Red Orchid

If you're not usually into fruity fragrances but interested in branching out, this is a great one to try. The fruit is very nicely balanced by the powdery orchid and iris notes, built on a creamy base of sandalwood and vanilla. It's very warm and soft, and much more sophisticated than the typical fruity perfume. I like to wear this in the spring and autumn, as a transition from lighter summer and heavier winter fragrances. Moderate longevity and silage on me, and altogether a fragrance I find very comforting.

no orchid listed in the notes ???? well i m actually testing a sample of this and i think it's very nice and unusual, at first a sour berry splash, then it becomes warm and flowery, slight powdery, with an intersting combination of sweet and sour fruits-mix. delicious and interesting fragrance. the drydown is is woodsy with powdery iris, very nice ! it's not spectacular nore sexy or very tempting. but safe and very comfy. sillage good. staying power good. suits any age.

I never thought I would like notes of berries as I always run from perfumes with blue berry.but this perfume smells very nice! it starts with a sour splash of fruits mixed with a drop of orange and becomes sweeter just after some minutes. the berries notes fade away very quickly.leading to the vanilla base. maybe it's me,but after the first splash of berries,it smells very similar to "premier jour" by Nina Ricci.of course both have strong orchid,vanilla and woodsy notes. I'm unsure about the long lasting power,but I think the silage is not strong.but that's the way it is.otherwise it might lose it's innocent character.

Interesting, a sparkling berry fest (think dark berries not strawberries) with orchidy notes (so they claim). A warm berry fragrance that I wore in autumn.
