Blue Danube x 7 Scents

2025.12.24. Today I finally got a compliment on Blue Danube. I was shopping at Aldi when a young guy asked his friend: what is this nice scent? I was so happy, it was definitely me. 2025.10.23. I got it and I am in love! The card with Blue Danube says the fragrance contains: "Vanilla Absolute, Peru Balsam, Dried Fruits and a delicate touch of Oudh". 2025.10.04 Update 4 days later: so beautiful, I almost used all the 1,5 ml sample, and I think this is more than I thought earlier. Obsessed with it, I am thinking about buing it, mainly because this is limitet! I tried all the 12 sample from the sample set, and this scent reminds a bit La Rapshody Noir. 10/10 2025.09.30. I am very lucky, because I live in Budapest, and I ordered from 7Scents a sample pack, there was Blue Danube too. For me, this is a very nice vanilla scent with strong start. Absolutely unisex, quickly becomes a skin scent. Really beautiful, try it if you have a chance. Thank you 7Scents! 😊

Amazing find this limited edition. It has all in autumn parfume I love - cardamon, vanilla, amber. Sweet and warm.It has good longevity and sillage. It is a pitty that it is limited edition, I will run out of this one very quickly.

I had the opportunity to attend the presentation of the Parfum in Budapest and managed to get a signed bottle by Pissara. The fragrance is beautifully composed, subtle, and pleasant. It’s an excellent choice for spring and summer evenings, though it can be worn all year round. It opens dry, then dries down into a warmer, woodier direction. On my skin, the vanilla note is the most dominant. This is not one of those 'loud' fragrances, with a huge sillage but rather a soft, elegant, more skin-close creation. It reminded me of Comme Un Gant by Voyages Imaginaires. Congratulations on the collaboration!

Creamy powdery guaiac vanilla I was super excited when I read about this somewhat secret Dusita offering. Dusita is a top 5 brand for me overall. I don’t love every offering, but even those I wouldn’t wear were an absolute joy sampling as they never fail at expanding my horizon. Blue Danube quickly caught my attention as I regularly scan the Dusita website for new releases, yet never encountered this one. Sadly it is practically hidden for a good reason, Blue Danube even if fantastically named and with an intriguing note pyramid to boot unfortunately feels best left in the shadows. A cross between slightly smoky guaiac vanilla sandal wood and powdery ionones takes you from make up sponge to vanilla candle and back over. Including shipping a sample costs about 20 euro (EU), please don’t fall into the same trap I did, Pissara must have composed this over a weekend or something, I don’t accept this as an official Dusita offering.
