It is TRYING to be Falkar... However it is so cinnamon heavy. It just smells like a bad imitation. I have been using this with black metallic and amazonite to create a well rounded Falkar representation, and it is good for that I guess. Amazonite is better that just about anything else I've found trying to match Falkar's scent. This was another shot at saving my last few mL of real Falkar by having another way to emulate my signature scent, but this just doesn't quite cut it. Not great performance, which is funny considering how unbelievable the Falkar performance is. Oh well, I'll use it up. Not going to re-up on this one though.

Opens up a bit different to L’Air du Desert Marocain it has a certain ambery sweetness but only for the first 5 minutes, then it becomes that dry spicy fragrance that L’Air du Desert Marocain is. I’m going to give it some more time but it’s a good substitute to the one it is cloning. And the presentation on the Emir is really nice, heavy glass bottle with thick glass and a nice box. The dry down is where it shines its now really evoking that L’Air du Desert Marocain feel and its really good. Really happy with this purchase.
