This is a great little unisex. Upfront it's the best incense type frag I've ever tried. I guess it's the two types of sandalwood & myrrh in this. Apparently the brand only use natural ingredients. I can pick out the orange at first but mostly it's just well blended n incensey, but more aromatic rather than smokey. FB worthy. Does this region of Tuscany evoke a hippy's bedroom? I've never been so I don't know. But this is a very very nice non-smoking hippy's bedroom.

I’ve been buying from ScentSplit for years and have experienced a wide range of niche offerings — some hits, some misses. Parfum de Monde, however, stands out as one of the worst houses we’ve ever come across. I’m part of a small fragrance club that meets monthly to test and critique new scents. This past event featured a lineup from Parfum de Monde, and to put it bluntly, it was a disaster. Every fragrance from the house suffers from the same fatal flaw: an overuse of two or three repetitive base notes that dominate and drown out whatever the composition was supposed to express. Scents that promised exotic spice, citrus brilliance, or deep resins ended up smelling almost identical — muddy, synthetic, and flat. Whether it was a scent labeled as inspired by Oman, jasmine, or citrus, they all collapsed into the same forgettable base. There’s no evolution, no artistry, and certainly no justification for the price point. With so many extraordinary niche houses out there, Parfum de Monde feels like a cash grab dressed up in vague storytelling. In our group’s collective opinion: skip this house entirely. The money is simply not worth it — not even for sampling.
