, only I usually don't respect fragrances that remind me others.

This is nothing special-just another candy sweet perfume.The vanilla in it is kind of artificial and it's the prominent note from the beginning to the end.Oriflame has better sweet-warm perfumes than this one.

It`s too sweet and overpowering for me (and normally I love sweet perfumes). It can be true that for teenage girls going to party it would work better as I`m not a teenage girl anymore I`ll pass this one.

Finaly a nice Oriflame perfume! This one smells like a mix of Paris Hilton Can Can and original Lolita Lempicka. Very nice. Sugary and violet-y. Sexy. I want a bottle of this actually!

Haha, the flacon is a cubist version of Lancome's Hypnose!! Even the same colour and proportions. Pablo Picasso would sure love it!!
