Pepe Jeans Celebrate for Him

I was walking around the shops on the Black Friday event and I came across Pepe Jeans Celebrate for Her, which was among the news and discounted for the occasion. The clerk I know well told me that there was the for Him pair, either, and brought me the tester and a paper strip drenched of that juice. First things first, the bottle likens the original, a cocktail shaker-shaped bottle, yet with a darker blue navy glass and a golden cap, which will stand out among other fragrances on your shelf. That said, as I moved the strip close to my nose, an aroma formed by fresh citrus Caribbean lime and fruity blackcurrant, with its tart and sweetness that projects as a spicy-fruity-woody note retaining a fresh, yet tangy nuance, reached my nostrils. The more I breathed the redolence radiated by the strip the more I was captivated by it. If you are familiar with its predecessor, you will find the opening less sweetish, the blackcurrant berries replacing the pineapple pulp keeps the aroma fruity yet a bit sourer. Think about a bowl full of freshly-shelled berries flooded by freshly-squeezed lime juice. Here we go. But that was only the opening and when those citrus notes faded away, a beautiful show took place. Like many of the modern colognes, Celebrate for Him revealed a gourmand facet in the heart, rich of cocoa pods akin to a barrel of pure black chocolate, the cinnamon and the tonka adding the right touch of spiciness and sweetness. As time goes by, refinements of aromatic wood sage and resinous juniper joined the heart keeping the overall aroma far from being cloying. The dry down came a few hours later, plenty of artificial molecules that are so loved by contemporary perfumers. There are modern neat patchouli, mingled with a velvety leather note from birch, and a copious dose of amberwood, which is present in the most renown designer fragrances such as Emporio Armani Stronger with You, Y by YSL, Bleu de Chanel, Boss the Scent Private Accord, and the most recent and similar Bad Boy by Carolina Herrera. The performance likens an EDT concentration, both longevity and sillage are detectable for the first few hours, then the cologne stays close to the skin. It is a bit disappointing if you consider that it is an EDP. I see this cologne agreeable during the cool season, autumn months and perhaps early spring days are fine, I'm wearing it today at work and nobody complained or got offended. Evening out, dinner, date, and night event are also suitable occasions, yet I would refrain from rocking it for clubbing, it smells great but it is not so powerful for affording the night out. -Elysium

He said everything and more, i feel like i cant add much to what he said but i wanna point something to *SOME* of the people that are exagerating their dislike to this frag, im sure if Pepe jeans Celebrate edp was packaged under a D&G or Armani or such brands this fragrance wouldve been so successful and there wouldve been some sort of big hype around it and u might find ur self liking it and purchasing it for 4 times its actual price now... i tried to see and understand the nagtive things about this frag but i couldnt find any, the presentation is so good, the quality is there, cellophane, box, design, style everything, so cool so modern, the bottle is unique and special with a type of luxurious style, the cap is good, the sprayer is fine the scent is far from being extremely synthetic as some stated, the perfume is lovely and lasts and has that eau de parfum type of vibe, u feel its a proper edp concentration perfume and it does have some uniqueness to it, it might not b for everyone and tastes might vary but its not that bad of a frag as some tried to belittle it, just because its from Pepe Jeans and not YSl or such...

Former bartender and I really think these bottles look cool! The note breakdown and reviews peaked my interest and at 30$ usd for a 50 ml had to try. On paper, I feared the worst... no top notes, just loud tonka sweetness. The original Pepe for men seemed way easier on my nose (cross between Halloween X and polo red). On skin everything flipped. Beautiful blend, sweet opening that quickly dries to a balanced green x gourmand which is not common in my collection. Comparing it to those in my collection, it's more fun to wear than something like Armani Code. It makes a shout out to Davidoff's the Game and Brillian Game and adds some richness through the cacao reminiscent of what Boss has done with the scent. I love black currant but couldn't feel it here similar to how I couldn't really feel the pineapple in the original. I'll definitely be wearing this for casual settings from fall to spring and on summer nights, it's a nice edp with mild projecting and staying power and more clean and fun than dark. Good value and a nice youthful nighttime scent with a fun twist. Quality on par with Polo and Lacoste and smoother than Guess 1981 LA or Mont Blanc Legend Night.

Amazing EDP by a top notch nose. It's got cacao and tonka bean as main notes. Lots of Ambroxan. Lasts some 7hs as a skin scent, more on clothes, low projection. The presentation is astounding, great bottle design, very generous applicator, cheap as chips. Great as a casual cold weather or club scent, not so gourmand sweet as the notes could let believe, this quite grassy green and sour from the blackcurrant surrounded by the chocolate-tonka base. Got this for 25 euro the 100ml bottle and that was a very good deal for this product. Usually these type of "promo" perfumes get discontinued pretty fast so if it interests you, try to get it while it's out there, cause this whole Pepe line it's very good.

All I can say is wow 🔥🔥the bottle is beautiful 😘fragrance inside is fantastic🤩🤩 and natural smelling to me... it's just another take on all of these modern sweet-smelling essences.. and it is damn good !! I guess we all like to walk around smelling like cookies candies pastries coffee chocolate vanilla and croissants in this new century haha... First smells for me was instantaneous love, and the fragrance develops after that to a giant plume of smile inducing and mouth watering Joy , to me, the scent is an 8.5/ the strength and the longevity is at least an 8.0/ the price point is a 10⭐not to mention the other lovely flankers of this design by Pepe Jeans London,,Ciao!... and good day to all 🙏💪
