Volare Gold

I ordered oriflame volare gold blind because of it's cheap price(1.6 oz was 16$!),amazing bottle and the fact that I had two other successful experiences with this brand.I received it today and it didn't dissapoint! It's as pretty as it's picture.seeing it was a relief because I thought that even if I hate the scent it can be a precious decorative object.It's like a golden metal rose.it's very eye catching and unique at the same time easy to place in hand and I can easily take it out in my hand bag,but I don't think there would be a need for that as it's sooo longlasting!it's packaging is as adorable,it comes in a tiny white box with golden roses on it But it's beauty doesn't finish at this point.it's juice is as impressive as it's appearance,just don't come close if you dislike sweet scents.volare gold is a floral-fruity-gourmand with an emphasize on the word "gourmand ".it opens lush and sweet with a juicy peach blended with a strong,natural-smelling rose.it becomes warmer and sweeter and more caramelized as it dries down,I can't pickup much of salt here just peachy rose dipped in buttery caramel syrup,veryyy yummy.what makes it so lovely for me is that it's ingredients seem high quality and smell very natural.I usually dislike peach-rose blend if appears syntethic or plasticy to my nose and I'm happy that it's not the case here.I can't call it complex or terribly unique but it smells high end,better than much expensive perfumes in this genre.it's a modern scent and follows trend of sweet caramel fruity floral but I don't feel like smelling like a little girl.not at all! Last but not least,volare gold has amazing longevity and sillage.it's been a while I didn't have a new perfume with such a great projection.I can smell it on myself all day long with just two sprays!and I've already received a complement from my neighbor and one from my husband!hubby isn't a fan of gourmands but as soon as entering the house he said what a charming scent!it was four hours after I sprayed it and I was in my room! I'm going to buy at least five bottles of it to gift my friends Edit:I decided to save it for fall and winter since they seem to be right season for it but I can't! It has turned to one of my most used night perfumes.it may seem overwhelming in hot days but it's perfect for nights.a sexy and sweet complement magnet with a warm caramelized peachy rose trail! I have to order a backup ❤❤❤❤❤ ترکیب محشری از رز،هلو و کارامل! یه عطر خوشمزه و شیرین،معتدل مایل به گرم و خیلیم جذاب.هم رز هم هلو رایحه طبیعی دارن اینجا همونقدر ک رایحه دلنشینی داره،ظاهر بسیار زیبا و خاص،پخش و موندگاری عالی و قیمت مناسبی هم داره و خوش بازخورد هم بنظر میرسه.اگه رز جزو نتهای موردعلاقه شماست و روایح شیرین رو هم دوس دارید توصیه میکنم حتما امتحانش کنید

love roses and this is one of the best I've ever smelled. Salty caramell rose water. All the notes are noticeable, but I don't get this gourmand anyway. There is nothing annoying or too much about this scent. The atmosphere of this is not so mystical or oriental, rather simple and scandinavian. Moderate sillage and very good durability. Linear, dries beautifully. The bottle is beautiful and the cap excellent, snap. I always have a Bottle in my bag, sometimes friend may need a rose. Beautiful Oriflame.

It took me few years to finally find a fragrance I absolutely adore. I can wear it all seasons, all day and I even refresh it when I go to sleep. It’s just my scent!

Volare Gold is a very natural smelling blend of Persian/Turkish roses with peaches and a lot of sugary sweetness. To my nose, it does not smell necessarily like caramel but more like a sweetened double strong rose water. It smells similar to a lot of middle eastern deserts and it's very gourmand in that sense. It's a very simple scent in general but very pleasant and mass appealing with great sillage(for 5 hours atleast) and 9-12 hours of longevity with only one spray! I absolutely agree with dear @Soofiya in that I think it's a great gift. it's certainly worth the money if you like a delicious, sweet and simple rose based fragrance for almost every season of the year. I like it very much and I would personally rate this 6.5 out of 10 but if I liked simple scents more, it would be like an 8 out of 10 because it's perfect in every other department. I have to be honest here; most cheap fragrances smell really synthetic and annoying to my nose- along with a fair share of expensive ones, but that's not the point- BUT Volare Gold is one of those few that does NOT smell synthetic, it's nice and decent, and a very good choice for a cheapie.

I love rose, I love how many different faces this queen of flowers has. This scent is simple, linear, yet very pleasing and balanced. Soft, velvety rose petals, sweet caramel and just a hint of saltiness to prevent it from becoming sticky-sweet, but not going into the Olympéa-like salty-sweetness I don't like and what I keep on smelling in so many perfumes. The Volare bottles are also beautiful, although this massive golden rose is a bit too much kitsch for my taste. I think I like this one better than the original Volare - it lacks the powdery note, but it is a way deeper and more natural rose. I could wear this anytime, anywhere, if gifted. But I think it lacks a little originality which would make me want to own it. I will use up my sample and enjoy it, but I will stick to my two favorite roses from my collection: Issey Miyake Rose&Rose and Gres: Lumiere Rose.

It's a more refined version of the beautiful Volare Forever (the white/silver rose) - not as sweet, but rather aromatic/salty instead. The combination of rose, peach, caramel and salt is really well-balanced and the rose note is truly elegant, deep and aromatic - like a dark red or black rose. The perfume has the "dark-suede" quality, it's velvety and mysterious but also encouraging, it's like a really dark, luscious and shady garden that welcomes you on a sunny day with its aromatic dewy freshness. I'll be wearing this one with pride - that's just how the perfume makes you feel - elegant, confident and far from the usual.

On me it smells like salty caramel mixed with strong rose with unbearable sweetness that my head started to hurt. I like the perfume on my mother and when you spritz it in the air, but for me it is not working.The longevity is very good it lasted 16hours on my skin. The projection was also very good. The price was only 7euros when i order it form oriflame.com P.S it is worth buying if you enjoy sweet-floral strong perfumes.

Very well balanced. I don't know why this beautiful fragrance had been discontinued.

Caramelized rosewater. The salt is almost untraceable and the peach is only at the beginning. Not gourmand, but enough sweet. A little headache inducing. Stays close to the skin but last a fair amount of time.

I think this is very pretty! Peaches, salt, and a touch of sweet rose. Perfect for a summer day. And good sillage!

Your nondescript rose scent. I can see why this being discontinued. There are zillions scents like this out there.
