I bought a bottle of Latin Light and another Oscar de la Renta Limited Edition (2010)in a clear and pink bottle with a silver cap that is not listed here on Fragrantica at an Estate Sale. Latin Light is very tropical and very strong. Passion Flower is the star from start to finish. The Rose is nicely tempered with the wonderful and prominent Night Queen especially in the beginning. As it dries down I get a lot of Frangipani and some Orange Blossom but still there is heavy Passion Flower. The Sandalwood is the main base note and is very strong yet gorgeous with the Passion Flower and Frangipani notes. The Amber is faint but it adds some warmth and dimension. I have nothing like this in my collection as it is very unique. I think this one is best as a night scent for the Summer as it is quite strong and very romantic in its tropical splendor. The 2010 Limited Edition is quite beautiful as well, It is not as tropical as Latin Light but more of a sweet Oriental with Jasmine as its star. I detected some Citrus top notes in this one. I also caught some Herbal and possibly some Lavender middle notes. There is also some Coconut adding a creamy dimension to this gorgeous scent. There is the same wonderful Sandalwood in this as was in Latin Light and I picked up on some Patchouli as a base note but it is not overpowering whatsoever. This one is good for the nighttime in the Spring and the Summer. For both longevity is over six hours and sillage fills a room. In keeping with the Oscar de la Renta tradition both are elegant and very nice additions to my collection. I love them both. 10/10

This is a very pretty summery floral. I would swear there is pepper in here though it is not listed as a note. To my nose, this registers mainly as pepper, frangipane, orange flower, sandalwood, amber. The sweet floral dimension gives it a bit of a tropical feel.

i am a long time fan of Oscar de la Renta. I have purchased several bottles of his signature. I have recently came across this Latin Light version and I love it.I am a real big fan of orange blossom. I have been wearing it all week.
