Sweet Temptation

Amazing scent and my favourite out of the line. The scent is very linear but it hits. So what do I need more? The longevity is atomic. It has the same mesmerzing warm sugar amber accord like in the discontinued Ambre a Sade by nez a Nez. I have owned and loved Ambre a Sade but at times the very synthetic raspberry accord was to screamy and loud and I only bought that one because of the amazing deep ambery accord. So luckily Sweet Temptation only smells of that one amazing amber accord. But unfortunately the price is too high for me. And you definitly pay up for the Swarovski crystals and the leather cover, which I absolutley dont need. I just want the juice ;((( I would pay 300$ for 50ml if you can cut on the packaging, 500$ for 50ml is too much me.

I really like Sweet temptation. Especially when sniffed up close, the jasmin gives it a rich overall aroma. Furthermore it is sweet indeed, gourmandish maybe. Creamy and warm. I tried this one on skin but also on paper. On paper, after two days I could smell a bit of amber, like in MFK Grand Soir. but really soft and in the background. This amber part is what I didn't get on my skin. I find the fragrance to be of regular performance, maybe a bit long lasting but sillage is nothing special. 8/10

Sweet Temptation from Switzerland's Parfums d'Elmar Haute Luxury Niche Perfumery House is an Extrait De Parfum Oriental Amber Woody Spicy Balsamic Unisex; it was launched in 2018 and the nose behind this fragrance is Mark Buxton. The perfume starts with ginger that adds its shine to a beautiful bouquet of jasmine that is further sweetened by a delicious orange to make you salivate; one of the best orange notes I've ever felt. It continues to mix with balms and spices, intertwined with styrax resins and a sweet saffron, followed by a soft and sensual woody ambery base of benzoin and vanilla. It finishes warmed by noble woods and a light sprinkle of an incense 'oud smoky leaving the fragrance slightly resinous counterbalancing the initial fruity citrus accord. A true masterpiece of perfumery! A luxurious perfume that is super elegant, amber, spicy, woody, resinous and balsamic; A semi-gourmand flirting with the smoky without becoming in fact, sophisticated, sweet fragrance, exquisite sweet, rich and soft. Delicious perfume to make your mouth water. Exceptional quality, with good performance. It is certainly among the favorites of my collection!

Sweet Temptation. The name says it all - imagine the sweetest composition you can, but blended so perfectly it doesnt feel heavy and suffocating. This amazing composition has a base of vanilla with benzoin, which creates a caramel like effect, with heart of cinnamon, balsam fir and jasmine, and top notes are spices of ginger and saffron and orange oil. I tried this at the RDHP and I gasped when I first sprayed this out. What trulyis remarkable about this that as it dries down, you can detect almost all the notes, and while it is so so very sweet, it doesnt have that heavy overbearing effect. One of the most beautiful discoveries I had during this trip. And the bottle - look at those sparkling crystals on top! Luxury at its most precious.

Smells incredible. My favorite of the collection. Although it has a complex formula, it doesnt fill so heavy. Is smells so delicious and sweet. Vanilla an benzoin make a great caramel like effect.
