Oajan

This was the first niche fragrance I bought and it was a blind buy. I watched every single review online for this stuff and every single video that made mention of it. This was probably the single most excited I ever was to buy something (more than a car or watch or literally anything). Seller said 3 business days shipping buy unfortunately that meant I had to wait until the next Monday as I ordered it mid week. The anticipation was killing me and the moment I saw the delivery truck come up my driveway I told the driver I loved them and they were a legend. She had no idea why I said this but found it funny and seemed to find joy from my excitement. She laughed and said thank you to me and told me to have a great day, and drove off. Went inside, opened the box, sprayed two sprays in the air and then sprayed one on my hand, took a whiff and immediately had a huge smile on my face and did a little shake, thats literally how happy I was. This was and still is the single greatest thing I've personally ever smelled in my life. This is my favorite fragrance ever with no second place. For the actual scent itself, it's actually very easy simple to explain the actual scent. Despite the descriptions simplicity, it remains a very complex one. Oajan is cinnamon apple pie topped with vanilla flavored whipped cream and warm honeyed milk on the side. It is an incredibly sweet dense gourmand that not a human being alive will dislike. There are 3 fragrances ive worn in my entire life that I have gotten at least one "unsolicited" compliment from a person every single time ive worn them, DG The One EDT/EDP, Lattafa Khamra, and Oajan. People say I smell nice with Khamra, people say I smell great with The One, people have an entirely different reaction all together with Oajan. You smell delicious, I want to eat you, how do you taste, something smells amazing, someones baking dessert, on and on and on and on. Im also a friendly outgoing person and strike up conversations with people even when I'm standing in line at the bank/grocery/etc so that makes compliments more abundant but even if I say nothing to nobody and I am in public its essentially guaranteed that someone will say something about my fragrance either to themselves/someone or directly to me. Performance On skin, until you shower and even after you will still catch whiffs. On clothes, literally weeks. Spray it on your jacket and its there until you wash it. I sprayed it on my leather pen case once and legitimately smelled it months later. I thought I was just imagining it for an hour one day until I remembered that I sprayed it on the case and was shocked and smiled. Fills up a room and leaves an incredible scent trail. Imagine cartoons where a grandma sits an apple pie on the window sill to cool off and people start levitating towards it, that is literally Oajans scent trail. This is unisex but honestly its much more appealing on/for men and probably the single most alluring male scent I have ever tried. If I was a gambler id say it smells masculine because of the patchouli even though you really cant pick it out of the composition. Its there but idk where. Somehow just makes it seem a little darker, and thats why its slightly more masculine in terms of allure and appeal. Not the most versatile because of how incredibly deep and rich it is, but in the cooler months this is king. The bottle is among the most beautiful I have ever seen. I've always found xerjoff to have the nicest presentation in the fragrance industry but Oajan is right up there. The bottle is much nicer in person and comes with a beautiful high gloss stand with a suede-like base. I recommend that everyone who is into fragrances should at the very least try this even if they dont blind buy it. If you like the scent profile as described above you will fall in love with this. Today I'm a stright hetrosexual male but 5 years ago i was groomed by a 17 year old man. when i was 15 i just got into highschool, i was like any other highschooler lost, confused, and fresh out of covid. In my 4 period i had spanish 2 we had assigned seats while our 60 year old spanish substitute teacher was trying to figure out how a computer works after our real teacher got covid last minute.That's when i met him, Samuel. Looking back i don't know i fell love with him...oh wait i remember i was dumb naive and had a bad taste in music so when the introduced me to tv girl and korn for the first time i was amazed he felt like a older cooler figure to me, he skated and smoked weed and always acted like he had time for everything but was just too lazy to do anything, while i was excited, nervous, and just bad a catching socal ques, but he always helped. it felt like he was teaching me new things every day How to skate, helped me hit a blunt for the first time,where to get a fake id, and almost helped me lose my v card. He was soo cool to me back then, he was my first best friend there and got me trough some bad days. we've been friends for about 7 months in these months it felt like we've gotten closer and closer skipping class together, playing video games together, and just being that one duo people just knew about.but after school one the phone he was different, he was still relaxed but felt kinda... intimate. he made the causal gay jokes every teenager made but he it was still weird since he was saying this to 16 year old teenager while he soon to turn 18.It was late at night when we were on the game when he said lets go to the park we always used to do this because the park was at the corner of the neighborhood and was pretty secluded we were under one of the slides i was sitting up while he was laying down on the mulch or whatever wood stuff on the ground of playgrounds, i was talking about my problems and stuff it was probably something stupid but samuel proceed to tell me to ̈Relax ̈ and said ̈i'm here for you ̈ something he never says btw then kissed me! i was soo confused when I was ever insulated that i wanted to be kissed while I was sitting up realizing how my first kiss came from a guy, he just went back to smoking. The conversation died down and I just went to smoke. we were kinda quiet around each other for the next week. he got caught smoking in a bathroom and the school we were in had a zero tolerance policy so he got suspended or put into detention for the rest of the school year i forgot tbh i stopped taking his calls after that and 5 years later im here. I'm broke alone and still having feelings for a guy that groomed me while typing this. i got a little off course but Samuel used to wear this cologne. but i guess it worked since it's on my wishlist now. sorry for the typos.

Oajan was not a love at first smell, but it has crept up to my top 3 favorites as of now. Sensational stuff. I like to keep my reviews useful, and very detailed, so I'm going to talk about things I think you should know before purchasing this fragrance. Everyone says Oajan is limited to cold weather use only. However, I strongly disagree with this statement. The dry spice aspect of this fragrance makes it non-cloying even in the summer, so if you love this smell but either it's summer or you live somewhere that is summer all year round (like me), don't hesitate to buy this. It is extremely wearable. Oajan opens up with photorealistic Cinnamon. I can confirm the Cinnamon in here is photo-realistic, as I've been exposed to a lot of natural Cinnamon powder throughout my life. The Cinnamon here in the opening is accompanied by honey in the background, which balances out the dry, spicy, aggressive and bold nature of Cinnamon. The honey stays as long as the cinnamon. This opening lasts for 2-3 hours before transitioning. The transition into the base is not a slow and smooth transition. You will be smelling a beautiful strong cinnamon with a honey accompaniment, and 5 minutes later it's almost unrecognizable. Oajan now transitioned into a slightly sweet, more powdery vanilla/tonka combination, with all the cinnamon and honey gone. The dry-down remains summer friendly, with it not being syrupy or creamy, rather airy and powdery, slightly sweet and very addictive. Performance is above average overall, but slightly below average for this scent profile. I have a 2024 batch (silver cap bottle) which is post-reformulation. I get moderate projection, I do 3-4 sprays for daily wear in the summer, for colder weather, you can comfortably bump it up to 5. This spray count ensures that you won't be overbearing to people, but they will definitely smell you, and you will leave a nice trail. Longevity is 4-6 hours working, skin scent for 10 hours. The 4-6 hours working is enough for most occasions, so the longevity isn't a concern at all. Review is too long and didn't read the whole thing? Here is a short, less detailed version. Oajan is far more wearable than people say, even in summer. It opens with a photorealistic dry cinnamon and honey combo, then shifts quite suddenly into an airy, powdery vanilla-tonka drydown. It is not syrupy or cloying, which makes it much more versatile than its reputation suggests. Performance on my 2024 silver cap bottle is good but not beastly: moderate projection, 4–6 hours strong wear, and around 10 hours total as a skin scent. Not love at first smell for me, but it slowly became one of my top 3. This is just such a beautiful fragrance. You definitely get that syrupy-sweet apple pie, and this perfectly balanced booziness. I'm surprised apple isn't a listed note, because that apple is so prominent, cinnamon-y, and warm. The cinnamon is a really nice touch; It's powerful, strong, but not sneeze-inducing. I first smelled this in a boutique, and man, it was one of the only PDMs that stood out to me. It smells incredible on my skin. It's warm, yet fizzy. Sweet, but also spicy. Dark, but bright at the same time. There's this light, tangy, sour-stinkiness in there that I cannot identify the note of, but it reminds me of the stink that I described in my review of Aqcua di Gio Absolu Instinct. It's not as noticeable in this fragrance as it was in ADG AI, it's much, much lighter in this fragrance, but if you pay attention, it's there. This "stink" (which isn't stinky at all, just tart) really adds character to this fragrance, and works incredibly well with the notes. Just a hint of tartness to bring out that apple pie scent. I really want a full bottle of this someday. Maybe I'll search for a dupe so I can actually afford this 😂 Similarity to Angel's Share: I have smelled Angel's Share, but I don't remember being very fond of it. It was just this giant hit of cinnamon and booziness. I think I would like it now if I put my nose onto it again. But just going off of my memory of Angel's Share, PDM Oajan really doesn't smell all that similar. It's more toned-down on the cinnamon, way more apple-y, and less eggy. (I remember Angel's Share smelling pretty eggy). This is also a brighter, warmer kind of sweetness. But then again, I'll have to put these side by side to give an accurate comparison, and I may update this post when I do. Longevity: will update when this spray wears away. (2:25pm spray) (9:10pm update) This projected for maybe an hour and a half, then became a skin scent. I can still smell it on the back of my hand after 7 hours, but its very, very faint. Drydown: Smells like sweet baby powder in the drydown as a skin scent. I'm not a big fan of powder in a fragrance, but I don't mind this. Unfortunately, I don't see this being a super versatile fragrance at all. It's far too fancy and sweet for most occasions. I don't see myself being able to wear this very often. I wish I was the kind of person who was always at formal parties or something so I would have a reason to wear this often haha. Overall rating: 9.3/10. Delicious, confident, and inviting. Incredible gourmand scent profile.

For me, Oajan ranks among the most beautiful and finest creations from the house, and I return to it every year as soon as the cold weather arrives. My personal rating: 9 out of 10 A winter without Oajan simply feels incomplete! 🥧✨

You want an incredible fragrance experience that performs very well, buy this. Oajan isn’t a fragrance, it’s an experience, Oajan doesn’t try to be weird or quirky, it just stands out with how amazing it smells. It is a very photorealistic bakery scent, that’s the best description, gourmand, but in my opinion not over the top about smelling edible, toned down a tad bit by spicy less edible smelling notes. Performance in general is incredible, whenever my friend puts this on I can smell it on him all day. This was the scent that got me into fragrances, because it showed me what fragrances could be, an art form, something that truly stands out. It set the standard for me as I go on with my journey. Niche fragrances really do fucking suck sometimes, practically speaking, why would you spend 300 dollars to smell like paper or concrete, get a small bottle with juice that barely lasts on you, like wtf? I can understand the creative vision, but I can’t get behind how badly corporations screw people. That’s why I keep coming back to this fragrance, great value, great performance, and a great scent that you can actually wear. Plus people won’t be scared off by this fragrance, not that it matters because that’s not always important but at least it adds another thing oajan does well. My only critique is that this is a very seasonal fragrance, can work in fall and winter and that’s it. That may be disappointing for some but for me it’s not really a problem, if I didn’t already have a lot of winter fragrances and I had more money to spend I’d probably have this by now (I will definitely have a bottle somewhere in the future). If you tested it and like it like I do, pull the trigger and buy it. Nothing more to be said.

Ohhh my days i found a 2020 batch gold cap. Will update how it compares to the new batch 2025 i own. Edit: i got it. And lemme tell you! It's the same fragrance... Shock i know 🤣 Same stuff going on just more heavy. 2020 batch is just more thick, more heavy on the cinnamon, and get a really deep tree bark vibe from it, like toasted smokey ish, really fucking delicious. Then the sweetness from the honey that played the main sweetness role with the help of tonka and vanilla is pretty much the same as in the new batch, Honey is just more in your face. -While the new batch is more tame, less thick and blends more and becomes more air'i it is a let down that it fades alot faster. But if i over spray the old bottle i need to open the door into my sent bubble bc it is so thick. While the new one is a thin dry wall. Final words of wisdom. Dont buy the old gold cap unless you really love the parfume already. I only got it because i absolutely love this, the only thing that made me not wear it was the performance. I felt like no one could smell anything including myself after 2 hours of 20 sprays. So i let it sit, now when i know there is more umpfh and staying power with more focus on pronounced notes that i already like, now i love it even more. Cinnamon & Honey feels like battle brothers, that get to shine in a slightly different light now more than the new reformulation. Now i know i will get more use out of it...... Plus people that knows, know it is a flex to own the old batch 🫣

It will cost you half a kidney to own this perfume, and I am unsure if the ridiculous value of the transaction is worth it. Don't get me wrong, Oajan still tickles my pickle and wets my winkie, but the amount of penny pounds needed to liberate it from a perfume counter are difficult to justify, if you are to purely judge it on it's performance. Onto the smell; a rich and glossy romantic bonk, in a flashy five star hotel, with notes of warm cinnamon, honey, tobacco, and a base of sugary vanilla. It's the perfume equivalent of smashing your face into a ginormous butter-iced carrot cake, that has had cinnamon spaffed all over it, whilst you listen to Paul McCartney warble about how he's "simply having a wonderful Christmas time" on an overly-grand Christmas double disk CD. Whilst it's sillage is definitely noticeable, it's not going to smack too many chops; people will comment on it, but these people do not know that you've had to re-mortgage your house to buy it. If they did, they would laugh at you and tell you how much of an idiot you are. However, after all my moaning about the price of this festive olfactory clopper, I am still pleased to have it sitting in my collection. It only comes out at Christmas time, like Santa Claus himself. 8/10. It's poor longevity lets it down, but it's still a bobby dazzler.

I’ve cherished Oajan since 2018, initially owning just a modest 10ml decant. It wasn’t until 2020 that I finally invested in the 125ml bottle, specifically the older version with the italic font, 80% version. As many fragrance lovers have said, Oajan truly embodies the essence of Christmas or a snuggy and cosy winter evening. Think of it as a luxurious, niche interpretation of Burberry London but with added syrup, minus lavender accords and with far more depth and richness. The opening is unmistakable: a bold, syrupy cinnamon-apple pie accord that’s become Oajan’s signature. It’s a love-it-or-hate-it kind of introduction but for those who appreciate warm, spicy gourmands, it’s unforgettable. Fast forward to 2025, Oajan is undeniably unisex. Anyone, regardless of gender, can wear it confidently. I remember wearing just two sprays on my neck at my previous workplace and a colleague was instantly hooked. That is, until he saw the price online! Yes, Oajan sits on the higher end of the spectrum but the 125ml bottle is a worthy investment; it’ll last you for years, much like its PDM siblings. Of course, fragrance is deeply personal. If it speaks to you, go for it. If not, there’s no need to tear it down like a rookie film critic. Let your nose be the judge.

Obviously, Oajan is very similar to Ambre Narguile. In fact, unless I had them side by side I wouldn't be able to tell you a single difference between the two. That said, this is the best Ambre Narguile clone (no denying it) available. Dolcelisir, while close, smells significantly cheaper, and Helium feels drier and a bit spicier (it's good, but different). Oajan is more or less identical. In fact, it probably performs better, as Ambre Narguile is somewhat close to the skin, and Oajan gets out there a little more. As with most PdM fragrances, performance is very good. Aside from the superior performance, Oajan is significantly cheaper. You can find it for about $160 for a 125ml as opposed to Ambre Narguile which you're not going to find for less than $250 for a 100. While Oajan's MSRP is around $275, it's frequently discounted. So in my opinion, Oajan is the better buy. Several years ago, Ambre Narguile was the way to go as it was really the only one of its kind. Not anymore. While PdM loses points for more or less creating a clone, I'll give them credit for doing a mighty fine job of it and for making Ambre Narguile available at a much cheaper price. Thumbs up. Did I mention I really like the way this smells?

I just LOVE this I'm not a lover of super sweet scents particularly and they usually don't work on my dense skin anyway but this one ROCKS Its like a cinnamon roll fresh in the bakers kitchen... To me this just laughs in the face of Khamrah or Angels Share....this is just on a different elevation of refinement and quality, another level of sophisticated and class. This is not just any old cinnamon roll gourmand scent....this is the scent of the finest cinnamon rolls available to humanity anywhere on Planet Earth.... Oajan is like a cinnamon roll so luxuriously complex and magnificent they are only hand-made daily in one place in the world.....in Paris in an exclusive top end VIP Patisserie and cost 50 euro EACH...we're talking that kind of level of DELUXE.....heartbreakingly good from top to bottom, this was just a love on first encounter. The smell of excellence and money. I would die for a woman wearing this, yet it works masculine too. longevity and projection are also excellent, this will get you noticed and drooled over Just a beautiful and refined gourmand with sophistication and elegance, male or female 9/10

On my first two attempts, my sample of Oajan technically had notes I love, but didn't quite come together. I'd noted it had weak projection, the spiciness was gone in minutes, the honey bordered on cloying, and it quickly became a somewhat mild vanilla. I put it down for just two weeks... and was actually surprised to read back my notes after putting this on again. Just a dab and it's like I'm sitting in a cloud of spicy, nearly smoky honey. I feel like I pick up a hint of clove. While it doesn't actually smell like liquor, it feels heady in a boozy way. It's gourmand, but not like a dessert; I wish I could drink this. It makes me think of something rich, hot, and spiked. I don't get any apple notes or christmas vibe out of this, I think that's just many people's primary association with cinnamon. After a few hours, I'll admit the sweetness turns quite heavy, but it soon relaxes again into a warm vanilla with a sort of campfire ash feeling, and the cinnamon is still pleasantly there. I'm very glad I gave it a few tries. It triggers my allergies VERY mildly.

A very likable, refined gentleman’s scent and especially suited for those over 40 who appreciate depth and elegance. Oajan is warm, spicy, and slightly sweet, with a rich character that feels both luxurious and comforting. It has that signature PDM sophistication, making it perfect for formal evenings. Performance: Decent overall and lasts well and projects nicely without being overwhelming. It’s not a beast mode fragrance, but it holds its own for an evening out. Character: Deep, classy, and versatile for cooler weather. It reminds me of Herod, sharing that cozy, tobacco-vanilla vibe, but Oajan leans more gourmand with its cinnamon-honey sweetness. Alternative: For a lower price tag, Alhambra Hercules is a solid alternative. It captures the essence of this DNA at a fraction of the cost, though with slightly less refinement. Occasion: Ideal for evening wear, especially when paired with a suit. It exudes confidence and sophistication. Verdict: I would definitely buy it again. A staple for anyone who loves elegant, warm, and gentlemanly fragrances.

I don't like chocolate, but I love Kilian's Black Phantom. I don't like apple pie and honey scents, but I could easily love Oajan- well, I already do. This might be the first time that I want to devour in a sweet fragrance!! There is something special about the right olfactory bouquet and Oajan is one of those rare examples. What's most important and unexpected, is that Oajan is excellent when it comes to my skin chemistry. I know it's personal, but take this from me: many niche scents, among which most of the PdM range, dissolve on me. Oajan is a stayer! Oajan is not really complex, it is very pastry-like in its opening accords, but it still smells luxury and inviting. Combining Oajan with Habdan or Maison Crivelli's Cuir Infrarouge brings out the best of each fragrance. I also like to mix Oajan with Falcon Leather or Comme des Garcons' "Black" to counter the sweet notes. Side note: I hope that the trend to include amber notes to every fragrance will fade. It makes everything likeable and unisex. Often I just want it raw and offensive. 8,5/10

Oajan sits in the same scent family as Kilian’s Angel’s Share. Sweet cinnamon accords dominate both, but Oajan trades the boozy warmth for a honey that I personally prefer. If you are experienced with honey as a note in perfumery, you will know it often comes across as synthetic or plasticky, and that’s thankfully not the case here. In Oajan, the honey doesn’t present as a smellable note; rather, it amplifies the overall sweetness without drawing attention to itself. What truly stands out in Oajan is the sharp, nose-tingling cinnamon. It hits with more intensity than Angel’s Share, making it feel slightly more assertive. I also get no creaminess from Oajan, which I suspect means the tonka/vanilla notes are much more mellowed out. Beyond that, the differences between the two are subtle, and for most people, imperceptible. Whether you lean toward Oajan or Angel’s Share will largely come down to your stance on boozy notes. If you’re not a fan of smelling like you just came from the bar, pick up Oajan.

If I could marry a fragrance, it would be Oajan. It smells like apple pie, as other people have mentioned, but it also smells smooth, warm, spicy, and comforting. It's addicting. If you like cinnamon, you'll enjoy this. It's very Halloween night to me, reminiscent of falling leaves and a simmer pot on in the kitchen. Despite it's coziness, it still has a sophistication to it. It's everything I've been looking for in a fragrance. As much as I love it, around an hour or so of wearing it starts to turn a little medicinal, however it quickly changes into a musky-vanilla. I don't think the medicinal odor is offensive or even noticeable from afar, though. I only get it when smelling my skin directly. I wouldn't recommend blind buying this one especially if you were told it was similar to Angels' Share. That's like comparing apples and oranges, imo. The price is daunting to say the least, but I'm too in love to care and will be grabbing a bottle as soon as possible.

I had one but sold it during the pandemic because i got COVID and it messed with my sense of smell... I'm now doing olfactory training and bought a decant to see if my sense of smell is coming back to what it was... I sprayed it almost 15 minutes ago and I'm smelling something floral... Very very delicate and pleasing... I remember when I had a bottle, I would take a shower after gym and wear just to feel it on me... It was also an experience wearing this beauty, it was never just spraying a fragance... I felt like it would create a cloud of this delicious vanilla around me, very dense and boozy and hypnotizing and misterious and intoxicating but soooo beautiful and delicious... This and Nishane Ani were my all time favorites but I think I like Oajan even more cause it created this vanilla cloud effect one me. Hoping Im getting my sense of smell back but so far it's very beautiful. Love it!

In the PDM lineup, it stands apart: Layton is fresher and more playful with its apple‐mint sparkle, Althaïr is creamier and more vanilla‐forward, Carlisle is darker and greener with its patchouli‐cardamom punch, and Herod leans tobacco‐spice with a drier, more gentlemanly vibe. Oajan, though, is the most decadent of the bunch—thick honeyed cinnamon over a warm, resinous base that feels bold, cozy, and addictive all at once. It’s the kind of scent that makes you want a full bottle the moment the sample runs dry.

I bought this cologne two years ago and finished one bottle. My review is that it doesn't smell the same as perfumes with similar scent notes because the ingredients are much more precisely balanced and the blend is much better. It's a fragrance suitable for winter and summer evenings; it's rich, niche, and a special PDM scent. The elegance of cinnamon makes it even more special and elevates its scent profile. While it doesn't resemble Angel Share's DNA, it's somewhat similar, but with a more dominant honey scent. It smells like apple pie or a very sweet jam cookie, like Angel Share. However, the scent has the potential to be overwhelming in enclosed spaces. But it's one of my favorite niche perfumes; it has great sillage and longevity. I loved it!!!

The simple description of this fragrance is this. Opens up with a massive dose of cinnamon. Like opening a thing of cinnamon. And yes I get a slight apple pie vibe from this but I wouldn’t be surprised if there is no apple in here because cinnamon on its own kind of smells like apple. But it may just be a personal association. I do also get a slight honeyed vibe to the cinnamon opening. Then as it settles I get a slight boozy vibe and I’m guessing that’s because of the benzoin. Then in the dry down it’s a really nice boozy vanilla tonka bean combination. Lasts around 8-9 hours which is enough for me. Projects very well and gets lots of compliments from my experience. Probably the best fragrance for super cold weather.

This to me is Christmas in a bottle. It is a mature, sweet, seductive fragrance. Initially when I had gotten this, it had a powdery floral aspect to it that I couldn't identify, but I believe that is the labdanum here and I have actually grown to really enjoy that note in this scent. Now for the price, I typically would say that no scent is worth paying over $200 for a fragrance, let alone $350+. This one is an exception to that standard though, I think that this is definitely something that if you are under 25, you should 100% sample before you buy. But for those over 25, I would actually say this is a pretty safe blind buy. Scent: 9.5/10 Longevity: 8/10 Price: 7/10 Overall: 8.2

Just picked it up and oh my god, it's good. Ever-so-slightly superior to Honey Aoud by Montale imo. Ridiculously expensive, but for those such as myself who love gourmands, I think this is a must-try. While it isn't quite as easily wearable as Layton, I think this is my favorite smelling PDM. This fragrance, to me, smells like the best winter ever. Skiing, candles, holiday lights, baking warm treats while the snow is coming down outside, the whole chabang. Don't blind buy obviously, which is the case with any fragrances, but especially niche. For those on a budget, Honey Aoud is certainly the way to go, it's slightly less spicy and slightly more sweet than Oajan. 9.5/10

This is a masterpiece. No other way to put it. It literally smells like they somehow stuffed the smell of a bakery in the morning into a bottle. The only downside is that I fear I have gotten a super shitty batch. I get like 0 performance out of this thing. I put it on, and not even 2 hours later its gone into a skin scent. I thought I was nose blind at first but no, no one else can smell me either. Get one of the older gold cap batches if you can. For me the performance ruined it. 9/10 smell, 1/10 performance in the new batches. **edit, i looked up the batch code and it was made in 2024 of december. i'm gonna let it macerate to see if anything changes

I have tested the OG formulation of this and new. I have also had Hermes amber narguile, all 3 angel shares, and lataffa. This one smells the best for a special occasion like Christmas Day or holiday event in winter. This has a special place in my heart because it really does smell like apple pie on a cold winter day! Everytime I wear it out I get told I smell like a grandma or cookies might I say. Don’t let that deter you though! I’ll die with this bottle in my collection. You like what you like. They still say it smells good though. Majority of people like basic clean scents anyway.

MAAANNNNNNN HOW DO I MAKE THIS PERFORM GOOD BROOOOO I’ve had this for months now and the performance is ABYSMAL bro. Like I spray it on my skin and bam it’s gone within an hour or two. This doesn’t project either, I’m not nose blind because I’ve tested and asked many people if they could smell me and they couldn’t. This is such a beautiful fragrance I love every little thing about the scent profile - the performance I do not. Maybe I got a bad batch: 4314186A. I’m considering buying another bottle just to see but damn man I’m bummed out.

This is a beautiful, warm fragrance. The closest resemblance I get is a freshly baked cinnamon bun (I personally don’t pick up much of the apple pie comparison) What I really love about this fragrance is that, despite being very gourmand it never becomes too overpowering or sickly. It has a great balance between the richness and wearability. There’s something very addictive about it. It carries that warm, freshly baked feel all the way through the wear. It’s very well made and easy to wear, especially in the colder months.

This is the best fragrance that I have smelled up to this point. It smells like straight apple pie and a bomb of cinnamon vanilla and slight pastried honey. The smell is unmatched and nothing really smells even close to it. AS is quite a bit different but in the same category but it is a bit more smooth and boozy than straight cinnamon. performance and projection is absolutely amazing with nothing more to want. Definitely worth the price tag especially if you buy off of discounters. absolute 10/10 masterpiece

So glad I bought this over Angels' Share, as much as people like to compare the two, they're very different. Oajan is very sexy, slightly dark and masculine and while it does not have any boozy notes listed, you're gonna smell a slight booziness might be from the cinnamon + honey combo. I have never smelled anything remotely close to Oajan, which honestly shows how unique this fragrance is. Sexy, seductive, sweet and yet feels like you could wear it professionally too. Top 3 Parfums de Marly fragrance for me.

Oajan, the masculine older brother of Angels Share. This one is apple pie HEAVEN. I thought Angels Share was a sweet one, this one is literally if someone stuffed an apple pie inside of a perfume and gave it a nice, strong dash of cinnamon to add to it. If you love, and I mean LOVE gourmand scents; but want to keep it in a masculine space, then this one is a no brainer. Once I get ahold of a bottle of this one I will be wearing everyone out this winter with it, that's a promise. 10/10.

This is Fantastic. Date night beast. For fragrances from PDM you don't need to think that much before purchasing them because you either like the mainstream appealing profile of most of them or you've already passed the phased of liking PDM house fragrances and now find yourself with more niche houses. For any guy who's already had his time SWY intensely, Oajan would be the perfect level up. Mass appealing apple pie/boozy/sweet date night beast. Anyone around you would love this scent.

This fragrance is very sweet. Starting off with a sweet cinnamon proceeding towards a warm vanilla then ending off musky. The perfect fragrance to go out almost anywhere and everywhere whether its the mall, wedding nights, parties, or in the blizzardy winter and its pretty nice for the fall. It's longevity + performance is amazing. Anyone will smell your presence right as you enter a room or a car. One of the best fragrances I've ever laid my hands on.

after buying this i feel like i wont use my angels share anymore. this to me is like what i wanted angels share to be, dont get me wrong angels share is a beautiful fragrance but i just find that this is 5x better. i havent tested sillage or longevity but smell is amazing to me this smells like a apple and cinnamon pie which is cliche as 90% of people say but it is true. 10/10 fragrance that has knocked angels share out of my top 5

Similar to angels' share but i prefer this for some reason, maybe because of more cinnamon. More similar to Cruda Morph, like 90% but a bit more refined and less performance, cruda performs like crazy it leaves cloud behind you. Very spicy and sweet fragrance, yet so pleasing, isnt overpowering at all with sweetness. Performance is solid, good projection for the first 4/5 hours and after that it becomes a skin scent. Overall 8.5/10

Sharing my experience with autumn evening wear, Oajan feels warm and cosy with the cinnamon standing out beautifully and the honey giving it a gentle gourmand touch. The projection is strong enough that you are noticed when you enter a room and it is easily one of my best from the house. If you enjoy Kilian Angels Share this feels like its calmer, less boozy cousin that still gives you that comforting autumn vibe.

This is my favourite fragrance of all time. To me off of my skin it smells like a honey croissant with ice cream on the side. It scratches and itch in my brain and I love it. I find longevity and projection to be adequate and as good as anyone could ever want. I also surprisingly find it more versatile than some other gourmands like amore cafe or swy intensely. As soon as I selled this I knew I had to buy it.

Very, very rich scent. Definitely feel dominant Honey 🍯 and Benzoin. Don’t feel booziness at all, so I don’t get where Angels’ Share comparisons come from, just because of the cinnamon ? To my nose it has some tobacco in it, so because of that it reminds me of Tobacco Vanilla, Herod and The Oud Affair by Vilhelm Parfumerie. Great smell, great longevity, great auraful bottle, but still overpriced tho.

I have tested this perfume and I thought it was amazing. Such a delicious spicy perfume, almost intoxicating. I believe it leans masculine, (I am female 33), I would absolutely love to smell this on my fiancé. Guy's go for this one. I tested on a cold autumn day, and I believe it would be great for autumn and winter. If you like Angels share type it is worth testing this lovely perfume.

Wow. Hands down the BEST fragrance I have ever smelled. Incredibly crafted gourmand scent. Not synthetic at all and smell like a very realistic warm cinnamon apple pie in the oven with vanilla. 10/10, one of the best scents ever crafted in a fragrance. Unfortunately, the longevity is quite poor for a scent profile like this, as I only got about 4 hours on my skin :/

Ohhhh man, think of Christmas morning, 3 feet of snow outside, fireplace running, and cinnamon buns in the oven. It is a cinnamon bomb it is absolutely perfect for the cold weather and miles better than angels share imo, smells like fresh cinnamon buns with honey drizzled all over. One of my all time favs I will forever have this in my collection.

Wish I smelled this before Althair. Althair will hold a special place in my heart since it is my first ever niche, but this is definitely better in all aspects. It is like the Naruto to Minato or Ken Griffey Jr to Sr. Whatever Althair has in its already beastmode projection, longevity, sillage and intensity, Oujan does that x10 but with Honey.

It starts off like a warm, freshly baked spiced cinnamon roll and develops into a soft vanilla dry down. I can see the Angel’s Share comparisons, but it’s far less boozy in my opinion. It would be perfect for cold winter nights, though it needs the right occasion or it can become cloying. In my opinion, it’s better a better PDM than Althair.

Oajan. An absolute beauuuutiful fragrance. You smell how many layers of smoked sweet resinous woods is in this, its a deep dark yet delcious apple pie type of smell. Its so addicting, its powerful but mellow at the same time, its also one of the most comforting things I've ever smelled. I love it so much and it has a place in my heart, 10/10

I absolutely adore this scent ... the cinnamon and honey are divine, and even just the decants get me tons of compliments. Still really want a full bottle, but for now, Legion by Fragrance World is holding me down. To my nose, it’s about 85% close to the original based on my decants, and it seems to pull in just as many compliments too!

Oujan is absolutely not Angel Share. It holds an apple note that you get from Angel Share but it definitely is not the same. Angel Share is boozy and cinnamon. Oujan is a tart apple and cinnamon bomb. I have both and I wear them alone and I layer them for evening. Both are worth the money. Some comments on this are so generic

A masculine, but very playful fragrance. It's strong, but sweet. Definitely a head-turner and it will definitely fill the room. This isn't your everyday fragrance, your "sitting behind a desk from 9 to 5" fragrance. This is meant for a special occasion, something fun, something intimate, something outgoing. Would buy again.

If Winnie the Pooh had a fragrance , this would be it. The Honey note is amazing,and carries this scent for me from start to finish. Granted, mine is an older release years before the PdM change of ownership, I am tempted to get a newer 2023+ bottle to smell and compare .... "notes" (yes, yes, that pun was intended) :D

After getting Angels Share I had to try Oajan too, and this has quickly become my favorite darker cinnamon fragrance. It's intoxicating and just perfectly balanced between people-pleasing and niche in my opinion. It is slightly better than AS to my nose, but simply test both if you're unsure. Oajan is a 10/10 must-try!

Honey drizzled Rum n' raisin cup-cake. The honey in this one reminds me of Pazhani panchamirtham in the opening and very soon turns into a Honey cinnamon fruity cupcake. Very much like angels share. Projecting. Long lasting. Sexy, masculine, for the evening. Slaps on your skin. The fixatives on this one is fantastic.

Somewhat like Althaïr but less sweet and a bit darker, more boozy and powdery. I still prefer the scent of Althaïr personally but this projects better and lasts longer. Be careful with how much you spray because in my experience the drydown is more intense than the opening and the scent lingers forever. Overall 7/10
