Soir Extrait

It's really good. It's a juicer, fruitier Elysium. It's not a 1:1 clone but a great twist. It's like Pineapple Vintage Intense vs OG Aventus. It doesn't have the pine/pencil shavings note in the opening to mid. Lasts as long as the Parfum Pour Homme. Definitely worth purchasing if you're a fan of the DNA. Side by side with the Parfum Pour Homme, it's so close. I guess the PPH does lose the pine/pencil shavings note too.

I am well aware this is supposed to be inspried by Elysium - and while I smell the similarity, the opening is MUCH closer to Parfums de Marly Galloway. It smells great but it's not what you expect. Dry down and Mid smell a little closer to Elysium

This smells incredible! Lots of bright citrus and a beautiful fizzy vetiver. Now I need to get my nose on Elysium. I would buy this regardless of how close it is to Elysium. Great performance too. Over 8 hours.

PV scents have a unique bitterness. It reminds me of Creed Aventus and you feel that in a lot of the PVs at first. Some say it's too citrusy, but this perfume isn't like that. At first there is a smell similar to bleach. It continues for about half an hour. When the scent gives basic notes, I could not find the quality in this perfume that I received in other PVs. No silage. Its smell will not make you happy. It is written on the bottom of the box, inspired by the Roja Elysium cologne. It certainly doesn't look like it. I also have Roja Danger and Scandal in my collection. I don't have Elysium, but I don't believe Roja smells like that. PV is a good brand and its products are of high quality, but I could not find what I was looking for in this perfume. I read in the comments that you need to wait for the scent to settle a bit. I've had it in my collection for 2 months but I haven't noticed any difference.

I feel ammonia on first sprey. Then it starts to smell like bleach. It's been 8-10 months since I bought it. I tested it on my arm yesterday. I tried again today to see if I was wrong. This is not a perfume. Even after 2 hours, I couldn't get any results. I washed my arm thinking that maybe the oil would give results deep down, but it didn't. rubbish.

When I first received this, I immediately knew that this fragrance needed maceration badly. I sprayed it for a week, and let it sit. Smells reminiscent of burnt rubber and citrus. I have had it for 3 months since this review. This is in no way a substitute for Elysium. It is more potent, yes. HOWEVER, it is in NO way as smooth as Elysium. It is Elysium's harsh little brother. It lacks the smoothness entirely, and I emphasize this statement. Yes, it smells similar to Elysium, but mark my words. Still great. Very fresh, citrus. I need more time with this.
