Samba

I couldn't resist it any longer: I didn't have any hope for this perfume when I ordered it, I was expecting it to be to old and gone of... But, I was wrong, and I'm so very happy about it, it went straight in to my top third shelf, and that is a great achievement in my large wardrobe, counting 192 at the moment. Samba smells ecaxtly how I remembered it from the early -80ths, oooh how much I loved it than, and it feels sooo goood to have it back, and a lot of gooood memories comes alonge with it :)) To me, it smells a lot of freesia, than the orange and so the neroli, not much, but it is there. I sprayed it on my arm yesterday, and it still sticks to my skin and on my clothes. It smells so good, that I proably will need another big back up bottle, 3.3oz/100ml, for use his summer :)) I think this perfume is very friendly, and it will fit everybody of any ages and gender :)) I give it a solid 12++/10 ;p PS: Samba kinda reminds me of Diors Forever and ever because of the Freesia-note, but, they are not quite in the same row, but proably cousins thoug, Samba smells more as some sugary sweet bonbons ;))

Rico Suave I used to wear this every single time I went to the teen dance club in our area (9th and 10th grade). I still have my old bottle (we're talking 1989-1991)! It has turned and now smells like pooch, as you can imagine, but I just love having the bottle around. When I get the chance to smell it, I start to think of Gerardo's "Rico Suave," Soul II Soul's "Back to Life," and DMob/Cathy Dennis' "C'mon and Get My Love!" Despite the questionable music, those were some seriously fun times! Thanks, Samba!

Oh this takes me back! It was my signature scent at the time so reminds me of clubbing and parties, summers at the beach, and unlike so many other perfumes that I connect to a particular boy, this one was worn far too often to limit it to anyone in particular. It's fruity and yet has a zing and a powdery, sweet dry down. It wasn't well known here in Australia, none of my friends wore it. It will always be my own sweet time machine to the hip hop heyday of the early nineties party scene.

Hi! This is my sons favour. Think also its smell werry well good! Last long on skin. Makes me smell often in his wardrobe.It is a wanted favour. Hard too get this days.Im hope it will remark this good Perfume.Its smell so good in my sons room after he spray his perfume. And the girls like this one too. The lily make it warm deep pleasant. Some sweet.Im think!

I had this in my twenties,about when it came out . I remeber loving its freshness ,its fruityness and its lack of heavy perfume notes,its just .. happy and fresh and playful ! I do believe id like it just as much today,but maybe occationally, not everyday ,though it is quite girlish and not a very mature scent. But yes,a joybringer!
