Tundzha

I liked the aromas it presents. As soon as I put it on my skin I can feel the citrus aromas but they are citrus that are spicy and aromatic, with a slight green touch. When the more citrus notes go down I can feel how that aromatic part merges with light floral aromas. It is not a very intense perfume, it is relaxed, beautiful, delicate, not everyone has to like super intense perfumes. There are also moments to enjoy more personal aromas. It is a perfume that although it is unisex for me it is something more feminine, especially because little by little we will feel the floral notes. I could use it all year round, but for the more citrus aromas I will go well for spring summer.

I had the opportunity to try some samples that I would never had found and tried on my own . This was one of them, and frankly, I wouldn't have missed out on anything if I had never heard of this. It's a good example why natural perfumery is not inherently superior to the use of synthetics. This smells like cosmetics you could buy at the health food store (Reformhaus for my fellow Germans) 15-20 years ago, before every brand wanted to have a piece of the natural, vegan, organic cake. I used these kind of products from really crunchy brands back then because they worked for my skin and hair, but I never liked their scents. Tundzha smells like someone mixed some citrus, earthy and rose essential oils together at home and decided to call it a fragrance. Very herbal and unpolished, evocative of nothing but the dear old organic cosmetics aisle from 2004. I looked up the house's website and this is 98 Euro for 30 ml, which was quite the surprise. I imagined this was a drugstore brand jumping on the natural ingredients train with some cheap oils, but I was wrong. This doesn't make me want to try anything else by Parfumeurs du Monde.

I didn’t like it much. Very synthetic. It kind of those perfumes that may cause a headache.
