Factory Edition: Rich Santal

I love this fragrance. It’s such a good dupe for the OG. It’s not your everyday run of the mill scent profile. It’s different and in a really good way. I can pick up the violet & woody notes and something else in the background. I’m not great at singling out notes but this perfume on first use smells beautiful. I’m going to let it macerate for a few weeks to develop even more but I already know I love it.

You have to have a trained nose to like this kind of scent, def not a blind buy safe, I myself also didn’t like it at first, and most of my friend still don’t lol.. but smells really expensive very Niche smelling iykyk.. performance is decent for the price point, I recommend it over Zara Energeticly NY if you love Santal33... more affordable... all I have to say is do not blind buy...

No sé quien dice que la performance de este perfume es mala, cuando tiene una estela brutal, una fijación aún más brutal, dura lo que no creerías, realmente una bestia. Regalé un decant y estaba un poco arrepentida de no quedármelo porque es un perfume precioso y económico, se siente el cuero, el iris, la violeta, tiene cuerpo y es un poco cremoso, realmente una maravilla

1:1 clone of Le Labo Santal 33. I also have the og Santal 33 and cant notice any difference in the smell. Longevity is slightly less than the og. Anyway, at this dirt cheap price this is a banger which could save or prolong my bottle of Santal 33 ( im not a rich guy but I still want to smell like the rich )

I don't know why some say this has por longevity, firstly it lasts on me 12 hours! I'm going to shower and it's there, on clothes more, and the sillage it's enormous, I can feel it on me and if someone is approaching, fills the room, maybe they have reformulated it? I have it from 2023*

Paris Corner Rich Santal is a near-perfect clone of Santal 33 at a fraction of the cost. If you’re looking for a stylish, woody fragrance without breaking the bank, this one is worth a try.

Softer projection and just a lighter version of Santal 33. Maybe 4, at best 5 hours of longevity and I can barely smell it afterwards. Still, very pleasant and very wearable for both male & female aficionados of this scent family. I've had my bottle for just about 3 months sitting and it has gotten a bit better from first initial spray. It's close enough to the original where one can get their fix for a Santal 33 type vibe. You can't expect identical standards to the OG when you're paying 1/5 the price. Let's be realistic people, you get what you pay for. And here, it's a pretty good value for what one gets. People want to pay hamburger meat prices for filet mignon. Come on, step out of the clouds and put both feet on the ground ladies & gents. Live in reality, just a little....

This is a faithful dupe of Le Labo Santal 33. However, I know a local perfumer near my home who makes an even better version in terms of projection, longevity, and overall scent quality, so I rarely reach for this anymore. Overall, if you like Le Labo Santal 33 but don’t want to spend the money on the original, this is still a solid choice.

Lighter and less choking than Santal 33, it lasts all day indoors. Spraying it on hanging clothes, lasted up to 2 days (depends on fabrics type, i think).

I blind bought it off the notes, I didn’t know it was a Santal 33 dupe, I instantly gave it to my dad (my mom ended up stealing it from him lol) once I realised, VERY good scent it smells so good but not for me, 8/10 would recommend and not just as a Santal dupe

It's an intentional clone, so there's really no point in critiquing it outside of that premise I guess. Perfume wears so differently on people that I suspect most people wouldn't be able to tell the difference. But given that the whole raison d'etre of this fragrance is to imitate Santal 33, I'd say this is a close enough semblance. I don't know if the notion that you're supposed to let perfumes by Middle-Eastern brands sit and mascerate for them to start smelling like thye're "meant to" also applies here. But either way, my bottle is new and I do get more leather here than I do in Santal 33, where the papyrus-cedar combo is more prominent to my nose. And yes, I also agree that Santal 33 has superior longevity, but that isn't always a downside. This still lasts a long time.

A quite nice copy of the OG one. Some reviewers complain of poor longevity but for me that's actually a plus. Had a vial of the OG some years back and it was tenacious to say the least. 2 sprays lasted from dusk to dawn and was noted by people in at least 2 neighboring postal areas..... Wearing perfumes comes with some obligations, one being dont make people around you sick...asthma, headaches etc are not pleasant. Sprayed twice this morning at around 0830 and on my way home at 2030 on the subway and it lingers gently. Price....wow Spray nossle.... equally wow All in all a winner! Rich Santal Paris Corner has a warm, woody scent with elegant sandalwood notes, perfect for cooler weather. However, its projection and longevity are lacking, fading quicker than expected. While it’s a pleasant fragrance, it may not suit those seeking long-lasting power. Still, it’s worth trying for those who enjoy softer, more subtle scents.

95% similar to Santal 33 but those 5 % ruins it. I love the original but this not so much. Also doesn't have the lasting power of Le Labo. If you're a true lover of Santal 33 this will not satisfy you.
