Jardin des Papillons

If Devotion had a baby with Dama Bianca Xjeroff! She is gorgeous and very feminine! Smells so much better than Victoria by Lataffa! If you like those profiles and DNA you will love Jardin des Papillons

It's another D&G Devotion dupe. It's great take on Devotion but I personally already have too many scents of this DNA.

Having owned Victoria and loved her, I was curious to see Paris Corner’s rendition of Devotion in the form of Jardin des Papillons. At the moment, I’m unsure which I prefer: Victoria or JdP. If this is indeed a butterfly garden per its namesake, then it is sweet enough to attract an army of butterflies! I get the lemon merengue note that Victoria has, with the added note of candied lemon—as if it’s a rich, creamy lemon merengue pie with candied lemons covering its surface. JdP is not for the faint of nose; I understand why some reviewers find her overwhelming, because she is an overdose of lactonic, sugary lemon. If this scent profile appeals to you, and if you know that you already love Victoria, I think you’ll be a fan just as I am.

Unfortunately the lemon on this is sharp artificial lemon like in an effervescent tablet. The jasmine note is also the cheap one that smells stale and sweaty. A shame, this could be good with vanilla turn up, realistic lemon zest note and a nice jasmine note like the one in the new Carolina Herrera Jasmine.

For me, I have to realise I HATE citrus in fragrances especially lemon notes Not much of a bergamot fan either Bottle design is stunning....but the fragrance smells like an overly sweet lemon and lime candy Its really strong in the citrus notes im selling mine I cant wear it

- Perfumey lemon extract smell at opening - kinda sugary but still clean and fake...? - Smells like someone tried to make a perfume of those sugared orange slice jelly candies, but like a lemon version. This is such a confusing scent lol. Gets weirder and somehow powdery upon dry-down. I don't like it, even as someone who likes citrus. And the attempt at the vanilla base note and the final scent overall is just.... Not good imo. Seems poorly done. (Feels so mean saying it, but just have to put it out there in case it can save someone else their coin.) - Seems strong at first, but way less projection upon dry-down. - Had to scrub off immediately. Please get a sample before committing to full size lol!

Just ordered directly from the manufacturer on amazon. It starts very bright lemon, with a graham cracker background. Settles into a lemon curd type scent, then after about an hour I can smell the sillage in a light scent bubble around me. But whrn I smell my arm directly, it smells a bit playdough. However! I have lesrned with Paris corner, their fresh product needs a lot of time to macerate, which I assume this is. Most especially because it sprays oily, and changes depend on if I shake before spraying. I have Paris Corner Delicious, and that's how it is for me too. Bought it in November, and it still smells like plastic, or like there's an underlying oat straw scent in both. Jardins Des Papillons has a bit of the plasticy smell when I smell the skin, but does have a nice scent bubble. It's creamy chewy candy like, soft, like a lemon taffy that isn't sour. I crave citrus, I wanted it to layer with neroli, and I think it'll go great layering to soften my more harsh florals.

Maby i'm hungry but all i get is straight out lemon brioche that is a little burnt. Quite linear too as times passes. I like that smell in the kitchen area or in a boulangerie but wearing it as a fragrance? Nope. Its a mystery to me how quite a few people seem to want to smell like this. These gourmand frags are going in all directions these days...soon enough there are gonna be eggs and bacon scents. I'm ok with nutty, vanilla, milky, honey caramel/chocolate/coffee/ cinnamon sugary notes when well blended with flowers, fruits and woods , and that's it!. No baked goods in my frag departement please! it would keep me hungry all day long! And by the way...this bottle and name presentation ...nothing to do with the actual scent.,very misleading as many arabic brands are unfortunately for the blind buyers out there.

Do not waste your money on the overpriced dollar store body spray. Smells Iike devotion for 5 mins and completely disappears into a puff of nothing. Hot fire garbage. Afnan delicious bouquet is the only Devotion alternative worth your money.

Gorgeous!! I need all the bottles of this or similar! So sweet and lemony with an airy freshness too. Will definitely need a back up😍

This is Devotion and Devotion Intense layered. I do it all the time with both Devotions.
