Oud Greatest

#748 in my "Tour de Fragrance" My fourth outing with a Ministry of Oud scent and another winner at a bargain price. Moderate oud, but heavy on the patchouli, saffron and nutmeg, so don't overspray. I wouldn't wear this to work, in a carpool, on an elevator run from the first to the 42nd floor, in a small office space. Go easy on this one. A little does a lot, and it's a great scent at an amazing price. Even after a shower I can still smell this on my skin. Now that's what I wish every scent did! I'd save this for date night. Cold winter date night. I found this for $15 on Walmart.com, so at that price I had no concerns blind buying this and I'm happy to have it.

I have tested Oud for Glory and Ministry of Oud Greatest, side by side. From the initial spray, Greatest, is more airer, light and sweet. While OFG is rich and has more oud. I have to say, it wasnt a full wear, but a test. Cos it is extremely hot right now. As we all know these are preferebly for cold weather. Update : Sperate to the point. Fantastic scent, i get a slightly broozy/oudy/sweet. Performance 10hrs. But at 6 to 7 hrs mark, projection is arms length, followed by a mid Sillage. Best for cold, cool and rainy days. scent but not suitable for hot sunny day, please be mindful

If you have Oud For Greatness or Oud For Glory you may find this one redundant. It might be a lighter, more wearable version, but it lasts just as long - easy 16 hours. What's particularly interesting is I am finding Ministry Of Oud's Greatest just a bit sweeter, and I am getting that Dior Elixir vibe in the late dry-down, which is something I don't get much of from Greatness or Glory. If you enjoy this scent profile then get it. It should cost you around $20. Fantastic fragrance✨

It’s a light, airier version of Oud for Greatness and Oud for Glory, which both perform and project better. Gym and office friendly if you do not want to project too much. A great buy for the price and quality. Not too serious.

Lighter, more powder-forward take on Oud for Greatness/Bade'e Al Oud. This makes for a more satiny effect, lighter and airier but still lasts all day. Best suited for autumn & winter, projects well above arms' length.

i revisit this thing and its a heavy type of smell. its oud. if you like oud youll like it. i tried layering this with something clean and fresh and it smells incredible. This thing is part of my layering quest now.

Smells of great quality and last 8+. I get a faint hint of Sauvage Elixer vibe to it.

A lighter, airier, take on Oud for Greatness, and still packs a punch.

A lighter & sweeter version of Initio Oud for Greatness. If you are looking for something more identical to Initio Oud for Greatness check out Afnan Supremacy in Oud. This comparison is as per on my skin. I have not tried Lattafa Oud for Glory so can't comment how that compares to any of these. On it's own this is a great scent.

It smells good. But performance and projection average.

I bought a brand new bottle for about 18.4 US dollars, and I am still surprised by the exquisite workmanship. The bottle is very thick, and it is very pleasing to the eye even if it is just a decoration. As for the aroma, I have not smelled initio's great oud, so I can't compare. , but I can clearly smell the sweetness of saffron and the medicinal taste of patchouli, and they are very obvious. Behind the two, I can feel the presence of a hint of oud, but it is very weak, but at this price, it is already It's a very good performance, but this type of scent is not what I will like, 3.5/5

One of the worst clones for Oud For Greatness. Profile is OK, performance is not. Better check Infini Oud or Glorious Oud

Very average, dry down to floral and YES lighter than Badee al oud, and fking weak :((( DONT BUY

There's something off with this fragrance, in a very, very weird way. The smell is great, however the performance is extremely confusing. I spray it and it's gone in 5 minutes. I'm not sure if I'm going nose blind or if the performance is THAT horrible, it may be the former due to the very synthetic nature of the aromamaterials used. And I know this since I'll stop smelling it after 5 minutes, then 2 hours later the smell will return!? What's weird is that if I'm going noseblind, why are other people going noseblind to it too.... until it returns? I am extremely confused.

I am kinda new to oud fragrances, but this smells grand. My only prior oud fragrance was Banana Republic Oud Mosaic which I did not like. Greatest Ministry of Oud is rich and sweet and spicy with just enough skank to make it interesting. This is the right way to get into oud fragrances. It smells niche level to me. The bottle looks great. Plenty of bottles on Ebay for less than $50. Great deal.

Im not sure if i have gone nose blind but i cant smell it even after 3 sprays. All i smell is a sweet leather when i put it close to my nose.

I dont smell a f... thing guys. This is a joke..garbage..on the other hand oud satin from the same line is MAJESTIC.

Lighter version of OFG. Lasts long and smells good. However I get a bit nauseous after a while. Don't know why.

Lighter version of Oud for Greatness. A little less sharp in the opening but the studied is almost identical.
