Reine des Anges

Today in over the top, expensive perfumery. Reine des Anges. A beautiful bouquet of roses sitting on a well balanced bed of nuance. Harmonious; every note shines, especially, unfortunately, the pink pepper. Personal bias, I don’t like pink pepper. But it’s mild enough and perfectly blended with amber, saffron, mild patchouli and musk. High class, dressed up fragrance. I wish it had a more discernibly masculine lean. Everything outside of what becomes a spicy musk suggest femininity. So it’s a bit androgynous, more than unisex. I suggested a feminine lean above.

Wow, this is a gorgeous floral for a non floral lover. It takes a lot for a rose/floral scent to impress me. 💐 This is was on my wishlist but after giving it a few wears it's now off my wishlist. At times it was reminding me of fragrances I previously decluttered (Oud silk mood, NY 5th Ave). Room No. It's still my #1 from the house 😏

This is dark, deep and completely opulent. I think of sparkly colorful nebulas in a vast dark cosmic abyss and a beautiful gothic castle. I also get supra clean beautiful skin as in “Cleanliness is next to Godliness”. Mature but as in “GOALS, the person I really want to be one day”. It’s not for everyone, it’s a shock to an acquired taste to test your refinement... meaning: you lack class if you don’t love this. Lasts all day and night. I dislike florals, but this is magnetizing. I get a very adult classy bubble gum, a note that I always long for and found it here without looking. There’s only two other sophisticated bubble gum perfumes I love because the rest are very nice but too sweet and girly, which can make that note seem cute but cheap. I don’t care if something smells really good, I WILL NEVER SMELL CHEAP! I will purchase a bottle of this and Cosmic Cowboy for my BF.
