Luminous Rose

I am trying to find a rose perfume to be my signature scent and thought this would be the "ONE" . I purchased the Luminous Rose extrait to get more projection and lasting power due to more concentration. Overall I liked the scent, had high hopes. The alcohol and cedarwood comes through strong in the beginning. On the dry down the two roses Bulgarian and Taif Rose comes through with the powdery mix. I liked it alot but unfortunately it does not last. I got about 4-5 hrs with it. I can't be spening $86 on a fragrance and it does not last at least 8-10 hrs. I need something that lasts longer because I have very long days outdoors.... Unfortunately my hunt is still on for a Rose fragrance that lasts at least 8 hrs.

So first of I’m a dude. I bought the sample discovery kit that this fragrance was included in. I sprayed this on myself and it lasted about 2hrs before it became a skin scent. The scent is very linear and pretty basic. It’s all rose. Rose with a hint of bergamot opening and rose dry down. If you’re into rose I would recommend Moschino Toy Boy over this as it’s more complex, has better performance, accessible, and affordable.

the notes led me to have promising expectations. opening smells like champagne - a bright sparkling alcohol. it dries down just okay to a light citrus floral. does not last at all. wearable for all seasons and time of day. just know you'd have to respray all day. bought from marshalls $64 - not worth the retail price nor discounted.

Similar to Delina if you remove the rhubarb and increase the rose. This is a scent that smells pink. Like big dewy roses and some bergamote. It doesn't mention any other fruits but I get a little raspberry note. Roses, peony, roses... I think this is a very nice scent. Nothing screechy or harsh.

If Roses Musk and Roses Vanille had a baby you'd get Luminous Rose. It has that Mancera DNA and the softness and smoothness of Montale.
