Memoria Mimosa

My ultimate signature scent - THE final boss of perfumes. It is a very powdery and floral smell that dries down to a lovely warm, vanilla, slightly spicy, cardamom skin scent, it is a perfume OIL so it is much concentrated, no alcohol and lasts on your skin(depending on your skin chemistry with it) longer. I was walking inside Siam Square(of course on a trip because where else could you discover new scents if you are not out and about?) with my family on vacation, my mom and I were walking arm-in-arm when we pass by a perfume store that looked empty and I caught a whiff of this beautiful smell and I wasn't the only one because my mom was like "eum bango!(smells good!)" and I had to stop walking to find where it was coming from because there were two stores facing each other so it could either be anyone but we were rushing so we left early. THEN my parents let me out to go alone and spend some time at centralw0rld which was near our hotel at the time because they know I can be more efficient without the pressure and I can enjoy my time and leave satisfied. Malls in Thailand are honestly nothing compared to those in the PH(I mean asian malls are always so extra but I haven't been to a single mall that wasn't as extravagant as those in Thailand, even their thai version of divisoria was way better than the real divisoria) when I come across the same exact smell from siam center. PANPURI had a kind of pop-up in the middle on the 2nd floor and honest to God I came up to one of their sales lady and asked "hi, can I ask what is the smell in the air?" and she showed me around and without much work, I found the smell and bought the full sized bottle and a candle of the same scent. She didn't even need to do much convincing because I was so ready to spend the 200 I saved for this vacation on JUST perfume(and some pasulubong for my closest friends back home). AND SO I got a free trial pack of siamese water after signing up for their website. So! Yeah! It genuinely is such a beautiful smell and I find difficulty in describing the kind of 'scenarios' you could imagine with it(that's how a lot of people market perfumes) and I don't want to because it totally ruins your whole and unique experience with a perfume. The packaging seems very exclusive and they have a whole manual on how to use the oil even and comes with a dropper(if you get the full bottle) but if you're just going to try it out, the 10ml works just as well if not more cost-efficient because its oil!! you get to have it longer because you only ever need a swipe on your wrist/neck and you're good to go!!

My newest purchase is this pretty scent. I was able to find it by accident in a mall in Chiang Mai. All perfumes by Pañpuri are natural, oil based and follow a clean formula. Big plus for that. They smell all very nicely blended, no sharpness or chemical side notes, instead very natural and wholesome. I was looking for a mimosa scent for awhile, Memoria Mimosa captivated me from the first moment. The mimosa is very well blended, but most dominat in the top notes. It blends so well with the Cardamom and Vanilla, leaving an elegant scent trail. Based on the notes you might guess similarities to Mimosa and Cardamom by JM, which I see. The scent also reminds me of the discontinued version of Dream Angels Heavenly, which I used to have years ago. For me this is a perfect blend of memories and the mimosa I was looking for, therefore happy I found this one.
