This was one of my first bottles I ever bought. I bought it based off a really silly review, but here is my honest feeling about this smell. This is a true unisex fragrance, when you first spray it you get a lemon-y/citrus explosion. It really smells almost like an air freshener more so than a fragrance at first, but then as it dries down you start to get a nice mesh between sandalwood and citrus. It's nothing groundbreaking, but just a nice clean scent. I can see how this provoke a marine smell from a lot of people, but I get more of a nice soap rather than an ocean. I always spray this once or twice on me before going to the gym if I'm not already wearing something as it's a very intimate scent and is SUPER safe. If you want something to have to smell like a nice soap for whatever reason, buy it. I got 3.4 oz for like $30 so it's super affordable. (edit) - One of my parents smelled this on me while I'm home for the summer, and they said it smells like the citrus-y soaps you get for free at beach side hotels: 100% agree.

It smells like menthol, Citrus, and .. lily of the valley? Not good. I wish I could return it.

This smells like the ocean mixed with cedar. This has a slight tinge of wintergreen. Not harsh at all,and definitely unisex. Housed in a very picturesque bottle.

I can't quite put my finger on the notes. It's very woodsy with a hint of aquatic. It's very manly--there is nothing feminine about this scent....
