Mais oui c'est androgyne ... et assez seduisant(e). It's sure unisex and it's rather seductive. Real classy natural blend taking a brisk, snappy, happy trail to hit citric, woody and spicy bases in an airy, transparent, outdoorsy fashion. Juniper takes the lead, so if you bridle against its associations with gin or over-seasoned rosti this may not be for you, but if you like that spicy bite and almost-smoky tang this will suit. It's a little harsh and almost acrid at first (yelling yellow yuzu, I guess) but settles down beautifully within 15 minutes or so as the leather and birch tar start to kick in. Now this may all sound a little brutish and macho but it's done with such a sensitive touch and there's enough empty space in the mix that everything melds beautifully and never gets bitter or overbearing. It's got that modern, spare feel of some CDGs in this woody-outdoorsy area, but smells much more organic and botanical (which makes complete sense as Parfumeurs du Monde aims to be all about the naturals). There's a prickle of dry wit to it as well, which mellows the bracing feel of the aromatics enough to make it a pleasure rather than a test or an ordeal. (While a bit like PG's L'Eau Guerriere, for instance, this is gentler and more femme than that). All that makes Androgyne a holiday hike, not a forced march. Seems subtle enough to me to work for any gender in any season but there's very little warmth or sweetness in there to heat you from within in winter, so more of a spring-summer deal I suppose. More refreshing than comforting. As a wearing experience it's not huge: sillage is less than arm's length and longevity around 3-5h on skin, which is awkwardly little; you get wisps, rather than a palpable cloud, but those wisps are worth it. Fine work, but fairly stiffly priced and not 100% unique. Still really respectable and if you like any of the 'smells likes' mentioned, this is absolutely worth a try. It won me over.

This for an all natural ingredients,clean fragrance lasts 6 good hours, close to skin but I could smell it on me after 6 hours of work...very happy about that
