The Saint Mariner

Yay! Get to be the first one! It is a very unusual and cool take on the aquatic fragrances. It has enough ocean air for sure, but here it is combined with lush vetiver and ambroxan. The result is light and airy top and a luxurious base that reminds me of heavy oriental fragrances. A very unusual combo, sounds weird, but smells pleasant and modern. A great new interpretation of a genre where seemingly everything has already been said. Takes talent to add something new and good to the aquatic category!

What a contradiction: ordinary aquatics in exquisite! Few excellent ingredients, perfectly combined & yet ordinary. I don't know whether to be thrilled or disgusted. But I think I will be able to like it, one day....

this is a distant cousin by Megamare (Orto Parisi) The scent has no direct connection but it is that sea line The scent is definitely for summer and warmer weather I would describe it as a mild heavy scent for summer Or it goes into that category Not a typical light “wearable” summer scent This is something special Really nice and interesting. I definitely see it on a man interesting smell give him a chance anyway. (at least in the form of a sampler before purchase) this is not a classic beach scent let's declare it like this imagine a business meeting on the beach? it goes in that direction not for a beach bar, not so much for beach parties, more for more formal summer occasions let’s say it’s such an office friendly scent for warmer days i think it requires air and airiness though so let’s say it might be more for an office that is air conditioned or semi-open space This is an outside scent for sure but the association is just that something ironed finely polished summer not too relaxed almost formally a small drawback is that it associates me with something quite hmm ... let's go like this. PDM - Percival it associates me with something synthetic from the nineties packaged in the new I think it's the same with this scent if you have the same feel with PDM-Percival you will have the same for this one Someone in the positive someone in the negative aspect I'm in the middle. Worth trying ? = YES (in the form of a sample) shopping full bottle for blind ? NO. only for the determined.

A MAN.... Now i am impressed! i don't know why, but this blend resembles A MAN, Aquatic blend minus the metallic, the fishy side of sea wave, and the geranium collection of those "For Men" labelled fragrances! It is a bit balmy with the serenity of rosemary, & the mild sweetness from the bergamot. The pink pepper, and the vetiver aren't harsh at all, but the lily of the valley is kind of big in here! and i believe this note is the one that is ruining it for me! I just can't say otherwise because of that lily of the valley note! this blend is very beautiful for men who wants to be sexy but not loud, those who wants to be the gentlemen that everyone wants to hug to smell their scent. Very amusing.
