Sureyya

Sureyya opens with a lot of juicy fruits and fresh citrus -mandarin and lemon but also a wild mix of the other fruity notes that I'm not quite able to distinguish, none of them really stands out. The opening feels playful, and slightly tangy, with a youthful vibe, maybe a bit too youthful to my taste. As the fruity madness softens, the fragrance changes into something more floral, jasmine in first row with a certain sweetness.This stage feels smoother, more refined and not as juvenile as the fruity opening. In the drydown, the scent becomes warmer. Cashmere wood and woody notes create a soft, smooth woody vibe. Patchouli and oakmoss adds depth and some earthiness but is not very prominent. Vanilla is quite sweet on me, again giving me a slightly youthful impression, but not as much as in the opening. It kinda grew on me during the development. I'm left with the impression that this perfume fits someone younger than me better, but I also see the potential for a summer scent. (Testing in cooler weather) Sillage is a bit more than moderate, longevity good. Safe for blind buying, but you need to like perfume on the sweeter, fruity side.
