This is a great gift for people starting out, I gave a few bottles of this out last Christmas and everyone seemed happy. I've only tried the original sauvage EDT once, though Sauvage EDP I've gone through half a bottle of. Based on the EDP this is 60-70% accurate. Any age can pull this off, you're likely to get complements and there isn't anything challenging about this so you'll go through your bottle fast. Of course the Dior fragrances will project and last longer. However, for $20 give or take you can do much worst. This is more enjoyable than an actual artistic niche fragrances. Not a niche fragrance that is just copying a designer style scent where they do the bare minimum and add a 0 to the price tag. The kind no one will ever complement you and you'll struggle to find times to wear it/them. Longevity, I got around 5 hours doing 5 sprays. This one is cheap enough to keep in a locker, gym bag or in your car. It is a surprisingly large bottle and the cap is barely magnetic. if you've never tried any form of sauvage, minus the extremely over rated Elixir version. Try out Axe Phoenix body wash, imagine a spicier version of that. I'm not going to bother talking about all the ingredients in the note pyramid in this. It's a really nice, dark blue, spicy shower gel scent. Plain and simple. If the prices were swapped I'd still pick Sauvage EDP over this any day of the week. Is this my favorite cheap "blue" fragrance in this price range. I say if you can let a few sprays out of the bottle and wait a month or two. Try out Lattafa Sheikh Shuyukh Final Edition. Even though it's a copy of a different expensive fragrance I much prefer it.

I’ve been wearing Sauvage since it came out and have tried a few clones. This one gets closer than Modest Une did, and it’s only about $20. I’m surprised more people aren’t talking about it as a budget alternative. They really nailed the scent profile. It even has a magnetic cap—although it’s a weak one. If you find it for around $20, I’d grab it. I paid $29.00 and It’s not far off from the real thing. The longevity isn’t the same, but maybe it’s close. at this price it performed much better than I expected. I’ll definitely buy another bottle. I haven’t tried Salvo, but this one has kept me from wearing my Dior to bed, and my wife likes it too. For me, it’s a no-brainer.”
