Ylang & Fleur de Sel

In my search for the salt-spa-sea perfume, I came across this, I bought it as a blind buy because it is not available in my country The second I smelled it I knew this was it! I found what I was looking for! A truly salty, sea and spa-like scent It immediately moved to my top 5 In my opinion it is much, much better than Jo Malone, but note that even like Jo Malone the scent does not stay on the skin for long.. It takes about half an hour / 40 minutes to disappear, but I do not mind because it is relatively cheap and smells much better than the competitors In short, highly recommended for those looking for a perfume with a scent that reminds of the sea/spa

To my nose it smells similar to Reminiscence Rem, maybe even better and for a fabulous price. It’s like being on the beach, you smell the sea and the sand. Love it!

This does what it says on the tin - ylang and sea salt , two notes I love, hence a blind buy and a successful one at that. This has a similar vibe to Un Jardin Sur La Lagune by Hermes but lacks the woody notes. This one also has a slightly vanillic base, if you know that kind of yellow Cornish vanilla ice-cream that comes in large tubs with a dash of salt to it. The bottle and packaging are very simple, looks like something you would pick up in a regular pharmacy and the price is indicative of the same. Cheap as chips, chips on the seafront but you stay fresh and clean. An EDT with decent longevity. Mine isn't blue, perhaps they have taken the colouring out of the juice, which I prefer anyway. If you like Un Jardin Sur La Lagune and would like a bargain basement alternative, here it is, although not a dupe they are salty-floral cousins.

I was happily surprised to find this at my local Galeries Lafayette store. This is a simple and inoffensive marine floral, similar to what its notes on Fragrantica show, nothing more, nothing less. It opens as a very clean and soapy scent, but the soapiness is pretty quickly replaced with sea salt. It's fresh, very feminine, floral but not really sweet unlike other marine women's fragrances. Also the performance is a really good surprise for the price range (16 to 25€ for a large 100 ml bottle). I tested this on a cold Winter night, and a nice fragrant trail followed me for at least 8 hours before I accidentally washed it. It will have a pretty big sillage in Summer, I guess. I'm happy to have discovered this and will make sure to stock up before Summer, as this is sadly a limited edition which is already getting phased out.

If you like salt, this is for you ! This note is really proeminent. I can smell coco for sure. But it's absolutely not the typical sunblock scent and has nothing tropical in it. It has something like "Clean ocean." This Fragrances is quite unisex i think. Longevity is poor and sillage too. It's more à Cologne than a EdT. You definitly can't spend the whole day with it. Edit (07/18/23) : the Longevity is about 7 hours if you overspray. It's not loud at all, and perfect for office and summer. I wore it today at work and it enhance my day.
