Love is the Way She Moves

In this day and age, can a cherry fragrance still feel unique? I think Love Is the Way She Moves is a clear yes. It manages to stay far away from the usual cherry clichés and actually brings something new. On the first spray, I get an expensive, creamy floral, very sensual, yet soft with a surprisingly strong sillage. It feels fresh, almost dewy, like a humid summer night, but without any citrus. As it develops, the fruit becomes more prominent, and I can clearly pick out strawberries, cherries, and raspberries, as if they’ve been gently simmering together with full large vanilla beans and brown sugar. It’s delicious but still very upscale and unique. The freshness never disappears either, which adds layers and keeps the fragrance interesting throughout.

This fragrance has brought me endless attention—people cannot help themselves. It starts as a super jammy red berry blend with plenty of the funk of berries that have gotten overly ripe & are mushy. That mellows out and remains a sweet jam. My number one fragrance. Lasts hours. Just ordered a back-up bottle, and I don’t ever do that—it was not available for about 2 years and was just re-released with slightly new notes. I hope it’s the same. Update: the 2026 version is not the same at all. They added a cherry marshmallow note instead of just cherry. It’s no longer realistic & jammy. Just another marshmallow that smells like another one of their fragrances (Marshmallow Maracuja). Oh well. If anyone has the original, let me know!

I dunno. I don't think it smells like marshmallow maracuja. It's almost like if love don't be shy was cherry based instead of orange blossom. It is unique in the world of cherry to me, but I also don't know if it's for me. It is a sweet strawberry cherry puree with lot of syrupy brown sugar and caramel. It does smell different from the old version. Depressingly got an older bottle that completely leaked out during transit and the new version just doesn't do it for me.

This is a unique cherry scent, but I don’t like it. It’s very sweet and kind of smells cold? I don’t like an overly sour cherry, but this has no tartness at all. It smells like a red Dots gumdrop

Smells like cough syrup. The cherry is very medicinal.
