First Impressions Wow—I’ve finally found the perfect fresh, coniferous woody fragrance for me. Opening Notes The initial burst is bold and crisp, dominated by cypress. There’s also a noticeable touch of cardamom that adds a subtle spice, alongside the grounding presence of cedarwood. Overall Scent Profile The composition leans strongly into a clean, forest-like freshness. It evokes a calming, spa-like atmosphere—almost reminiscent of eucalyptus steam baths. It’s refreshing, soothing, and feels like stepping into a serene wellness retreat. Longevity & Quality I’ve been searching for this specific scent profile for a long time—something both affordable and high-quality—and I’m so glad to have finally found it. I will have to wear it more to have a better idea of longevity, but so far it lasts at least 3h on my skin, although it gets less intense with time. Gender Perception Some might consider it slightly masculine-leaning, but as a woman, I wear it with complete enjoyment and confidence. Final Thoughts A beautifully balanced woody fragrance that captures freshness and tranquility in a way that feels both unique and comforting.

Very close to Tamdao and has a good projection and longevity.

Spicier than Tom Dao but still nice. Very much worth it for 5 $ on sale. Longevity and projection are good. A masculine leaning scent for sure.

Ummm, not really close to tam dao imo. Bit disappointed as I was hoping for something closer to TD but not unpleasant in itself. Very synthetic, for my money closer to moncler homme with more emphasis on oud and cedar than sandalwood. TD is a much creamier almost almond sweet sandalwood whereas this is at the greener wood / dense wood end of things. For me it stays around a long while but it’s not a room filler. Fine in its own right as a playful woody cheapy but as an alternative to TD; probably not

I haven’t tried Tam Dao or that Dunhill Mysterious London fragrance that’s rumored to be layered by Shahrukh, but I’ve been using this one for a month. Its DNA leans quite chypre and spicy at first, which can be a bit intense, but the drydown is where it really starts to shine. And here’s the kicker if you layer this with Dior Sauvage, you’ll definitely be the one people notice in the room.

I must've sprayed myself with this about 30 times, and I can barely smell it. It can be described as a slightly sour, creamy, woody cypress scent with wet soil. Once the opening chemicals disappear, it becomes better, but what does that matter when the projection doesn't exist? You could treat it as some kind of twist on Encre Noire, which was already poor in performance. It also smells like a watered-down Desert Star/SHK I. To write even a few words about this, I had to put my shirt over my face. It would be fine if it had any performance at all. The profile itself isn't tragic — in fact, I actually love this kind of profile. But the performance kills the sense of buying even a sample. Nobody needs this. It could be genuinely nice and it's hard for me to judge it without looking at it through the lens of its utterly dogshit performance. Confidential has the outline of a good fragrance but not the structure to support it. What's the point of this? None. Very expensive for bottled tap water. smells like wet soil/ dirt and its so bad. luckily i got this for free but js need to dump it at this point.

Has nothing to do with Tam Dao imo, because this is far more brighter and fresher. Sillage is way better, and it is also a good cosy woody scent. Thank god not very saffron dominant, but still a little spicy. Good though, and it is really inexpensive!
