Fancy Red

Smells like a generic ‘red dress’ perfume, loud, floral, and flat. No notes really stand out, and it fades into a sharp, synthetic blur. Okay sillage and longevity.

Very indolic ylang-ylang and jasmine mixture. 100% risk of a migraine. Try before you buy.

this opens with woods, citruses and pink pepper. the woods become stronger and they begin to smell very synthetic, like laundry detergent. all i am getting is a slightly bitter orange, a hint of pink pepper and highly synthetic woods that smell like laundry. i am not getting the florals other people are getting, not at all. it literally smells like powdered laundry detergent. no florals whatsoever. i am baffled by this one.

I surprisingly really like this! I have very feminine leaning skin (milky, sweet) and on me this smells like the older sibling of Gozo! If you like the odd, inflict Gozo, you might like it, it’s slightly soapy but not in the aldehyde way but because of the ylang to me which gives it a “office” scent way in the back. Almost like an old lady’s home that is so cozy and quite old fashioned. Again, if you like Gozo, you can attempt to try it but do NOT blind buy it, it’s definitely only for those who like the old lady’s scents so to speak. Like myself. Whoever, this isn’t old lady in the disgusting way a la elixir aromatique or revlon or Estée Lauder’s of the past, it’s a modern sort of old lady’s perfume. Hard to describe but it’s definitely not sexy, a little vampiric as in old, slightly dark and musty.. something about it it I really like. It’s so odd. Try to test it. It’s also definitely not citrus heavy at all as I hate citrus. It dries down to what I imagine the clothes of a female vampire would smell like- washed many years ago and she perfumes herself again and again with a powdery floral to hide the must. But it’s not even musty, it’s just... old smelling.

Jasmine rosewood. Woody, floral, and pepper are mainly what i get. The jasmines, ylang mix doesn't show unless it's settled as it begins musky pepper with some woods. The settle has some clean soapy effect with that jasmine ylang mix, also it has that peppery woody texture that makes it kind of moist and yet dry. This is a cute one, not a groundbreaking rather than being cute and fair.
