Seven Heaven

It was love at first smell! I received a sample of this fragrance, and it has turned into my number one wanted fragrance. I could not stop smelling my wrists. The scent is sweet, clean, and intoxicating. It makes you feel elegant, luxurious, and irresistible. I am surprised no one else has written a review yet. When I received the sample Seven Heaven, I also got Delina. I would alternate each day between the two. Although Delina is also irresistible, there is something different and more comfortable about Seven Heaven. Perhaps knowing the popularity of Delina may have evoked a bias to deter gravitating towards a fragrance owned by many.

I can't tell the difference between this and Delina Exclusif except that Delina performs better. If you don't already own Delina Exclusif, this is a great option because it's $140 cheaper for 100 ml than Delina.

This is indeed similar to Manakara Indult. Manakara Indult is more carefree, sweet and happy Seven Heaver is more grown-up and serious.

This is very good and are very similar to PDM Delina Exclusif to me, but i like this one more 🙂

Got a sample from a friend and this isn't for me. The scent pyramid says it all because a musky powdery rose would usually be the bottom of the barrel for me.

There are key notes not listed above: 1.) saffron/oud aromachemical that is in everything trendy right now - think Penhaligon's Empressa 2.) Synthetic green and lily of the valley notes you used to always find alongside the discontinued Lilial aromachemical. It's usually a cheap stand-in for galbanum or cognac essential oil. The litchi and pear notes are beautiful in this, but the whole blend relies too heavily on synthetics and is trying too hard to be trendy. Great idea, horrible execution. It was like trying to blend a watery fruity floral with an ultra-dry fougere and the drydown is like wearing an entirely different perfume. At first I thought I must have accidentally gotten leakage from another perfume on my hands. Nope! The whole thing just comes off as disjointed and inharmonious. Bear in mind that the litchi, pear, and rose fade very quickly and you are left with the saffron/oud/fake greenery. Yuck. Definitely not a good blind buy, and not worksafe or allergen-friendly. It's almost bitter. Make sure you buy a decant or sample first. The quality is very poor for the price. It's like a high-powered BBW or VS spray. Despite scrubbing it within the first 30min (by then pretty much only the 3 base chemicals remained), it clung to my skin for ages. Filled my entire apartment with the faintest application. This is so strong it's better classified as a pure parfum/parfum extrait.

Testing (dabber samples) Seven Heaven on one arm and DE on the other, I admit, they smell very similar. That being said I still note enough of a difference and I (unfortunately to my wallet) lean towards DE. Seven Heaven smells more powdery, while DE is more rounded IMO. Though it's subtle, I get more of the brighter, fruity notes in DE. My sister also smelled both and leaned towards DE but she did have to think about it. If you know you like the scent profile of DE but you're also a fan of powdery notes then Seven Heaven would be perfect for you. Either way, I'd say it's worth sampling to compare.

Beautiful and in my top 5 fragrances. It’s such a well balanced sweet rose with freshness from the pear. It’s powdery but not overwhelming. Great for any occasion.

a softer version of delina with a stronger lychee note. it's cute
