This is a great fragrance that's a straight beast...Noo it skips beast mode and goes straight NUCLEAR! It's an amazing fragrance, that you see where they copied the Invictus DNA...But then took that blueprint and made it their own. By going balls to the wall with Sillage, Projection, Longevity, ETC...And by changing a few notes around. Must try...if you want something Invictus Intense like, but not Invictus Intense. I used six sprays...both wrist, back & front of my neck, chest, and front of my shirt. Will I buy this again?...No, I don't see myself finishing this bottle. What's the strength of this? EDP. Can you use it as a unisex scent? No. Am I willing to trade this fragrance? No. Should You Skip It, Sample It First or Blind Buy It? I say blind buy it. 1.Sample it first: if you wanna just say, you tried another Invictus like scent/clone (But this is way stronger). Just remember to go to Saks or Macy's to try this one for free...Outside of that, then you can get a sample from eBay, Letgo, Craigslist, Etc...for a few bucks. 2.Skip it: if you don't like Invictus Intense(This is strong). 3.Blind Buy: if you love sweet, woody, aquatics and you can't get enough of them. Icufish is correct. This is part of the armaf brand.. Funny how we all smell things differently. To me it's a strong citrus with a peppered jasmine. I can strongly detect the floral in this. Very pleasant. To be honest this is unisex. Not pour homme. This doesn't have to much oomph. It lasted 4-6?7? Hours. Great projection for the first couple hours then it turns to a soft sweet woody base. I can see this being worn in spring and low heat summer. Probably at night. But obviously you can wear what you want when you want to. Not to bad. But i don't think i would want to buy this. Judge for yourself. You may find you like this scent. Kind regards. Lj

Fruity, sweet and slightly spicy drying down to a woody scent. Smells like a designer blue fragrance but one that is focused on sweetness rather than freshness. Good performer with around 6 - 8hrs of longevity and good projection for between 1.5 - 2hrs. Nothing groundbreaking but this one is probably a safe blind buy. It won't offend many and will be great for use in the office. Can be used all year round, day or night. Solid fragrance from Oros (Armaf).

This is really nice, but selling at between £70 and £80 in U.K for 85ml! From only a couple of sellers. This is ludicrous for something from this great house, known for quality budget offerings. I think that this could be a marketing mistake from them, when most of their perfumes can be purchased at between £15 and £30 for 100-105 ml. I think their loyal customers may rebel! Chanel, Dior, Hermes prices are around the same price, and the houses have the pedigree, to pull it off (rip you off?!) As someone has already used the Hyundai example, I will add that it's like Hyundai making a car, then trying to flog it at Mercedes prices because it has some Swarovski crystals on the bonnet! When all said and done, this is a great scent, belonging in the Invictus genre with respectable performance. If I can get a bottle at a reasonable price, I'll get a bottle, but other creations are already pitched into this genre, so I'm going to get all of them eventually, and compare them with the well known brands. This will take a few months to get them all, but I will share my findings when I do.

Armaf is what Hyundai was to the automotive industry over 10 years ago. As long as its a good value, there is no real reason to buy anything else since all they do is make fairly competent knockoffs of other wonderfully engineered/crafted scents. There is nothing signature about this brand but for the value they earn a thumbs up for sure. This scent in particular is cloying to me as are a lot of other knockoffs they make. Blue Homme is perhaps their greatest clone - If you like Aqua Di Gio, particularly 'Profumo', then dont hesitate! OROS reminds me of a person who went haywire and sprayed Paco Rabannes iterations of 1 Million and then did the same with Invictus.

Tried this at a store.. its very sweet and has Some depth to it. A winter/fall frag. Its not unique and reminds me of many frags in this category or group. Its not my type but a decent frag nonetheless.

Can someone in Fragrantica please add OROS UOMO to the Fragrantica database!? It deserves a a place at the top of the Oros page imho. Thanks.

A more potent Invictus Aqua but not as spicy as Hawas.
