Così Blu

Energising as fuck. The only perfume that I can smell out of a bottle for the hit it provides, the only one about which I do not worry whether the projection is there. I wish it developed slower and lasted longer overall. EDIT: it is not acquatic, the bark, absynthe and incense are the dominant smells. It does come of a little animalic, but nothing like manure or skin. This is a wild smell that will get your ego erected. This is not a compliment getter, but it reels people in. My wife hated it, my family still dislikes it, yet all of them react and ask to smell my wrists. For most of the time the reaction is usually "I hate it! Give me more." Its like a line of cocaine, nobody wants it at first, but after the first whiff, try stopping. I was fully ruined by Oud Maracuja for about 2 years, no other perfume would hit the spot like MC did, so I bought 6 bottles of it over the period. Then, I went to Paris, specifically to search for a new perfume. I thank myself everyday I went on this trip, I am finally free from the Oud Maracuja spell and now I cant stop with the perfume shopping.

I'm loving this one of the line - this and Dolce Passione in particular stand out to me. Yes this one is very churchy but also subtly sweet so not offensive in my opinion. Very enigmatic Christmas spicy incense - really my kind of scent. I can't get any strawberries or absinthe thankfully, and it's super full bodied. Leans on gourmand category.

I love this odd fragrance. The absinthe is very strong in the opening, as well as bark. It's minty, smoky, dirty, it reminds me (in spirit) of Shalimar - it's a naughty fragrance for a night in a bar. EDIT: On my skin it becomes very licoricey, almost gourmand. What a beautiful fragrance for autumn and winter - I have bought it.

Patheon Roma's Così Blu is DEFINITELY a winter fragrance for sure. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about this scent that is aquatic or ozonic as other commenters have stated. Given that I'm testing the scent in March 2025, I don't think I'm getting the full wear scent as I would in the appropriate winter months. Therefore, I'm only getting the smoky incensed scent with the slightly creamy, woody, ambery nuances of this fragrance, which are the notes incense, sandalwood, and benzoin. As I keep wearing the fragrance, I am starting to get the slight cinnamon, and VERY faint strawberry note. There is floral coming in as well, but I mainly smell the incense and amber. The smokiness is dying down a bit, but the incense is definitely prominent here as many people have stated in their own way. 11/25/2025: As stated earlier, there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about this scent that is aquatic or ozonic as other commenters have stated. They're just projecting off of the "Blu" in the fragrance's name, but it's not blue, ozonic, or aquatic fragrance. This is a fall/winter, incense scent with a VERY FAINT strawberry freshness and fresh floral notes; but again, I still wouldn't consider Cosí Blu a fresh fragrance per se. Now, is it an incense fragrance with fresh nuances? YES! Absolutely!! But, is it a fresh, blue, ozonic fragrance? No! Not at all!! Mainly, I and many others get the incense and the amber notes with a floral nuance in the background. This is the perfect scent for fall-winter. It is unisex in marketing, but I consider Cosí Blu as a masculine scent. It is a scent worthy of buying. Pantheon Roma did a fantastic job on this fragrance. I recommend it. Two thumbs up!! Like I say in all my reviews, this is all just my opinion. Take opinions and reviews with a grain of salt. Everyone has an opinion regarding smells. Some people love a specific fragrance. Some people hate it. Some people lie regarding reviews and opinions. Some state the truth. My advice is for you to GET A SAMPLE OF ANY FRAGRANCE BEFORE YOU COMMIT TO BUYING IT. That way, you can assess it for yourself and have your own thoughts rather than strictly going off someone else's thoughts and opinions.

Tree bark and absinthe? Okay haha. Nice floral concoction here. Has a misplaced booziness which just doesn't jive with the other notes has a regurgitated vibe. Not gnarly or anything, but not fresh. Seems fresh but it's not. Meh.
