The opening is a bit like baccarat rouge or montal sensual instinct, not that it has the same scent, but the intensity and style Plus a tiny hint of a fresh mint hue in it But all that is only in the opening and is also gone very quickly Then the scent turns completely in a different direction It suddenly becomes very indescribable but as a molecule of perfume very special You smell hints of everything but also a huge cloud of scents mixed together It is very different in the air than on the skin From the opening slightly sweet with a hint of mint to a fruity cherry or blueberry or raspberry nothing syrupy but fruity fresh and slightly sweet with the blend of an ambroxan-like molecule with an enormous aura around it Enchanting in experience What remains in the base is like smelling a bag of haribo cherry candy from the past but from a distance Like someone in the schoolyard eating sweets and you standing next to it Nothing viscous but very clear This perfume does 2 things Find your montal too intense but tasty! Can't you smell a molecule but are you still curious about it? Then take this.... this does something special It has the power of Montale the magic of a molecule Put them together in a perfume and you get something fantastic like this

I bought this recently just by looking at the notes. I love perfumes with liquor, specially when done well. This one is one of them. It DOES NOT smells like Angel's share at all. It has its own personality. At the beginning when you spray it you can smell the Cognac. Then it dissipates in its totality, traces will stay through the longevity of the perfume on your skin or clothes. Then it will transform itself in cherries, it is INCREDIBLE, but you will smell cherries with cognac in the background, with some spices all together. I think the answer of this is that the materials that the perfume contains have Eugenol and aromatic alcohol that can be found in a lot of berries. The performance is OUTSTANDING!! it is an excellent perfume and definitely a compliments getter.

This is a spicy, boozy, resinous, vanilla, incense type of scent with the cognac note remaining throughout. The cognac gives this an overall slightly tangy feel to me. I find it quite addictive. This is warm and sexy, making it perfect for date nights, winter or colder weather. I personally don’t find this similar to anything else. This is definitely nothing like Angels Share, which to me is very reminiscent of a supermarket Christmas air freshener. The only similarity between the two is that they are both boozy scents. I had been testing this for months, but kept gravitating back to it. I ended up buying a full bottle from Jovoy’s website, as they are the only company who ship this brand to the UK.

I loved this. Although i was a little disappointed to receive it initially as i thought it smelled very similar to Angel's share. But this is very much like a lighter version of angel's share. Angel's share is potent from a singular spray. If i took both and sprayed it side by side, you can tell that angels share is much stronger. More sweetness, more body, more spice, more everything. Nirvana on the other hand, takes angel's share DNA and added more 'airyness' to it. I would say they are pretty similar. Enough to not need to own both! I'd take nirvana just because i live in a warmer climate and Angel's Share could be a little too strong.

This fragrance, Nirvana by Paradis des Sens, was love at first sniff for me. The blend of cognac, tonka bean, and myrrh in the top notes creates an intoxicating opening with a comforting richness and spicy warmness from the cinnamon in the middle notes. Once adorned, it is very difficult to forget and it makes you stand out! 10/10

Absolutely fascinating. Fell in love with it immediately! This perfume reminds me fruit compote from my childhood. Firstly I smelled cherry, cinammon and wood notes. Although there's no cherry in here it feels like one could smell it. Guess it's cognac which reminds cherries. I would define this perfume as warm spicy cherry blast!

I`m admitting I may be an alcoholic when it comes to scents - I just love cognac, rum, vodka, whiskey in perfumes when done well. These mix so well with other notes creating this exciting, decadent and dandy feel. This scent is wonderful combination of cognac, cinnamon and tonka bean - what`s not to love. For colder season.

There is no tobacco in this. It’s also not a as boozy or sharp as Angel’s Share, which I can’t stand. This is more like Roja Manhattan. It is like spice cake with a dash of cinnamon mixed with resins, into a warm amber vanilla fragrance. This definitely carries in the air beautifully in cold weather.

This opens so savory. I was afraid it will be mostly cinnamon but no, the liquoir and tonka balance it out and it reminds me of the juicy depth of a good portwine. Probably one of the best scents for winter - festive, warm and rich!

Nirvana my favorite scent of the brand !! A fragrance that you will never get bored from. A very seductive scent that will let everyone asks you what you are wearing. The best gourmand perfume <3 10000000000/10.

It smells like apples with cinnamon soaked in cognac. All I can think of is Christmas and cold winter days. Can lean towards masculine and feminine as well.

A more interesting Version of angel’s share with a cherry opening I love that dna and this makes it even better and more unique for a better value overall

To me it smells of cherries, reminds a bit red tobacco by Mancera. I didn’t think of Angels Share while wearing it. i was surprised to read that there’s no cherry or almond note in it, and that it reminds Angels Share to someone. It’s sexy intoxicating scent, like boozy cherry or almond. A bit too sweet for me, but still delectable. Dunno I didn’t feel like super rich quality of the scent, but it’s really good.

More complex angel shares smell for a much better price. But this thing is the longest lasting fragrance I’ve ever smelt. I have smelt a lot of fragrances in my life and nothing has lasted 72+ hours. And I’m not kidding I’m 3 days into this and it is still on my skin even after washing. It’s not loud but it’s there and it’s amazing the cashmere is very smooth and works beautifully.

The smell is strong and intoxicating, leaning towards sweetness, but the cognac really does a good job of neutralizing that sweetness. You can smell cinnamon, but it's faint. Overall, it's a sweet woody scent with a light hint of spice and alcohol. I personally don't smell cherry notes at all, as some have mentioned in the comments below.

Really nice! A soft, spicy and boozy dessert of some sort. A hint of caramelized sugar on my skin. I’m not a big fan of Angel’s Share nor its price tag, this is better rounded in my opinion. I like the soft and warm feel of this. It’s a touch soapy. Will test again in winter.

#1619 in my "Tour de Fragrance" Got this decant from scentsplit.com. What we have here is another Kilian "Angel's Share" knock off. Minor tweaks, but same overall impression. Boozy nuts and cinnamon but without the sweet praline that makes Angel's Share smell like Almond Roca toffee. So not quite as feminine as Angel's Share. Most of the knocks offs out there change other notes, but not in a bad way, tossing in plum for sweetness, instead of praline, and iris for florals, instead of hedione. Examples are Atralia "Tonka Gold" ($35), Borouj "Silage" ($37), Dumont "Nitro Intense" ($29), Fragrance World "Cocktail Intense" ($18), French Avenue "Royal Blend" ($35), Gulf Orchid "Sweet Heaven Ice" ($29), and Orientica "Oud Old Fashioned", which some vendors, like Jomashop, occasionally have at $90 and under. When they do it sells out in a day. It's currently at $198 on Amazon and definitely not worth that. Of all of the above this Paradis des Sens is the most expensive, prices ranging from just under $100 to as high as $215. A price under $50 would make more sense. Performance-wise it's very much toward bottom of the pack, so you get nothing in the performance of this scent to justify premium pricing. For performance I put the Orientica in first place and Atralia in second. This Paradis Des Sens has sillage for about two hours, skin scent for four. Pretty mediocre really. On the plus side it doesn't ruin the mood with really cheap synthetics. Cocktail Intense, Royal Blend and Sweet Heaven Ice are cheap and smell like it. Nitro Intense is a bit better, Borouj Silage better still. If your budget is $35 and under, I would definitely get the Atralia. But if you can find and afford the Orientica, get that, and don't hesitate. Four times I found it under $90, delayed buying it and it was out of stock the next day. But, if it's more than that, get the Atralia. This scent is carpool, elevator and small office safe. Versatile for any wear, but because it barely makes it from morning shower to lunch, I'd use it for dates, not office wear, unless you want to bother with a lunchtime refresher spritz. Cold weather too, as this won't take the heat. Okay, but not a bottle buy for me. Good Luck and Good Hunting!

Just tried it on in the store as the 30ml bottle was on sale and piqued my interest. Now getting home and seeing that it's quite a pricy fragrance, I'm amazed it's in such a flimsy, boring bottle. Not even 1/4 of it was used in the store and the plastic cap was already divided into two pieces - shinier on the outside and matte on the inside. It made it look and feel very cheap. Now to the scent - it is very strong. In the opening I felt my skin reacting in a way like there was mint in it. Mainly I smell ripe, if not a bit overly ripe cherries with spices. Must be what the brand refers to as cognac, but it's way too cherry-forward to be cognac to me. It's fairly sweet, but the sweetness is not dominating. I smell woody notes in the base. I quite like the fragrance, but there is one but... when I put my nose close to the spot I tried it on, it makes it sore as it smells like an extremely potent mix of the dentist office and licorice root. I refrain from smelling it closer. Overall, an interesting warm scent best smelled from far away. Possibly the cheapest glass bottle with a plastic cap available at the time

I prefer Angels’ Share and if you have it, this isn’t necessary. There’s also a certain powderiness to this that’s not present in AS. It’s nice, but not worth buying a very similar scent. Very Apple/cinnamon & boozy.

I tested this on riyadh airport, saudi Arabia. At the time of spraying it was just interesting but I could not spend more time on it. The NEXT day, I could smell whiff of a very nice fragrance. It was different than what it was at the time of spraying. I ordered it online and got it delivered just a while ago. Sprayed it again and I suddenly remembered ,it smells almost exactly like kismet angel which I have also. I put kismet angel on the other arm. I can endorse that there is not much difference, the dry down is a little bit different but still I like it....

This is a very intense scent. It's boozy, it has rich notes of cinnamon, hazelnut and myrrh. It is really good, but not very original, it reminds me a lot of Herod and it's dupe Divine Vanille. It also has something similar to Guidance 46 (which I think also smells somewhat similar to Herod) It's a great scent, the ingredients feel smooth, nothing harsh here. Just beware that this is not something new.

This is really nice,longevity appears good as I can still smell it 6 hours after applying 1 spray. Unfortunately it's pretty close to something that already own - Ath Addicted- not exactly but close. When my Addicted runs out though I'd buy this to replace it,I rate it that highly.

The opening of this fragrance is identical to Angel's Share. After that there are subtle differences, but not enough to keep it from being redundant to own both. At $230 for a 50ml bottle of Angel's Share vs $275 for 100ml bottle of this, Nirvana is probably the deal.

got a 30ml gift of this one. there’s something so much more pleasant in this in the drydown n it wins over angels’ share in that part. something clean and medicinal like which i am obsessed over and i do not find in angels’ share.

Might be better than Angels Share to me. Boozy, dark and syrupy. Reminds me of plum syrup, dense rich fruit cake and an expensive bar cart with nice bottles.
