Suave

Very good clone. I own both a "vintage" 2013 La Nuit and Suave and sometimes I prefer La Nuit, sometimes I think Suave is better. Sometimes I swear La Nuit lasts longer and sometimes it seems Suave lasts longer. Basically, this is always going to be a temperamental fragrance but you can't go wrong with either as long as you understand it works best as a date night, close quarters scent. Not for work( probably ) and not a club banger.

I got a sample of this and am really impressed. To my nose, this is a 1 for 1 clone of La nuit (the original version before it got horribly watered down). It projects and has a nice scent trail. Of all the clone houses I’ve tried, I think perfumes vintage is the best. There is a quality to what they do.

Excellent clone. Sprayed it on a paper towel, walked my dog, came back, and it filled up my apt. Honest review: 9/10 It’s a buy if you like la nuit.

Update: smell is great, pretty loud as first. Longevity isn’t great. Turns into a skin scent after a 2-3hrs

Parfums Vintage Suave EDP opens with a strong projection of spicy, purple powdery floral, woody, and citrus notes. The opening is unique, elegant, bold, mild, and natural. The cardamom, lavender, and iris are the most noticeable opening notes. The cardamom is prominent, bittersweet, woody, resinous, and spicy. The lavender and iris are a step behind; the lavender a mild purple floral note, sweet, slightly bitter, clean, and herbal; and the iris is a milder, powdery floral touch, its powdery nuance is noticeable. The bergamot is an opening passing visitor, it adds a citrusy sparkly touch that starts dissipating as soon as it appears. Two steps behind are the caraway, vetiver, patchouli, and cedar working as support notes, they combine themselves into a light, spicy, green, and woody note. As time passes, the musk and iris make the fragrance feel dry, both act as project notes. The fragrance has a simple but noticeable opening to dry down change, the opening notes are sharp and bold, but this changes towards the dry down, this sharpness will smooth out and the fragrance will develop a dry woody and powdery accord. Except for the bergamot, all notes surface as soon as the fragrance is applied and continue into the dry-down. The last noticeable change is a change of the initial projection which takes a step down to moderate. Once Parfums Vintage Suave EDP has reached its full dry-down, it can be summarized as a moderate projection, spicy cardamom, purple floral, lavender, powdery iris, musk, and woody fragrance with faint green accords. The fragrance feels bitter, casual, delicate, dry, elegant, exotic, purple floral, fresh, gentle, inviting, masculine, mild, moderate-quality, modern, natural, powdery, relaxing, romantic, warm, weak, woody, and pleasant. BATCH REVIEWED: 2020. WOW RATING: 10/10. The cardamom, lavender, and a touch of iris create a very pleasant scent. DISLIKE RATING: 0/10. This fragrance contains no offensive notes. UNIQUENESS: 10/10. This smells better than La Nuit. It has Iris and Ambergris which makes it feel airier and softer. Its also not as cloying La Nuit and overall fresher. It performs great and sillage is enormous so do be courteous on applications. In short, if Creed would have created La Nuit, this is what it would smell like as it shares the same combination of ambergris musk and woods over the La Nuit DNA.

Nice cardamom based frag. Harmonious but not the best blend. Opening is a fair clone of new batches of YSL Nuit in scent and longevity. 👻

It just smells like cardamom. A more one dimensional version of YSL LNDL. However, I have used this with another one dimensional frag for layering, and it worked out quite well. Won’t be back for this one, especially since the price is practically the same for ysl, get the ysl. Suave:6/10 Ysl:8/10

This is a very bad clone of La Nuit de l'Homme. After an hour smell exactly like Parda l'Homme. Iris in this one takes over! Got compliments as "what is this clean smell, smells like a clothing's softener" Which is cool and all... But if I just wanted to smell clean "out of the shower soap scent" I would just buy Parda l'Homme for half the price and get the 100-150 ml. Where here I just got the 50 ml. Anyhow got try... But it's not the same Sorry to be the one who tells it like it is... I guess other "reviews" here maybe are connected to the company who makes this fragrance somehow because they are NOT accurate. So unfortunately this will be 0/10 Not because it's a bad fragrance Just because they make you expect it to be something it is really not!

Wow, hot garbage. Does anybody really want to walk around smelling like an apple crumble? Got a sample of this but I'm reluctant to even spray it on my skin. Will update if I ever get up the courage. Update: I finally sprayed it on my arm and even gave it some time to see if it mellows, but hell no, just more overpowering spice. This is the deodorizing room spray your library lady uses to complement her tacky wallpaper and kitschy clown figurine collection. PV really did themselves a disservice putting this out into the world, especially considering they have relatively few offerings to judge them by. There is absolutely nothing "suave" about this. Avoid at all cost.

Can more people post reviews of this? the votes rating on it is low yet the written reviews are very positive claiming almost 1-to-1 clone. We need more reviews, I am considering buying this or La Nuit?
