Lady in Red

Nice sweet vanilla, rootbeer gourmand but very weak with no staying power. About one hour on skin and 3 hours on clothes if over sprayed. It's a nice beginner or teen perfume, the price is right for gifting without breaking the bank : )

It's a downgraded version of HP... softer and less aggressive. The sillage is weak and the longevity is not the best (3/4h) but you pay what you get. It's a nice vanilla/anise/liquorice combo.

I haven't had this for long but for those who are thinking about buying this because it is an exact dupe don't. It's like a flanker of HP edt but the rootbeer smell is amped up. It's like it was made by A&W, Barq's and rootbeer barrels. You need to like anise and licorice because those two pack a punch and I feel like they stay for the whole ride. I love it for that reason. Pour some rootbeer on meee! This is a cozy and playful rendition of HP edt. Last around 8 hours but that last hour or so is a skin scent. I like to wait a long while before I review nowadays but I'm tired of Dior's antics. Reformulating 2014 Addict and the last edition of HP edt... why? IFRA made it necessary again, lol. Sure, Jan. In summation, this perfume is like a flanker HP with good lasting power and is affordably priced. I'd recommend this as a blind buy as long as your expectations are reasonable. Update: I can smell the vanilla in the dry down now. It reminds me more of HP edt at that stage. I have a scarf that still holds the scent of this in it and I didn't spray it. It merely touched my skin where I sprayed. That was days ago. 11/23/19 So... I like this less. It's colder now and when I wear this I get a screaming licorice note in the opening that lasts for 10 to 15 minutes. After that it's root beer and I'm tiring of it. I don't know why it's annoying me now but there you go. Maybe this is a warm weather perfume for me.The dry down is still lovely. The longevity is still good. This dupe of HP has turned me off of seeking the original. I'm thankful I have HP Eau Sensuelle and the Edp. That's plenty for me. This is the second time a dupe has ruined the original for me. Next time, I'll only get a dupe if I haven't smelled the real deal.

Not a dupe for Dior AT ALL. It literally smells like play doh dipped in vanilla. Now about to go scrub the life out of my poor arm.
