Cinnamon-y vanilla with dusty saffron overlay. Delicious! Update: A full bottle is now in my possession, and this is one I could happily wear every day...IF I didn’t already have a full collection waiting to be loved! It’s just a perfect cinnamon-y vanilla. The dry, dusty saffron is mostly at the top; I don’t get too much coconut. Sillage is moderate; longevity could be better, as it only lasts about 4 hours before I feel like reapliying. No matter: It’s a winner!

Lovely light vanilla warmed by a touch of cinnamon. Really gentle and elegant. Worthy of a full bottle purchase. Intimate silage with great longevity.

This is similar to Casmir, especially in the drydown. Currently there are so many vanilla-coconut scents on the market, and yesterday I reviewed one that had saffron, so Un Jour sur I’Ile Vanille isn’t unique. Still I don’t hate it but I do think there are better versions of this in the market, and some better performers. I got an less than an hour before turning to a skin scent.
